Abstract

This research aims to describe the religious value in the novel Suluh Rindu by Habiburrahman El Shirazy and its implementation as literature learning material in high school. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The research data is in the form of quotations of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences containing religious value in the novel Suluh Rindu by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. This study's data source is the novel Suluh Rindu by Habiburrahman El Shirazy, designed with literary content analysis. Data collection techniques are reading, listening, taking notes, and documenting, and data validity using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques use dialectical methods. The results of this study show that the novel Suluh Rindu contains three religious values: creed, worship, and morals. The religious value of this novel can be implemented as literature learning material in high school based on reading and viewing elements with learning outcomes in the form of students being able to express ideas and views based on logical thinking principles from reading various types of texts (non-fiction and fiction) in print and electronic media. Students can appreciate fiction and non-fiction texts.

Abstract

Pelatihan edukasi strategi ketahanan pangan keluarga melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dilaksanakan di Desa Labean, Kecamatan Balaesang, Kabupaten Donggala, sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemandirian pangan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan simulasi untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis kepada masyarakat dalam mengoptimalkan pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan keluarga. Pada pendekatan edukatif, peserta diberikan materi mengenai pentingnya ketahanan pangan, teknik pengelolaan pekarangan, dan pengolahan limbah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik. Sedangkan pada pendekatan simulasi, peserta dilibatkan secara langsung dalam praktik bercocok tanam dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai lokasi percontohan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Peserta mampu mengidentifikasi jenis tanaman yang sesuai, seperti sayuran, tanaman buah, dan tanaman obat, serta berhasil menerapkan teknik bercocok tanam sederhana, seperti tumpangsari dan vertikultur. Selain itu, pelatihan ini mendorong terbentuknya kelompok tani pekarangan sebagai langkah keberlanjutan program. Pelatihan ini membuktikan bahwa strategi pemanfaatan pekarangan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan keluarga, sekaligus mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Law No. 7/1974 on the Cockfighting Tradition in Tana Toraja Regency and the benefits and Strengthening of the Cockfighting Tradition in Tana Toraja District which have no legal implications. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods (field research). The results of this study indicate that Law Number 7 of 1974 concerning Control of Gambling has not been effectively applied in Tana Toraja Regency due to people who are not aware of the law. One of the benefits of the tradition of cockfighting in Tana Toraja Regency is helping families who carry out funeral rites (Rambu Solo ') through community contributions that come to watch cockfighting, strengthening the tradition of cockfighting that has no legal implication is through efforts to tackle crime one of which is to provide counseling to the community believes that cockfighting is an unlawful act, because a cockfight carried out now is no longer the same as a cockfight committed by the ancestors of the community first.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan model Problem Based Learning dalam pembelajaran cerita fiksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan dikhususkan untuk menguraikan hambatan dan solusi atas permasalahan guru dalam penggunaan model Problem Based Learning pembelajaran cerita fiksi di SD Negeri 01 Alastuwo Kebakkramat Karanganyar. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang dipakai penelitian ini yaitu dokumen, narasumber, tempat, dan peristiwa. Data penelitian ini berupa informasi yang terdapat di: perencanaan pembelajaran, prota, silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), pelaksanaan pembelajaran, data hambatan, dan data mengatasi hambatan. Teknik yang dipakai untuk pengumpulan data in-depth interview, observasi,serta analisis dokumen. Validitas data dilaksanakan menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menerapkan analisis interaktif dengan komponen reduksi data, sajian, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan hambatan-hambatan yang dialami guru pada: perencanaan pembelajaran belum maksimal, siswa kurang aktif dan belum percaya diri, sistem kegiatan belajar mengajar yang monoton serta kurang menarik. Solusi yang dilakukan guru yaitu membuat perencanaan pembelajaran melalui forum KKG(Kelompok Kerja Guru), memperhatikan pembagian alokasi waktu. Kurangnya keberanian, keaktifan dan partisipasi siswa diatasi dengan memotivasi siswa untuk berani tampil dan aktif mengutarakan pendapat,memberikan jawaban serta usulan,memodifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran yang variatif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

