Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membangun pemahaman dan cara pandang terhadap terhadap seputarkonsep modal intelektual ( Intelectual Capital ). Hal ini dilatar belakangi pemikiran bahwa konsepModaI Intelektual cenderung baru, maka perlu dicari makna/definisi yang cenderung dapat kita terimauntuk memahami dengan lebih baik. Selain itu, tujuan penulisan ini berupaya untuk menarik sejumlahimplikasi penting dalam rangka mengembangkan riset di bidang kualitas SDM yang prima dalamrangka , serta potensi aplikasinya melalui pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang mumpuni, bagiorganisasi dan kehidupan ekonomi yang lebih luas. Hal ini ini tentu saja akan terakumulasi padaupaya untuk lebih memahami kondisi, perkembangan, hambatan dan berbagai persoalan terkaitdengan isu modal inteletual ini. Riset dan rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman akan dankondisi kulitas modal intelektual perlu dilakukandan dikembangkan.

Penelitian dilakukan terhadap guru-guru di SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru dengantujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasanemosional terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi guru di SMAN 8 Pekanbaru berjumlah91 orang yang terdiri dari guru tetap, guru tidak tetap dan guru bantu. Untukmembatasi jumlah responden, dilakukan dengan teknik Slovin sehinggamenghasilkan jumlah responden guru sebanyak 48 orang yang dipilihberdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri darikecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel independen,serta kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untukmenguji hipotesis adalah regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasanemosional berpengaruh signifikan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial,terhadap kinerja guru. Kecerdasan intelektual memberikan pengaruh yang lebihkuat terhadap peningkatan kinerja dibandingkan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan olehkecerdasan emosional.Rekomendasi yang diberikan dari hasil penelitian adalah agar dilakukan upaya-upaya konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasanemosional dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 8Pekanbaru menjadi lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kinerja

The research was conducted at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory in Pekanbaru No.63 at Kampung Suka Ramai street road. That aims to determine how Effect of Discipline work and Observation either simultaneously or partially on Safety and Health of Employee Part of Production at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory in Pekanbaru. The population in this research is employee of PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory Part of Production in Pekanbaru, which amounts to 153 employee, and the sample is 60 employee. The Analytics Method is Descriptif of Quantitative Method with SPSS 18.00 version. Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables simultaneously disciplines work and observation has a significant influence on safety and health of employee. The magnitude of the effect that the coefficient of determination (R2) by the two variables simultaneously on the dependent variable while the remaining 69%, 31% influenced by other variables not examined. Partial regression results (t test) showed that the dependent variable has an safety and health employee a significant effect on each of the independent variables studied were disciplines work and observation.Keywords: Discipline Work, Observation, and Safety adn Helth Of Employee

This research was conducted in DISPENDA Riau Province which is located at Jalan Jend Sudirman Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership work against the loyalty of employees working on DISPENDA Riau province, determine the effect of leadership work on organizational commitment of employees in DISPENDA Riau province, determine the effect of leadership work on performance through the loyalty of employees working on DISPENDA Riau province, and to determine the effect leadership work on performance through organizational commitment of employees in DISPENDA Riau Province. Based on the research results show that (1) leadership influence on employee loyalty in DISPENDA Riau Province. The better the leadership exercised by the leadership it will increase the loyalty of employees working on the contrary if the leadership is done poorly it will lower employee loyalty; (2) leadership influence on organizational commitment of employees in DISPENDA Riau Province. The better the leadership exercised by the leader it will increase employee commitment to the organization done otherwise if the leadership is not good it will lower the organizational commitment of employees; (3) Leadership direct influence on employee performance DISPENDA Riau Province. Means the better the leadership exercised by the leader does not affect employee loyalty for leadership directly affects performance, not through job loyalty; and (4) leadership has direct influence on employee performance DISPENDA Riau Province. Means the better the leadership exercised by the leader does not affect organizational commitment of employees for leadership directly affects performance, not through organizational commitment.Keywords: Leadership Training, Performance, Loyalty Work, Organizational Commitment

The study was conducted at PT. Riau Muda Jasasarana Pekanbaru with the aim of analyzing the influence of leadership and compensation on employee morale. The study population was all employees of the company, amounting to 71 people. Determination of the census sample. Data analysis methods used are descriptive and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17 for windows. The results showed that leadership and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on morale. Compensation is a dominant factor affecting employee morale. Morale of 98.5% can be explained by the variation that occurs in leadership and variable compensation. Recommendations can be given is that the management of the company to implement new aspects of leadership, especially leadership ability in forming cooperation, provide guidance and motivation to subordinates. In terms of compensation, most aspects need to be improved is the distribution of proportional bonus, fair and consistent.Keywords: Morale, Leadership and Compensation

