Abstract. This research aims to determine the method of developing Al-Qur'an tahfidz for PPTQ Al-Multazam Cicalengka Bandung students. The Al-Multazam Islamic Boarding School was founded with the aim of educating cadres of people who have memorized the Qur'an, are capable and skilled in society and create Qur'anic people in their teens who are civilized, independent, have a global perspective, and care about the benefit of humanity. In practice, Al-Multazam applies five methods, namely the wahdah (thariqah) method, the kitabah (thariqah) method, the sima'i (thariqah) method, the combined (thariqah) method, and the jama'i (thariqah) method. The curriculum implemented at PPTQ Al-Multazam Bandung is four in one (4 in 1), namely muraja'ah, ziyadah, tasmi' and munaqosyah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation studies. There are 3 aspects which include the results of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an coaching method, namely the target of the tahfidz coaching method, the success of achieving the target and the results of the tahfidz coaching method on the morals of the students. PPTQ Al-Multazam has a minimum target, namely that within three years the students will have at least 15 juz of memorized and in accordance with the vision and mission, namely to create Qur'anic people in their teens who are civilized, independent, have a global perspective, and care about the benefit of humanity. The first supporting factor is the Curriculum, the second supporting factor is Human Resources (HR) and the last supporting factor is the Foundation because it is very influential on the development of tahfidz who are there, apart from facilitating time and place, the Foundation also provides direction and motivation regarding Resources. Human (HR) at PPTQ Al-Multazam Cicalengka Bandung. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pembinaan tahfidz Al-Qur’an santri PPTQ Al-Multazam Cicalengka Bandung. Pesantren Al-Multazam didirikan bertujuan untuk pendidikan kader-kader umat yang hafidzul Qur’an, mampu dan terampil di tengah masyarakat dan mewujudkan insan Qur’ani di usia remaja yang beradab, mandiri, berwawasan global, dan peduli pada kemaslahatan umat manusia. Al-Multazam dalam praktiknya menerapkan lima metode yakni metode (thariqah) wahdah, metode (thariqah) kitabah, metode (thariqah) sima’i, metode (thariqah) gabungan, metode (thariqah) jama’i. Kurikulum yang di terapkan di PPTQ Al-Multazam Bandung yaitu four in one (4 dalam 1) ada muraja’ah, ziyadah, tasmi’ dan munaqosyah. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, mengumpulkan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Ada 3 aspek yang meliputi hasil dari metode pembinaan tahfidz Al-Qur’an yaitu target dari metode pembinaan tahfidz, keberhasilan pencapaian target dan hasil metode pembinaan tahfidz terhadap akhlak santri. PPTQ Al-Multazam mempunyai target minimal yaitu dalam waktu tiga tahun santri minimal sudah mempunyai halafan 15 juz dan sesuai dengan visi misi yaitu mewujudkan insan Qur’ani di usia remaja yang beradab, mandiri, berwawasan global, dan peduli pada kemaslahatan umat manusia. faktor pendukung yang pertama adalah Kurikulum, faktor pendukung yang kedua adalah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan faktor pendukung yang terakhir adalah Yayasan dikarenakan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembinaan tahfidz yang berada disana, selain memfasilitasi waktu dan tempat, Yayasan juga memberikan arahan serta motivasi terhada Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di PPTQ Al-Multazam Cicalengka Bandung.
