Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the syntactic constructs of the Javanese language for deaf and speech impaired students. This research is included in qualitative research. Data was collected by listening freely and engaging in conversation. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out. The language analysis technique in this research was carried out using the change of form technique. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the syntactic constructs of the Javanese language spoken by deaf and speech impaired children at the Deaf and Speech Impaired Rehabilitation Foundation (YRTRW) are adverbial phrases, single clauses with an active sentence type (ukara Horn) positioned as interrogative sentences ukara pitaken, ukara sambawa, and ukara cariyos.

Abstract

Background: The pregnancy period is a period of adaptation felt by pregnant women because they experience physical and psychological changes. All needs during pregnancy must be met, one of which is sleep. Sleep is one of the basic human needs that is needed and must be fulfilled by every human being, especially pregnant women, to maintain health before giving birth. In the third trimester of pregnancy, pregnant women will experience difficulty sleeping, resulting in reduced sleep quality. Research Objective: To determine the effectiveness of giving lavender aromatherapy on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women. Research Method: This research uses a quasi experimental design method. The approach taken in this research used a two group pre test and post test design technique, namely research carried out to assess two groups as a whole. Results: the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples Test, the P value produced by the inhalation intervention group was 0.000 < 0.05, and the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples Test, the P value produced by the massage intervention group was 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is an influence of giving lavender aromatherapy using the inhalation method on sleep quality and there is an influence of giving lavender aromatherapy using the massage method on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester in the UPTD Working Area of ??the Cibolang Kidul Community Health Center. Suggestion: It is recommended for people or pregnant women who have difficulty sleeping, to implement lavender aromatherapy to overcome difficulty sleeping.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth, Fixed Asset Intensity, and Corporate Risk on Tax Avoidance. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The population in this research is Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample selection method used was the Purposive Sampling method so that the samples obtained using this method were 22 out of 98 companies. In this research, descriptive statistical analysis techniques were used, panel data regression model testing, classical assumption testing, and processing program. The results of the research showed that the results of the simultaneous significant test or F test on the variabel Sales Growth, Fixed Asset Intensity, and Corporate Risk have a simultaneous or joint effect on Tax Avoidance. Then, the results of the partial significant test ot t test on the Sales Growth variable have no partial effect on Tax Avoidance. Meanwhile, The Fixed Asset Intensity variable has a partially positive effect on Tax Avoidance and the Corporate Risk variable has a partialyy negative effect on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of tax planning and deferred tax expanse on earnings management in consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The population in this study were 113 companies and the research sample was 30 companies within a period of 5 years. The sampling technique used in this study is using sampling techniques. The data used is quantitative data sourced from secondary data, then the data collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing in this study using panel data regression with t test and F test. Based on the results of the study shows that simultaneously tax planning, deferred tax burden, and financial distress have a significant effect on profit management. And the test results partially show that tax planning does not have a significant negative effect on profit management, tax burden has a significant negative effect on profit management, and financial distress does not have a significant negative effect on profit management.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan memberikan pendampingan model pembelajaran layanan pemberian saran bagi ASN Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Klaten. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi: 1) Program peningkatan kemampuan layanan pemberian saran dalam tataran teoritis, 2) Program peningkatan kemampuan layanan pemberian saran tataran praktis . Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan agar tercapai tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukanan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi ASN Inspektorat Daerah sesuai kebutuhan. Dari kegiatan diperoleh hasil positif dimana peserta ASN antusias untuk mengikuti program, meningkatnya pengetahuan dasar pembelajaran layanan pemberian saran, pengetahunan dalam tataran teoritis dan praktis serta bermuara pada perubahan perilaku melayani bagi mitra di kalangan ASN Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Klaten.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of Tax Planning, Deferred Tax Expenses, Deferred Tax Assets, and Independent Commissioners on Profit Management in Energy Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period from 2018 to 2023. This study utilizes secondary data, specifically the annual financial reports of the companies. It employs a quantitative research approach. The total population consists of 87 companies in the energy sector, with purposive sampling as the chosen method. The study uses a sample of 15 companies over a 6-year observation period, resulting in a total of 90 observation objects. The analysis technique applied in this research is panel data regression analysis, utilizing the common effect regression model. Data processing was carried out using Eviews version 13 and Microsoft Office Excel. The findings indicate that tax planning, deferred tax expenses, deferred tax assets, and independent commissioners have a simultaneous effect on earnings management. Specifically, tax planning does not influence earnings management, deferred tax expenses also do not impact earnings management, deferred tax assets do influence earnings management, and independent commissioners have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

