Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utnuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan opini audit terhadap audit delay melalui variabel Audit Delay. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia secara berturut turut pada periode tahun 2018-2022 dan perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate yang sudah menerbitkan laporan keuangan tahunan selama tahun 2018-2022 dan memuat informasi yang lengkap beserta laporan auditor independen untuk kepentingan penelitian, jumlah sampel sebanyak yang memenuhi kriteria 39. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode uji regresi logistik Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan opini audit terhadap audit delay. Hasil uji t menunjukkan koefisien determinasi signifikan yang bearti terdapat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan opini audit terhadap audit delay.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak biaya produksi (biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, dan biaya overhead pabrik) terhadap harga jual. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Dengan melibatkan sepuluh perusahaan, sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 50 laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam subsektor makanan dan minuman selama periode 2019-2023. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1 berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Y, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; variabel X2 tidak memberikan pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Y, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,574 > 0,05; dan variabel X3 berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Y, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini disebarkan kepada 44 pegawai ASN yang bekerja di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa variabel (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel (Y), dengan nilai t 3,319 dan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Variabel (Y) dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh variabel (X2), yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai t sebesar 7,891 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji-F menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of trust and service quality on the decisions of DAMRI Palembang - Tanjung Enim Bus Transportation Service users. The sampling technique was nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling, the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. Using instrument test, validity test, reliability test. The classic assumption test is the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, t test and F test.The results of the hypothesis test concluded that partially there is an effect of trust (X1) on service user decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence on user decisions. The simultaneous F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and HO is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence simultaneously on trust and service quality on the decisions of users of DAMRI Palembang - Tanjung Enim Bus Transportation Services. The test results are strengthened by a correlation test of 0.834 and a determination test of 696 which shows the results of the discussion and then have a very strong relationship so that they can form an explanation of 69.6%, the rest is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study evaluated the implementation of integrated character education in elementary schools in the city of Palembang and measure the achievement of the results. The implementation of integrated character education in several cities in Indonesia has not shown encouraging results. This study is a survey method, conducted at 20 elementary schools in Palembang with descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, and histogram. Data collection techniques were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, checklists, and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of integrated character education in elementary schools has not been encouraging. Empirical evaluative findings show that in the fifth grade the highest percentage is 36.33% and in the sixth grade, 30.33% of the 600 elementary school students in the city of Palembang studied still in the Good enough category. The presence and role of classroom teachers who are specifically entrusted with the role of the transmitter of character education or heart education are sometimes overwhelmed and the role of guidance and counseling teachers at the elementary school level is not very visible or even not involved at all, as seen in most elementary schools in Indonesia. This paper recommend to provide hours of classical tutoring services.

Abstract

Kecakapan digital merupakan keahlian yang harus dimiliki oleh semua orang untuk beradaptasi pada era society 5.0. Harapan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengenalkan pengetahuan digital dan apa itu era society 5.0 kepada siswa/siswi SMA Negeri 4 OKU. Hal ini dimaksudkan sebagai persiapan keahlian dalam bidang digital. Selama ini kegiatan yang paling sering dilakukan adalah transaksi di dunia maya dan pembelajaran secara daring. Padahal Digitalitalisasi sudah hampir meliputi setiap kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat, walaupun di Indonesia sendiri masih perlu sosialisasi lebih lanjut dan membiasakan diri dengan situasi tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of full-day school during the new normal period carried out by four state vocational high schools in Palembang City during the new normal period after Covid-19. This study also aims to see the development and improvement of the quality of education with the emergency curriculum. The method used in this study is a descriptive case study, which describes the phenomenon or social phenomenon under study by describing the value of independent variables, both one or more variables (independent) based on indicators of the variables studied for exploration and classification. To collect the data, the researchers employed interviews with the participants. Meanwhile, content analysis was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the research, namely the perceptions of teachers and students against full-day school during the new normal as well as the implementation of emergency curriculum at state vocational high schools in Palembang City, it can be concluded that the respondents’ statements are in accordance with the questionnaire that the researcher has given to students with a value of 210 questionnaire respondents with a number of questions, namely 35 questions, the conclusion is 84.05% in the very high category. This implies the positive perceptions of both teachers and students in Palembang.
