Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence Placement and Work Behavior simultaneously and partially on the Environment Agency employee performance Rokan Hulu. The samples in this study were as many as 60 people, the determination of the number of samples based on census method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test ( F-test ) showed that the Work Placement and Behavior simultaneously jointly significant effect on employee performance. Partial Test Results (t test ) showed that the variable placement of partially significant effect on employee performance, and variables Work Behavior partially significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable was 70.9 %, this means that the variable placement, and work behavior, jointly affect the performance of employees. While 29.1 %, affected by other factors that are not involved in this study.Keywords: Performance , Placement , Job Behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Influence of supervision, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee discipline on PT. Adei Plantation& Industry Kebun Mandau Selatan.The population in this study 49 people. While the sampling technique with cluster sampling method is to take a census of all employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method with SPSS 18. Based on the survey results revealed that the supervisory, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction significant effect partially and simultaneously to discipline employees of PT. Abstract

The study held in PT. Surya Mandiri Pratama Pekanbaru. The aim is to analyze the influence of work-related discipline and organizational commitment to employee’s productivity. Population are all employee’s, consist of 85 employees that selected by using cencus method. Variables are work-related discipline and organizational commitment as independents and productivity as depenedent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 17 for windows. The study reveals that both work-related discipline and organizational commitment significantly influence employees’ productivity either partially or simultaneously. Work-related discipline has the stronger effect to employees’ productivity rather than organizational commitment. It is recommended to management in order to enhance discipline program and the organizational commitment, particularly, rules socialization, consistant reward and punishment implementation, individual value and organization harmonization.Keywords: Work-related Discipline, Organizational, Commitment, and Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Compensation and Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance Century 21 Aurora Pro3 Pekanbaru. The population in this study all employees totaling 42. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. Based on the results of data analysis known that the Compensation and the quality of work life simultaneously and partially significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of effect an independent variable is 33.5%. Based on descriptive analysis known to the employee's performance was still low, especially on indicators that responsibility by employees responsible leadership in all duty although it has been described in detail. Employees advised to further increase the responsibility to work in order to achieve maximum results. For example, by completing all the work that falls responsible in the company as well and not delay the work. Thus the performance of employees expected to increase. Managers advised to be more intense in providing clear information related to career development in the company, and can keep marketing achievements that often exceeds the target.Keyword : Compensation, Quality Work and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous career development and job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 73 hospital nurses Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. From the results of the ttest with two-way career development is known that variable with a value of tcount> ttable or 6,475 > 2,00 so the career development of partial positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction variable with a value of t > t table or 4,576 > 2,00 and thus job satisfaction partially positive effect on organizational commitment. F test results with values of Fcount = 41,624 and Ftable = 3,13 so F value is greater than the F table and a significance value of F is 0,000 less than the α value of 0,05. Thus, simultaneous career development and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment RS Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. Advice can be given to the hospital is expected Eka Hospital Pekanbaru in order to instill cultural values of the organization, provide information clearly and evaluate career and rearranging the placement of the system to match the position of nurses and nurse expertise. Furthermore, nurses are expected to strive for in order to prioritize the organization's willingness to put the interests of the affairs of the hospital in advance rather than private interests, more daring in the face of challenging work and mutual support among nurses.Keywords: Career Development, Job Satisfaction, OrganizationalCommitment

Abstract

Job Satisfactions an employee behavior that determine the performance of a company. The low rate of job satisfaction will be a serious problem for the company. This research was conducted to examine the effect of leadership and compensation non financial on employees job satisfaction at the PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at the PT. Indomarco Adi Prima which located at HR. Soebrantas KM 8 Street, Pekanbaru. The population are 60 persons. The method used is the census so that the sample in this research are 60 persons. The analysis technique used is regression analysis that supported by SPSS program version 18.00. Results of this research, simultaneous regressiontest (F-test) showed that leadership and compensation non financial simultaneously significant effect on employees job satisfaction. Partial Test results (t test) showed that the variables of leadership and compensaton non financial partially significant effect on employees job satisfactionKeywords : Leadership, compensation non financial, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Palm Oil Factory Kebun Terantam. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership variables and work experience on work motivation and employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Palm Oil Factory Kebun Terantam. The study population was 185 people and the research sample was taken using random sampling. Determination of sample in this research done by using slovin formula, hence obtained amount of sampel counted 65 people.The research variables used were leadership, work experience of independent variable and work motivation, work productivity as dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis of two stages by using program SPSS 22 for windows.The results of this study concluded that in the first stage of leadership variables and work experience partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation as well as in the second stage of work motivation has a significant effect on work productivity. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2 ) of first stage is equal to 0,569 which mean, leadership variable and work experience can explain work motivation variable equal to 56,9%, while the rest equal to 43,1% influenced by other variable not examined in this research . And the second determination coefficient (R2 ) is 0,579 which means, work motivation variable can explain work productivity variable equal to 5,79%, while the rest equal to 42,1% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Key Words : Leadership, Work Experience, Work Motivation, and Work Productivity

Abstract

The research was conducted at the offices of the Bureau of Economics Faculty, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. The study took place from December 2012. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of labor discipline and leadership to employee performance Administration Faculty of Economics, University of Riau. In collecting the data, the population in this study were all employees of Administration Faculty of Economics, University of Riau are working actively in 2012 which amounted to 65 people, in this study the sampling method using sensus. The statistical data analysis using SPSS (statistical program for social) is multiple linear regression. The results showed that labor discipline, and leadership either simultaneously or partial effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable in affecting the performance of the employee is working discipline, and leadership.Keywords : Job Discipline, Leadership, and Performance.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Supervition or partially on Paramedics’s employee morale at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time paramedics at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru, amounting to 45 people. The entire members of the study population were taken as respondents, so that the sampling method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 19. The result of this study indicate that both variables, Leadership and Supervition, simultaneously give significant effect on paramedics’s employee morale. Partially it shows that Leadership variables significantly influence Paramedics’s Employee Morale. It can be concluded that Leadership and Supervition variables simultaneously and partially have positive and significant impact on Paramedics’s Employee Morale at Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Leadership , Supervition and Employee Morale

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Agung Automall Branch Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru with the aim to know the influence of variables Influence Quality of Work Life And Organizational Commitment To Employee Performance in PT. Agung Automall Branch Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Agung Automall Branch Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who amounted to 75 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the variable Quality of Work Life And Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. From the results of partial tests (Test-t) indicates that the variable Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,646 or equal to 64,6% which mean, variable of Quality of Work Life And Commitment of Organization together influence to Employee Performance, while the rest 35,4% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords : Quality of life, Commitment and Employees performance
