Abstract

This study is accomplished to reveal the relationship between strategic leadership, competitive advantage, intellectual capital by examining from the effect of strategic leadership on competitive advantage with intellectual capital as intervening variable. The sample used in this study is a company in the hotel sector in the city of Tangerang, Indonesia. Competitive advantage is one of the most important variables that can determine the capabilities of the companies. Other variable like strategic leadership also contributes on creating competitive advantage. On the other hand, the application of strategic leadership cannot be separated from the support of intellectual capital in the companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was partial least square to describe the relationship among variables. The result of this study showed that strategic leadership and intellectual capital affected competitive advantage positively and significantly in company in the hotel sector in the city of Tangerang, Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is related to the analysis of motivation and rewards on employee work performance at PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Kelapa Dua Tangerang. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of employee performance through the provision of motivation and rewards, because the role of employees in generating performance is very influential for the development of the company, proper work motivation and reward will increase the sense of responsibility of employees towards the company, work enthusiasm, and can complete tasks within the time specified by the company. This type of research uses quantitative research with non-statistical methods. The technique used for data collection in this study used a total sampling technique with an interview instrument distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that motivation and reward have a positive impact on improving the quality of employee work, companies need human resources to maintain the stability of the company by maintaining and developing employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kepemimpinan dan Disipin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Nusa Akusara Megasindo di Kabupaten Tangerang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Populasi yang diambil dari seluruh karyawan pada PT Nusa Akusara Megasindo yaitu sebanyak 64 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 64 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,998 + 0,266 X₁ + 0,862 X₂. Koefisien korelasi secara simultan sebesar 0,850 atau 85,0% artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 72,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,8%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (79,408 > 4,00). Dengan demikian H03 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Nusa Akusara Megasindo di Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian pada Kecamatan Sukorejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak keterlibatan masyarakat dalam memitigasi dampak negatif budaya organisasi dan sistem pelaporan pelanggaran terhadap pencegahan kecurangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah dengan memasukkan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 8 desa di Kecamatan Sukorejo. Pendekatan analisis data menggunakan metodologi Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Perangkat lunak ini memungkinkan pengujian model pengukuran dan model struktural secara bersamaan. Data primer dari survei dan data sekunder dari penelitian sebelumnya merupakan dua jenis sumber data yang digunakan.. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki dampak yang baik, sedangkan sistem whistleblower tidak memiliki dampak yang nyata. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan dampak budaya organisasi dan mekanisme whistleblower. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi langsung antara kualitas budaya organisasi dan mekanisme whistleblowing dengan efektivitas pencegahan fraud dalam pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

Desa Genggelang merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang terdiri dari 12 dusun. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi di Desa Genggelang adalah tingginya kasus stunting dan pernikahan dini. Data desa menunjukkan terdapat 30 kasus stunting pada anak berusia 0-59 bulan dan terdapat 14 kasus pernikahan dini. Permasalahan tersebut hanya dapat ditangani dengan kerjasama seluruh aspek masyarakat, baik masyarakat terdampak, pihak desa, dan pihak akademisi. Kegiatan KKN-PMD Unram merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh pihak akademisi. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah kasus stunting dengan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang bahaya stunting bagi ibu dan janin serta mengurangi jumlah kasus pernikahan dini. Metode yang akan dilakukan adalah sosialisasi stunting, sosialisasi TPKS dan pernikahan dini di desa Genggelang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perusahaan ritel unik Rumah Buah, yang mengkhususkan diri dalam menjual berbagai macam buah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak jam kerja dan sistem kerja shift terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Buah Tomang Mandala di Jakarta Barat. Dengan tujuan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mencari apakah jam kerja dan sistem kerja shifting berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Buah Tomang Mandala Jakarta Barat. Desain penelitian melibatkan analisis data dari karyawan di Rumah Buah Tomang Mandala, dengan hasil yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan dari jam kerja dan sistem kerja shift terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pembuat keputusan di tingkat perusahaan dan pembuat kebijakan pemerintah mengenai masalah ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas sample dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Buah Tomang yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan Fhitung sebesar 21.745, , maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel jam kerja dan sistem kerja shifting secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Buah Tomang Mandala Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze efforts to empower independent family entrepreneurs in online-based marketing in the Geluran Village environment, Sidoarjo Regency in the middle. The background of this study is in line with social restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the development of information technology applications for marketing goods and services, so that it is necessary to accelerate the ability of independent family entrepreneurs in online-based marketing. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research to describe various online-based marketing efforts ranging from product packaging to product brand development, to online marketing. The results of the study show that in the midst of social restrictions, the need for independent entrepreneurs for online marketing has become a very large demand, for the sake of the continuity of the community's independent entrepreneurship. So that community empowerment in online-based marketing is a necessity that cannot be avoided anymore.

Abstract

Financial performance is the result achieved by the company's management to find out in managing company assets effectively during a certain period. An uncertain economy causes a high risk of a company experiencing poor financial performance or bankruptcy, to determine whether a company's financial performance is good or not, it can be seen from the company's ability to pay off its debts through solvency and profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of solvency and profitability on the company's financial performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection using purposive sampling method. The population of this study are pulp and paper manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with 8 out of a total of 10 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely t test, F test and R² test. The results showed that partially solvency (debt to total asset ratio and debt to equity ratio) had no significant effect on financial performance, and profitability (return on equity and net profit margin) partially had a significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously solvency (debt to total asset ratio and debt to equity ratio) and profitability (return on assets and net profit margin) have a significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the dominant influence is profitability (net profit margin).

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) in 2022 stated that the prevalence of scabies cases was 130 million people in the world. The definition of Hygiene is an effort by humans to make themselves healthy with steps such as caring for and maintaining personal hygiene such as washing hands with clean water and soap so that hands are clean, throwing away rotten/unfit for eating sides which have an impact on maintaining the nutritional content of food as a whole. The purpose of this study is to determine personal hygiene and environmental conditions with the incidence of scabies. The results of the study showed a significant relationship between personal hygiene and environmental conditions with the incidence of scabies in Orphanages for the Poor.
