Abstract

"Black, White And ..." is a 2D Horror game with a sub-genre psychological horror game developed for Windows PC. This game was made using Unity as the game engine with C# as the programming language. In this game, the player will play as an amnesiac girl who has just awoken. The goal of this game is to search for a way out from the strange black and white world. The player will have to survive from the enemy and traps with the ability to move from the black world to the white world and vice versa. to ward the enemies, the player had to scream. The game has implemented a Voice Recognition feature to differentiate between scream or not scream.  The testing has been done by using blackbox testing, alpha testing, and beta testing method. The test results show that most of the respondents experience a sense of fear and tension as well as the intention to play the game again.

Abstract

“Blast Off” is a physics puzzle 2D game which is developed under game development software Unity. The player controls a member of demolition squad who test an experimental type of bomb. Player uses a variety of bombs with different special effects to destroy buildings. Testing is done with questionnaires filled out by 30 respondents. The results from the testing is an improvement in design and visual quality of the game.

Abstract

In this game players act as an airplane which shoots and avoids aliens. This game is developed for Android based smartphones. This game was made using the Unity game engine with C# as the programming language. This game is endless with difficulty increasing as time goes by. The goal is to get the highest score. The player has to tilt the smartphone to control the character. Testing is done by the blackbox method, alpha testing, and beta testing. The test results show that "Stop The Aliens" is a game that is not too hard and fun with interesting controls.

Abstract

Game “The Constin’s Prophecy” adalah game dengan genre multiplayer Platformer dengan tema side scrolling dengan animasi 2D. Game ini dirancang menggunakan Game Engine Unity dengan C# sebagai bahasa pemograman. Pemain mengikuti petualangan saudara kembar Valter dan Walter yang diramalkan oleh seorang penyihir bernama Constin akan mengalahkan Selena yang mengutuk seluruh penduduk desa menjadi rusa. Pemain pertama akan mengendalikan Valter dan pemain kedua akan mengendalikan Walter untuk mencapai tujuan akhir dengan selamat. Untuk mencapai level akhir, maka pemain harus melewati 7 level dengan tingkat kesulitan yang semakin meningkat. Permainan ditujukan untuk 2 orang yang bermain bersama-sama. Permainan dapat dimainkan seorang diri, namun pemain akan mengalami kesulitan pada saat memainkan game ini. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 2 metode yaitu blackbox testing dan alpha testing sedangkan beta testing dilakukan melalui survei pada 30 responden.

Abstract

Game “Halo” is an RPG game that tells a tale of the player as they live their life as a new student at FTI UNTAR. This game is developed using Unity3D game engine and Dialoguer add-on to create RPG-themed dialogues. Player takes the role of a new FTI UNTAR that must fulfill the task of re-registration at UNTAR. In this game, the player have to do sequences of events in order to finish the game. The method of testing that were used are blackbox testing, alpha testing by the advisors and beta testing by using a survey of 34 players. The result of the tests showed that “Halo” already depicted UNTAR situation especially, FTI UNTAR, but it’s still lacking on the visual design and user input on character naming

Abstract

Dalam game ini pemain berperan sebagai astronot yang harus berlari sejauh mungkin dan menghindari monster. Game ini dikembangkan untuk smartphone berbasis Android. Game ini dibuat menggunakan engine game Unity dengan bahasa pemrograman C#. Game ini bersifat endless dengan meningkatnya kesulitan saat pemain berlari lebih jauh. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendapatkan skor setinggi mungkin. Pemain harus menghindari rintangan dengan melompat. Pemain harus menggunakan suaranya untuk mengontrol karakter. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox, alpha testing, dan beta testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa “Endless Jetride” merupakan game yang tidak terlalu sulit dan menyenangkan dengan kontrol yang menarik. Beberapa pemain merasa tertarik untuk bermain, namun ada kekurangan di sisi lain yaitu kurangnya variasi objek tantangan, kendala yang cukup sulit bagi pemain yang belum terbiasa.

Abstract

“Save Our Planet” is an arcade game that has a campaign theme. This game is Android based and has a minimum API Level of Android 4.4 ‘Kit Kat’ (API Level 19). This game is developed Unity 2019.3.15f1 with C# as the programming language. This game has six mini games and each of them provides information to remind the importance of preserving the environment. When a player gets a score that is higher than fifteen, the player could unlock the next mini game and received a tree that will be displayed on the main menu. They could also see the advantages of different trees on the information menu. Based on the results of the beta testing,“Save Our Planet” has already succeeded in providing information about the importance of preserving the environment.

Abstract

Game “Gevangen“ adalah game dengan genre Role-Playing Game turn-based dengan sistem Rock-Paper-Scissors. Game ini dirancang dengan menggunakan game engine Unity dengan C# sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya. Game ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengisi waktu luang dengan melawan monster dan menyelesaikan cerita dalam game ini. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing, alpha testing oleh dosen pembimbing, dan beta testing dengan melalui survei pada 30 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pemain yang tidak pernah memainkan game Role-Playing Game turn-based dengan system Rock-Paper-Scissors. Game “Gevangen” memiliki desain tampilan permainan dan gameplay yang menarik namun masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu cerita dalam game yang disuguhkan biasa saja.

Abstract

“Barcomon” is a virtual pet game for smartphone with an Android Operating System. This game was made using C# programming language and Unity as the development program. In this game, player will act as a Coder with a goal to achieve the Code Master title by winning all the battle on The Forum. Coder must take care and train the monsters. Player can get the monsters by scanning any barcode from any daily product. The testing of this game is done by using a blackbox testing method, alpha testing, and beta testing with a survey distributed to 39 respondents. The survey shows that Barcomon is a game with an interesting gameplay, easy to play, and has a unique barcode scanning feature that is rarely found in other games.