In the current educational context, the effectiveness of inclusive classroom management in improving student learning achievement in elementary schools has become an urgent topic for research. This study aims to analyze the influence of inclusive classroom management on student learning achievement, considering variables such as adaptive teaching strategies, support for the learning environment, and dynamics of student interaction. Using quantitative methods with a survey research design, this study involved a sample of 40 elementary school students from the city of Bima, selected through purposive sampling technique, considering the specific characteristics of the population studied. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression tests to determine the impact of inclusive classroom management on learning achievement. The results show a significant positive effect of inclusive classroom management on student learning achievement, reaffirming the importance of adapting teaching strategies and creating a supportive learning environment in inclusive classrooms. This conclusion supports the argument that effective inclusive classroom management practices are essential for improving student learning outcomes. Based on these findings, this study recommends enhancing teacher capacity through continuous professional training in inclusive classroom management and the development of a more inclusive curriculum to support the learning success of all students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BANK SULSELBAR BRANCH BARRU. The analytical methods used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and library research. Determination of the sample was determined by saturated sampling (census) and obtained as many as 41 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (1) Partially Work Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Barru Branch. This is indicated by the value of the results of the t test analysis obtained by t count > t table, namely 4.782 > 2.024 and a significance value of 0.004 (< 0.05). And partially Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the value of the results of the t test analysis obtained by t count > t table, namely 4,768 > 2.024 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). (2) Simultaneously Work Commitment and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the value of the results of the F test analysis obtained by the value of F count > F table, namely 29,941 > 3.24 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) The results of the determination coefficient of 0.737 indicate the ability of the independent variable to affect the dependent variable, namely 73.7%, therefore for researchers who will research with the same theme, it is advisable to add other variables that are not yet present in this study or to examine other variables , so that research results can be even better and prove the hypothesis. It is possible that this will provide results of a comparison of the effects of previous studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how transformational leadership and work motivation partially influence employee performance at Telkom Plaza Parepare, to determine how transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at Telkom Plaza Parepare. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and uses the SPSS for Windows 25 program. The data used in this research uses primary data sourced from the results of questionnaires that have been filled in by the respondents. The results of this research indicate that partial transformational leadership has no effect on employee performance at Telkom Plaza Parepare. With the value, tcount < ttable = -178 < 2.042 and not significant, 0.860 > 0.05. And work motivation partially influences employee performance at Telkom Plaza Parepare. With the value, tcount > ttable 7.027 > 2.042 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05. And it has a simultaneous effect with a value of fcount > ftable 24.783 > 3.31 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Hospitals are expected to be able to provide quality health services, so that people can live healthily and achieve the goal of equitable health development. There are three parties involved in health services at hospitals, namely the providers and service providers and the service users. The aim of this research is to determine the form of service management carried out by the Regional General Hospital Panglima Sebaya on the quality of public services in Paser Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature using observation and interview methods with a sample of 30 people, consisting of doctors, nurses, administrative officers and outpatients. This research shows that the quality of service at Regional General Hospital Panglima Sebaya is seen based on Reliability, Responsiveness, Tangibility, Assurance and Empathy which have been fulfilled properly while the service system that is owned has fulfilled the principles of simplicity and clarity. Management of health service quality at Panglima Sebaya Hospital was generally considered good

Abstract

The research investigates the impact of human resource quality and work motivation on employee performance at The Keranjang Bali, using a quantitative approach to analyze intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors. Results indicate that both human resource quality and work motivation significantly and positively influence employee performance, with statistical tests showing strong correlations between these variables. The study employs various motivational theories, including Maslow’s needs theory, and considers contextual factors like organizational culture in assessing employee performance levels. Employee motivation is linked to increased productivity and enthusiasm, which can lead to higher sales and better customer service in retail businesses like The Keranjang Bali. The research highlights the importance of managing human resources effectively to enhance employee performance, suggesting programs like career advancement opportunities and job security to improve motivation.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis yield the equation: Y = 2.781 + 0.568 X₁ + 0.330 X₂ + e, indicating that Human Resource Quality (X₁) and Work Motivation (X₂) significantly influence Employee Performance (Y). Based on the t-test hypothesis, the calculated t-value for X₁ is 5.119, which exceeds the critical t-value of 2.004. Similarly, the calculated t-value for X₂ is 4.133, also greater than the critical t-value of 2.004. Therefore, it can be concluded that both independent variables, X₁ and X₂, have a significant and positive impact on the dependent variable (Y). Furthermore, the F-test indicates a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, and an F- calculated value of 47.741 that surpasses the F-table value of 3.61. This suggests that the variables X₁ and X₂ collectively have an effect on variable Y. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.635 or 63.5%, meaning that Human Resource Quality and Work Motivation together account for a 63.5% influence on Employee Performance, while the remaining 36.5% is affected by other variables not covered in this study.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of poverty, unemployment, and economic inequality on inclusive growth in Indonesia. The data used in this study is panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with a fixed effect model. Based on the research results, it is clear that the relationship between poverty, unemployment, and economic inequality is negative and significant on inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. The analysis also emphasizes that efforts to achieve inclusive economic growth must focus on community empowerment, investment in education and training, inclusive infrastructure development, and policies focused on sustainable economic development