One of the means used to create employee loyalty to the company is compensated. Compensation is a form of payment or compensation granted to employees and arising out of employment of employees. In addition to compensation, another factor to consider is the physical working environment of the company, because it is very influential on the level of employee loyalty. This study was conducted to see the effect of compensation and the physical work environment on employee loyalty at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kebun Banjar Balam Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were 130 employees of a day laborer remain registered in the PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kebun Banjar Balam Indragiri Hulu. While the sample is taken by using Slovin formula which amounts to 98 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire that is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the employee has a pretty good level of loyalty to the company. This is because the employees feel that the compensation they received were quite satisfactory and working environment workplace is good enough. The results of the test to get the result that compensation and working conditions simultaneously and partially significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kebun Banjar Balam Indragiri Hulu with the effect of 63,5%.

This research held in PT. Delta Internusa Pekanbaru in order to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job characteristics to employees’ commitment. Population are all employees, consist of 53 people among all division. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Data analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows.Result of this study shows that both job satisfaction and job characteristics significantly influence, either in simultenously or partially, to employees’ commitment. Among both independent variables, employee’s commitment is more dominant effected by job satisfaction rather than job characteristics. It is recommended to company determine a transparant indicator of career development, creating a comfort work-space and conducting a consistant employee development program. It is also recommended to hold temporary job rotation among all employees on to other division.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Characteristic and Employee’s Commitment

The research was conducted atPT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. With the aim to identify and analyze The Effect Of Health And Safety On The Spirit Of Work And Achievement Employees In PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. Where in this study population was all employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar totaling 121 people. The sample used in this study were 121 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS.Based on the test results if the data using path analysis can be drawn some conclusions, namely: There are influence which of signifikan among Health And Safety to spirit of work employees in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. If problem of working safety and health don’t be managed better hence will will lessen the spirit of work employees. Problems of employees working safety and health seen from: Equipments and supply of work exist in company not yet fully awake better, Employees very easy hit by disease in working. There are influence which is signifikan among health variable and working safety to employees labour capacity in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. If employees labour capacity don’t be improved by hence will affect ugly to company. So also on the contrary if company or organization can realize healthy and balmy work atmosphere hence will be able to improve labour capacity all its employees. Variable spirit of work represent variable having an effect on dominant to employees labour capacity. From result of perception which writer conduct seen that spirit of work employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar still not yet is maximal so cause their labour capacity become to lower.Keyword: Health and Safety, Spirit, and Achievement Employees.

This study aims to determine how the effect of non-financial compensation, placement, and the ability of the employee morale at PT. Bank Unisritama. As for the population in this study were all employees that existed in the last PT. Bank Unisritama, ie 66 people. While the sampling is done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test (F-test) showed that non-financial compensation, placement and the ability to simultaneously significant effect on employee morale, while the partial test (t-test) showed that non-financial compensation, placement and the ability to partially significant effect on employee morale at PT. Bank Unisritama. To add to employee morale, Chairman of PT. Pekanbaru Unisritama Rural Banks should increase the sense of loyalty of employees in the work. For example by increasing the provision of non-financial compensation, put the employees in accordance with their expertise and seeks to train the ability of employees. It is expected to increase employee morale in the work. as well as the need to provide training opportunities to employees so that employee morale can be improved.Keyword : Non Financial Compensation, Placement, Ability and Work Spirit.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale. This study dilakuakan to most employees in the PT. BINA SAWIT NUSANTARA (BSN) Pekanbaru by 67 people. To process the data obtained from the respondents, the authors used SPSS for windows 17:00. The results of this study showed a positive and significant effect of partial and simultaneous independent variable (compensation and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee morale). This can be evidenced by the F test and t test, by looking at the value of F (50 546) > F (2:64) (3.14) with sig (0,000) <0.005. Based on the t test, the t value of compensation (3447) and the work environment of the t (7,001), and the value of t count > t table (1,997). Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the bound variable is affected by the independent variable, the magnitude of these effects was 61.2%. The company is expected to always consider the condition of compensation and work environment of employees, so that employees become excited in the works
