Abstract

STIKOM Bali sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan banyak sistem informasi dalam membantu proses bisnisnya, terdapat sistem informasi yang membantu pengelolaan terhadap tugas dan peran Dosen. Sistem informasi tersebut dinamakan dengan Sistem Informasi Dosen (SID). SID telah banyak mengalami perkembangan dari segi fitur dan fungsi yang akan mempermudah Dosen. Fungsi yang terdapat pada SID saat ini adalah dapat menampilkan informasi umum terkait mahasiswa, profil dosen, hasil evaluasi mengajar dan history kelas ajar. Fitur atau fungsi utama lain adalah mengenai dosen wali, dosen pembimbing, dosen koordinator dan jadwal dosen penguji. Salah satu cara untuk mengoptimalkan dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi adalah dengan mengetahui kepuasan dari sisi pengguna ataupun user. Kinerja sistem informasi dapat dilihat dari kepuasan pengguna dalam penggunaan sistem informasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian terhadap kepuasan pengguna SID sehingga dapat diketahui kinerja SID tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kepuasan adalah metode Servqual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendefinisian masalah, eksplorasi konsep, analisis, pengumpulan data dan analisis data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan skor Servqual diperoleh kualitas dari tangible, reliability dan emphaty masih kurang baik. Sedangkan kualitas dari responsivenes dan assurance sudah baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap SID adalah kurang puas.

Abstract

Tahu merupakan salah satu jenis makanan yang dapat dinikmati dan dapat dengan mudah didapatkan oleh semula kalangan masyarakat. Tahu merupakan makanan dengan gizi tinggi. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Bapak Nyoman Gorim. Mitra memiliki usaha produksi tahu. Bapak Nyoman Gorim berasal dari Dusun Banda Desa Saba, Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar. Pada saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala berupa keterbatasan dalam alat bantu produksi, kemasan produk tahu, kurangnya manajemen keuangan serta pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan kendala yang dihadapi mitra, dilakukan pemberdayaan usaha tahu melalui kegiatan secara bertahap dari aspek produksi, manajemen dan pemasaran. Metode kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi seperti mesin penggiling bahan baku, pelatihan pengemasan, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, pembuatan sosial media serta pelatihan penggunaan sosial media. Indikator capaian adalah peningkatan 50% jumlah produksi, 50% produk berisi label kemasan dengan melibatkan 2 orang karyawan, mitra mempunyai media sosial facebook dan instagram sebagai media pemasaran, 1 orang anggota dapat mengelola pembukuan dan pencatatan keuangan dan 1 orang anggota dapat melakukan pengelolaan terhadap content media sosial. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi sebanyak 60%, peningkatan pengetahuan mitra mengenai pencatatan keuangan dan pemasaran menggunakan media online, terciptanya produk tahu yang lebih ekslusif dengan kemasan dan label yang baru. Kata kunci: Tahu, Peralatan Produksi, Manajemen Keuangan, Media Sosial ABSTRACT Tofu is one type of food that can be enjoyed and can be easily obtained by the community at first. Tofu is a high nutrient food. The partner in this activity is Mr. Nyoman Gorim. Partners have a tofu production business. Mr. Nyoman Gorim comes from Banda, Saba Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. At this time, there are several obstacles in the form of limitations in production aids, tofu product packaging, lack of financial management, and product marketing. Based on the obstacles faced by partners, tofu business empowerment was carried out through activities in stages, from the aspects of production, management and, marketing. The activity method starts with socialization, provision of equipment as production aids, packaging training, financial management training, social media creation and, social media usage training. The achievement indicator is an increase in the amount of production by up to 50%, 50% of the product contains packaging labels involving 2 employees, partners have social media Facebook and Instagram as marketing media, 1 member can manage financial books and records and 1 member can manage social media content. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that there was an increase in the number of production by 60%, an increase in partner knowledge about financial recording and marketing using online media, the creation of more exclusive tofu products with new packaging, and labels. Abstract

This study discusses the contribution of online platform reservations to room occupancy rates at The Haven Hotel Bali Seminyak. The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of online platform reservations to room occupancy rates and to find out which online platforms contributed the most. Data collection methods used are observation, interview, documentation. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of this study stated that the contribution of the average percentage of online platforms for four years always fluctuates every year. Expedia for the last four years contributed 21.63% room occupancy rate, Booking.com for the last four years contributed 21.50% room occupancy rate, Agoda for the last four years contributed 10.66% room occupancy rate, Traveloka for four last year contributed 1.51% room occupancy rate, Hotelbed for the last four years contributed 2.14% room occupancy rate. Expedia contributed the most, viz 21.63% of room occupancy rate contribution for the last four years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the e-commerce dynamic rate structure to generate room revenue and the better implementation between dynamic rate and the static rate at a 3 star hotel in Kuta, Bali. Data collection methods used in this research as follows: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the mean analysis technique, dynamic pricing method, profit margin ratio, and descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed the step by step of dynamic rate structure determination and the dynamic rate is better than the static rate. This is indicated by the results of the average profit margin ratio in 2016-2018 on the dynamic rate at 39.41% compared to the static rate at 2.00%. Based on the results of the analysis, any efforts that can be made are paying attention to the dynamic rate during decreasing the Price Points (PP), thus avoiding complaints from offline travel agents and implement the dynamic rates for offline travel agents, hence generate profits with a greater profit margin ratio for the hotel

Abstract

Purpose: This article is to explain the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) at PT Taco Casa Bali in carrying out its social and environmental responsibilities to support green tourism.Research methods: This study is done in a qualitative method in which the data collection was carried out through library techniques and field research in the form of observation and interviews with the Corporate Operations Manager of PT Taco Casa Bali.Results and discussion: The result of the study shows that the CSR implementation of PT Taco Casa Bali is in the form of fixed and unscheduled activities that support green tourism policies and regulations (people, planet, and profit).Conclusion: The research is an illustration of how CSR practices in a company should be maximally realized so that in the end both the business and the business environment.

