Abstract

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepemimpinan,budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur pada SekretariatDaerah Kabupaten Kampar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodesurvei, sedangkan populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil dilingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kampar yang berjumlah 274 orang.Sehubungan jumlah populasi relative besar, maka sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 73orang atau 27 % dari total populasi 274 orang. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukandengan menggunakan analisis Linier Berganda dan untuk menjelaskan hubunganvariabel yang dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik program SPSS 17.0 for windows.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan, dan disiplinkerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DaerahKabupaten Kampar. Sedangkan budaya organisasi pada Sekretariat DaerahKabupaten Kampar masih perlu ditinjau lagi terutama dalam kebebasanberpendapat bagi pegawai, pemberian penghargaan, tingkat tanggung jawabpegawai, kemampuan koordinasi dan mengutamakan tim kerja, pengawasan danmelakukan inspeksi oleh pimpinan, kemampuan manajemen dan mengembangkanmanajemen konflik, membudayakan budaya kritik baik atasan atau bawahan sertakomunikasi dan memberi informasi antar pegawai.Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and training on employee creativity. The influence of leadership and training on employee commitment. The effect of commitment on employee creativity. Then to analyze the influence of leadership training on employee creativity through commitment. In this study, the population is the employees of PT. Wahyu Prakasa partners as many as 130 people. While the sample used as many as 98 people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the data analysis used in this study is path analysis. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work commitment. This means that the better the leadership, the work commitment will increase. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. This means that the better the leadership, the creativity of employees will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. This means that the better the training, the creativity of the employees will increase. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity through commitment. Good leadership is followed by work commitment, then employee creativity will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity through work commitment. Good training is followed by work commitment, then employee creativity will increase. Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Employees who have a high commitment to work will always obey the rules that have been determined, so they will have better creativity. The higher the level of commitment, the creativity of employees will increase.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job rotation and reward system on employee motivation. To find out and analyze the effect of job rotation and reward system on employee loyalty. To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee loyalty. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation mediating job rotation and reward systems on employee loyalty at the Riau Islands High Court. The population in this study were employees of the Riau Islands High Court. The sample in this study was 69 people. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The results of the research conducted show that job rotation has a significant effect on work motivation. Reward has a significant effect on work motivation. Job rotation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Reward has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Job rotation has a significant effect on employee loyalty through motivation. And Reward has a significant effect on employee loyalty through motivation.

Abstract

Oil and gas industry is one of the industry that demand human resources with high competency due to work risk and one of the Indonesia’s government backbone in generating revenue for the country. PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX is one of PT Pertamina (Persero) business subsidiary focusing on exploration and exploitation of oil in gas within Sumatra island. PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX is responsible in managing oil and gas block from Jambi Province to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province, so that managing human resources is crucial to help the company reach its own target. To reach its target, employee work productivity plays an important role. Variable used to measure employee work productivity is workload, teamwork and job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the interaction between every variables in employee work productivity on PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX. The result of this study indicate that workload, teamwork and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee work productivity, where workload giving a negative effect empoloyee work productivity, teamwork and job satisfaction giving positive effect on employee work productivity. Conclusion of this research is that workload giving negative effect and significant on job satisfaction as well as employee work productivity due to high workload with insufficient appreciation from the company causing the job satisfaction decreases which imply on the reduction of employee work productivity. Meanwhile, teamwork giving positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, since increase in teamwork attitude within colleagues will raise employee work productivity on PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona XXX.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important element in an organization. Every organization must be able to maintain and improve employee performance. This should also be done by the Pekanbaru Class II A Penitentiary. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of hard and soft skills on the performance of employees, with training as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on Class II A Correctional Institution employees in Pekanbaru, totaling 127 employees, using the census method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the data analysis uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results showed: 1) Hard skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Hard skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance that is moderated by training; and 4) Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance that is moderated by employee training. Based on the results of the research, the Class II A Penitentiary in Pekanbaru must be able to overcome employee performance problems, especially those related to employee training, hard skills, and soft skills issues.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of Concentration Choice and Self-Efficacy on Study Duration. The research was conducted in the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Riau University and used data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 172 students as respondents. The sampling method in determining respondents for this study uses the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. (teknik sampling berstrata). This study uses statistical data analysis methods employing SPSS version 27. The research results indicate that 1) The choice of concentration had a positive and significant effect on the student's study period, 2) Self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the student's study period, 3) The choice of concentration and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on student study period. This means that the influence of these factors interacts with each other, where the choice of concentration and high self-efficacy will have an impact on accelerating a good study period as well.