LBP is a clinical syndrome characterized by the onset of pain symptoms around the lower back that are without or can be accompanied by lower leg radiance. LBP complaint factors usually occur at the age of 35 years, because bone compaction begins to experience degeneration such as tissue damage, decreased fluid levels cause bone and muscle stability to decrease. Muscle strength will decrease when the age is >60 years. The Kinesiotaping method is a physiotherapy modality to correct and improve musculoskeletal disorders with a natural healing process, one of which can relieve LBP pain complaints. LBP pain greatly interferes with daily activities. Method: The research method uses quantitative descriptive. Research design with one group pretest-posttest design. The location of the study was carried out at CFD Colomadu, Karanganyar Regency - Central Java in July 2024. The study population was 40 respondents. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaire instruments Keele Start Back Screening Tool. Result: Respondent characteristics based on the age of the elderly who participated in CFD in Colomadu and participated in the health examination were aged >60 years totaling 40 people (40.0%), with the most LBP incidents in the minimal disability category totaling 20 people (50.0%). Respondent characteristics based on the gender category in the elderly CFD in Colomadu and participated in the health examination were mostly women totaling 25 people (62.5%), while men totaling 15 people (37.5%). Conclusion: The majority of LBP incidents were minimal disabilities.

Abstract

Political advertising is one of the efforts to "market" themselves and political messages from candidates for power. As a candidate, Budi Rustandi (Budi) carries out propaganda by advertising with the aim of gaining power in Serang City in collaboration with Nur Agis Aulia (Agis). The purpose of the study in this article is to explain how the political advertisements of the Budi Agis pair that were broadcast in the mass media in Banten during the 2024 Serang Mayor and Deputy Mayor election succeeded in becoming a reliable strategy in achieving the goal of winning and being elected as Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Serang for the 2024-2029 period. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method, focusing research on the mass media advertisements of the Budi Agis pair accompanied by analysis using the concept of political communication. The results show that the political advertisements distributed by Budi-Agis have succeeded in forming a positive image. With political advertisements, they raise public awareness of their existence in the world of politics. In addition, Budi Agis' political advertisement also aims to strengthen the loyalty of members and sympathizers of the Gerindra Party and the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) towards them while inviting non-party communities to vote for them.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the character values ​​contained in the bepegelak tradition of the Kantuk Dayak Tribe in Nanga Danau Hamlet, Bika Village, Bika District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are Traditional Leaders, Community Leaders, and the Community. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The first result of this research is the process of implementing the bepegelak tradition through three stages, namely preparation, implementation and closing. The preparation stage consists of four activities, namely determining the implementation time, looking for tools and bepegelak materials, making bepegelak materials, and site preparation. The implementation stage consists of three activities, namely nipan pegelak, mapang and bedarak. The closing stage here is more of a free event where they eat and drink provided by the host, here they also chat and joke around to build friendship between local residents. There are 8 character values ​​contained in the Bepegelak Tradition of the Kantuk Dayak Tribe in Nanga Danau Hamlet, Bika Village, Bika District, Kapuas Hulu Regency, namely religious values, tolerance values, discipline values, hard work values, democratic values, friendly/communicative values, responsibility values, and honesty values. The factors that can preserve the Bepegelak Tradition of the Kantuk Dayak Tribe are the role of traditional leaders and community leaders as well as hereditary factors.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah belum banyak sanggar yang memfokuskan pada pelatihan seni tari khusus anak usia dini, pelatih tari di Sanggar Mustika Boyolali menggunakan pendekatan yang berbeda dari pendekatan yang digunakan di sanggar lain, seperti bercerita, berbicara, demonstrasi, dan bermain peran, dan kemampuan anakanak dalam menerapkan kegiatan seni tari dalam pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia 4 hingga 6 tahun di Sanggar Mustika Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan seni tari dalam mengembangkan motorik kasar anak-anak usia 4-6 tahun di Sanggar Mustika Boyolali memiliki proses secara bertahap untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal;  yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaaan, dan evaluasi.
