Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the employee development strategy implemented by PT Telkom Indonesia in facing the challenges of Industry 4.0, focusing on the effectiveness of digital training, employee participation, perceptions, competency improvement, and implementation obstacles. Using a descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation with 15 informants, the findings indicate that Telkom has adopted relevant digital training programs such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics via the MyDigilearn platform. Employee participation is high, with 83% of respondents feeling more prepared to face new technologies. However, challenges remain, including overly theoretical training methods, inflexible schedules, and suboptimal post-training evaluations. Only 46% received adequate coaching experiences, and 39% noted insufficient training evaluations. Despite these issues, Telkom’s training strategy aligns with human capital development principles and the 70:20:10 learning model. Improvements are recommended in delivery methods, schedule flexibility, and continuous evaluation to enhance program effectiveness.

Abstract

This development research aims to describe and describe the development, feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of creative smart tube learning activity media to improve storytelling skills in kindergarten. This development research uses qualitative methods with R&D techniques which refer to the research and development design in Borg and Gall in aten stage research development process. In this development research, the researcher only took seven stages including advantages and problems, combining data, creating media, validating media, improving media, testing media, and revising media. Data collection techniques use observation, question and answer, documentation and bibliography techniques. The results of the accumulated data were then validated using development validation techniques which included the assessment stage of the feasibility results of creative smart tube media carried out by material experts and media experts. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis. From the results of the data description and assessment of the results of development research, a summary conclusion can be drawn, namely: (1) validation of the achievement of the appropriateness of the props by media experts shows a value of 4.35 with an achievement percentage of 87.05% (very feasible), (2) validation of the practicality of the media obtained from group and field trials, (3) validation of media effectiveness obtained from product trials, (4) development of creative smart tube learning media realized in the form of digital learning media, web-based creative smart educational games in the form of numbers, letters and words.

Abstract

Penguatan karakter bernalar kritis siswa diupayakan melalui pembelajaran menulis teks berita dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah atau Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan, kendala, dan solusi model PBL pada pembelajaran menulis teks berita sebagai penguat karakter bernalar kritis pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 01 Tegalgede Karanganyar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data berupa informasi dan dokumen terkait penerapan, kendala, dan solusi pembelajaran menulis teks berita yang diperoleh dari narasumber, proses pembelajaran, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, dengan validitas triangulasi teknik dan member check. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui tiga tahap utama, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL mendorong siswa aktif mencari solusi, berdiskusi, mengembangkan argumen logis, serta membangun karakter bernalar kritis dalam penyusunan teks berita. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya literasi siswa, penggunaan kaidah bahasa yang belum tepat, ketidaksesuaian materi dengan Capaian Pembelajaran, dan kesulitan siswa dalam menyimpulkan inti berita. Solusi yang diterapkan mencakup pemanfaatan media audiovisual, penguatan kaidah penulisan, pengkajian ulang Capaian Pembelajaran, serta pemberian tugas dan latihan tambahan secara rutin. Model PBL tetap memberi dampak positif bagi keterampilan menulis teks berita selama kendala dikelola, sehingga guru disarankan menggunakan tema pembelajaran yang lebih variatif dan memberikan pelatihan analisis informasi secara kritis. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi optimalisasi penerapan PBL dalam pembelajaran menulis di sekolah dasar.
