Abstract

Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar, which was established by Regulation Kampar District Regional Level II No. 02 of 1990 dated April 13, 1990 which authorized the governor of the Province of Riau with decision No. 02 of 1993, has the goal to serve the public interest in the field of provision of clean water in Kampar. While the function of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar is to seek the provision of clean water for the needs of people in Kampar. In an effort to improve employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar, it would require a driving factor that can stimulate the spirit of the work in order to achieve company goals. The research was done in PDAM Tirta. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and effectiveness of communication to employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The analysis model is a linear analysis with independent variables that leadership style and effectiveness of communication and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. While the number of respondents in this study were 61 respondents and sampling using census techniques. Based on the results of this study concluded that the variables of leadership style and effectiveness of communication has a significant influence either partially or simultaneously to employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar. Test the correlation coefficient (R) independent variable on the dependent variable 0.931, which means there is a very strong relationship closeness while the test coefficient of determination (R2) of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 86.6%, while the remaining 13.4% influenced by other variables.Keywords: Performance, Style Leadership, Communication Effectiveness

Abstract

The research was conducted on SMA N 1Kampar and SMAN 2 Kuok in order to determine the influence of interpersonal relationships and work environment on job satisfaction of teachers. The samples in this study were as many as 105 teachers consisting of 75 teachers in SMA N 1 Kampar and 30 teachers at SMAN 2 Kuok. The analytical tool used was a questionnaire. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (interpersonal relationships and work environment) jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables is the same bersmaa-28.2% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 77.20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partial regression test (t test) showed that interpersonal relationships and work environment has a significant effect on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). Dominant variable affecting job satisfaction in SMA N 1 Kampar and SMAN 2 Kuok is the interpersonal relationship where tcounted value of the highest compared with the other independent variables.Keywords: Interpersonal Relations, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of Influence of Organizational Culture and Discipline Work on Employee Performance Parts Sales at PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru .In this study consisted of three variables: the one dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X1) Discipline Work (X2). Subjects in this study were employees of PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru as 75 people. While the sample is taken as many as 43 people were taken randomly. Sampling by using Slovin (Husein Umar, 2004). Analysis of the data used is by using descriptive and quantitative methods. The results showed that the culture of the organization and discipline of working together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance of sales at PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru. This study concluded that the better the culture of the organization and discipline of work jointly applied to the sales employee at PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru performance will be better (Setiawan and Waridin 2006).Keywords: Organizational Culture, Discipline Work, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence organizational culture and Spirit of work simultaneously or partially on employee productivity BPR Bank Rokan Hulu in Rokan Hulu. The In this study, the population is BPR Bank employees Rokan Hulu in Rokan Hulu district, amounting to59 people.The sampling method used is census means all populations sampled in this study because the number of population is small . Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20.00. From the results of the testing that has been done , simultaneous regression test ( F-test ) showed that organizational culture and spirirt of work simultaneously significant effect on productivity. Partial Test Results (t test ) showed that the variables of organizational culture and \spirit of work partially significant effect on productivity. Based on the results of the analysis conducted should further enhance the organization's employees to the workings of employee productivity can be increased again. Organizations must also consider its employee culture within the organization so that employees have a sense of care for the job. And employee spirit of work should also be enhanced, so that employees are eager to finish the job .Keywords : Organizational Culture, Spirit of work and Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence Organizational Commitment and Employee Competency simultaneously and partially to UPT. Protection of Food Crops and Horticulture Department of Provincial Riau. There was the sample in this study were 68 employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses quantitative analysis of multiple linear analysis with SPSS version 17. The test data shows that the variable organizational commitment and competence of the employees have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Competence Employees, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study was conductedat 4 pekanbaru SMK teachers in order to determine howt he analysis ofthe factors Discipline of Work, Education and Training of the Teacher Performance SMK 4 Pekanbaru. The populationin this study was the teacher of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Saturation sampling technique(census) in whichthe entire populationin this study used a sample of 45 teachers. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. These results indicate that the factors that affect the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaruis the Discipline of Work, Education and Training. Variable work discipline consisting of indicator adherence to working hours, punctuality in carrying out duties, obedience terjadap leadership, adherence to procedures and methods of work, do the work according to plan and the courage to accept the risk with adequate or poor category (score of 3.37). Education and training variables with indicators selection of the participants, the opportunity to participate, the suitability of educational materials and training of trainers expertise, balance of theory and practice, the effectiveness of the skills, ability to solve problems and balance evaluation of education and training programs with either category (score of 3.90). Variable performance with indicators of learning strategies, facilities, learning difficulties of children, child development evaluation study with either category ( score of 4:09).Keywords: Disciplineof Work, Education and Training and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Work Environment by simultan and partial to the Employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai. In this research use total sampling technic, where all of populations to be a sample used. There are 51 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of populations. This research used primary datas, where are data knows by interview and quistioner. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. From the double linear regresion make a result is work environment more dominant from Organizational Culture variable to the employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of compesation and working environment to employee performance of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This research use compesation and working environment as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The population of this research are all employees of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru which amounted to 42 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of using descriptive analysis is the compesation and working environment are affect the performances of employees at PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This indicates that the two independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable.Keywords : Compesation, Working Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence Recruitment and Training either simultaneously or partially on employee performance in PT Samudra Oceaneering Batam.In this study there were 51 samples of the total number of employees located in Batam PT Samudra Oceaneering totaling 103 people. The analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. By using SPSS version 18.From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, known simultaneous test results (Test F) that the variables simultaneously Recruitment and Training significant effect on performance. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the results showed that the variable recruitment of more dominant effect on the variable to variable Performance Training. The results of the partial test (Test T) note that the variable Recruitment and Training Influential significantly to performance, and training variables also have a significant effect on performanceKeywords: Recruitment, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of education and training towardperformance, the effect of competence toward performance, and the effect ofeducation and training toward competence, and the effect of education and trainingtoward performance which is mediated by competence. This research wasconducted at PT Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Kantor Pusat Pekanbaru with 65 officersas the samples of the research. Path Analysis was used to analyze the researchdata. The research results showed that (1) Education and training variableinfluences significantly 0.379 toward performance, (2) Competence variableinfluences significantly 0.385 toward performance, (3) Education and trainingvariable influences significantly 0.397 toward competence, (4). Education variableinfluences significantly 0.535 toward performance which is mediated bycompetence.Keywords: education and training, competence and performance