Abstract

Information systems become one of the benefits of the organization. In supporting the academic process, STIKOM Bali utilizes Online Attendance Information System that is used to process the attendance of lecturing activities. The success of a company's information system depends on how the system is run, the ease of the system for its users, and the utilization of the technology used. One of the most important goals in evaluating the application of information systems is knowing the success rate of the information system. Measuring the success of Online Attendance Information System has not been done so that not yet known success or failure of the system. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the success of this system. This study evaluates the success of using the Delone Mclean model. The research method used in this research is problem definition, concept exploration and observation, analysis, data collection and analysis and conclusion. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with correlation method found that there are six proven hypotheses so it can be concluded that online attendance information system has been successfully applied to STIKOM Bali. Abstract

Telur merupakan salah satu makanan yang sangat digemari masyarakat untuk dikonsumsi. Telur dapat diolah dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya adalah dengan mengawetkan dan mengasinkan telur tersebut yang disebut dengan telur asin. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Sari Asin. Sari Asin merupakan usaha yang menghasilkan produk telur asin yang berdiri pada tahun 2015. Sari Asin terletak di Jalan Rajawali Subamia Kelong Tabanan. Pada saat ini ditengah pandemi COVID-19, terdapat beberapa kendala berupa keterbatasan alat bantu produksi, variasi produk, kemasan dan labeling produk, serta keterbatasan dalam hal pemasaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi dan untuk tetap menjaga keberlangsungan usaha telur asin, maka akan dilakukan kegiatan bertahap mulai manajemen produksi dan pemasaran. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi, pendampingan diversifikasi produk, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi seperti kompor dan oven, pelatihan pengemasan dan desain label kemasan, pelatihan manajemen pemasaran seperti pelatihan media sosial. Indikator capaian adalah peningkatan jumlah produksi hingga 50%, penambahan 1 variasi jenis produk mitra, kemasan produk menjadi lebih menarik dan 50% kemasan produk berisi label kemasan dan expired date, peningkatan pasar produk sebanyak 50%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, target penambahan variasi produk, peningkatan jumlah produksi, pengisian label kemasan produk dan peningkatan pasar produk tercapai

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam pemulihan ekonomi di saat pandemi Covid-19 ini. Mitra dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah Jepun Bali yang berlokasi di Desa Medahan, Blahbatuh, Gianyar. Jepun Bali merupakan usaha kecil yang memproduksi keripik khas Bali seperti keripik usus, keripik kacang tanah dan keripik ayam. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi mitra berupa keterbatasan alat bantu produksi, pengemasan produk, kurangnya manajemen keuangan serta keterbatasan dalam hal pemasaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, telah dilakukan kegiatan bertahap yaitu manajemen produksi sampai pemasaran. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi, mitra diberikan peralatan produksi seperti kompor, wajan, mesin sealer, mesin penghancur bumbu, kemasan dan label kemasan, pelatihan pengemasan, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, pembuatan media sosial dan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial. Indikator capaian adalah peningkatan jumlah produksi hingga 50%, kemasan produk menjadi lebih menarik dan informatif, mitra mempunyai media sosial sebagai media pemasaran, 1 orang anggota usaha dapat mempunyai pembukuan dan pencatatan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan dengan test terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan mitra meningkat. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran indikator capaian luaran dilakukan dengan wawancara yang menghasilkan kesimpulan target luaran berupa peningkatan jumlah produksi, kemasan produk dan media sosial tercapai.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Attendance is a compulsory activity in lectures. STIKOM Bali uses an online attendance information system to attend student attendance in each teaching and learning process. To find out the success of implementing an information system needs to be evaluated. Evaluation is done so that the organization can find out the impact and benefits of implementing an information system for users such as lecturers and academic and organizational sections. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the STIKOM Bali online attendance information system. This study evaluates success using the HOT Fit model. The selection of the HOT Fit model is because this model involves important components in the application of the system, namely human, technology and organization. The research methods used in this study are exploration of concepts and observations, analysis of variables and hypotheses, data collection and analysis and conclusions. Based on the results of hypothesis evaluation, eleven hypotheses proved significant. Based on this, it can be concluded that the success rate of the online attendance information system at Bali STIKOM is good. While based on the results of the regression test found the influence of the largest variable is the effect of system quality variables on user satisfaction and service quality on usage with the value of R Square of 62.5%. Keywords:  attendance, online attendance information system, HOT Fit model  ABSTRAK Absensi merupakan kegiatan wajib dalam perkuliahan. STIKOM Bali menggunakan sistem informasi absensi online untuk melakukan presensi kehadiran mahasiswa dalam setiap proses belajar mengajar. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan sebuah sistem informasi perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan agar organisasi dapat mengetahui dampak dan manfaat penerapan sistem informasi baik bagi pengguna seperti dosen dan bagian akademik maupun organisasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi absensi online STIKOM Bali. Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi kesuksesan menggunakan model HOT Fit. Pemilihan model HOT Fit dikarenakan model ini melibatkan komponen penting dalam penerapan sistem yaitu human atau pengguna, teknologi dan organisasi Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplorasi konsep dan observasi, analisis variabel dan hipotesis, pengumpulan dan analisis data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi hipotesis, sebelas hipotesis terbukti signifikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kesuksesan sistem informasi absensi online pada STIKOM Bali baik. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji regresi didapatkan pengaruh variabel terbesar adalah pengaruh variabel kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan terhadap penggunaan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 62,5 %.
