Abstract

In principle, the legal system regulates the life of a community so that conflicts do not occur, although often these conflicts cannot be avoided, a principle of legal certainty is needed in resolving disputes through arbitration and how the execution of an arbitral award in Indonesia can be applied or implemented. The legal system has an important role to play in resolving these conflicts. The legal system in the judicial world has a major influence in the application of law, especially for judges in examining and deciding a case. Judges in deciding a case will definitely pay great attention to the legal system in their jurisdiction. In addition, the Panel of Judges uses the decisions of other judges who decide cases whose substance in principle has similarities to be used as a reference and consideration in deciding a case.

Abstract

Perineal wounds, if not properly treated, are at risk of infection, especially with poor hygiene, inappropriate care, or comorbidities like diabetes. Symptoms of infection include worsening pain, swelling, redness, and fluid or pus discharge, sometimes accompanied by fever or chills. This research aimed to examine the effects of natural remedies—white eggs, snakehead fish, binahong leaves, soaked betel leaves, VCO, pineapple juice, and honey—on accelerating perineal wound healing and reducing infection risk. Using a quasi-experimental quantitative approach with purposive sampling, the study found that these remedies significantly accelerated wound healing compared to a control group, as indicated by a p-value of 0.000 from Mann-Whitney tests. While some in the control group experienced infections, those treated with the natural remedies showed faster healing and fewer infections. The study suggests that using these natural treatments can effectively speed up perineal wound healing and reduce the risk of infection.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reading literacy ability of grade 3 students at SDN Cimone 1 Tangerang City. The qualitative descriptive method was used in this study with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The results of the study show that most students have good reading literacy skills, characterized by the ability to recognize letters, read words and sentences, and understand the content of simple reading. Teachers have implemented various strategies to improve students' literacy skills, such as the habit of reading for 30 minutes at the beginning of learning, the use of reading corners, group discussions, and the use of various learning media such as storybooks, magazines, and the internet. However, there are still some students who have difficulty reading fluently and understanding the meaning of the text in depth. This shows the need for an individualized approach and more varied learning to reach all students. Overall, the results of this study reveal that students' reading literacy skills are quite good, but they require improvement and special attention for students with disabilities. This finding is expected to be a reference for the development of reading literacy programs in elementary schools.
