Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini disebarkan kepada 44 pegawai ASN yang bekerja di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa variabel (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel (Y), dengan nilai t 3,319 dan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Variabel (Y) dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh variabel (X2), yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai t sebesar 7,891 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji-F menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of trust and service quality on the decisions of DAMRI Palembang - Tanjung Enim Bus Transportation Service users. The sampling technique was nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling, the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. Using instrument test, validity test, reliability test. The classic assumption test is the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, t test and F test.The results of the hypothesis test concluded that partially there is an effect of trust (X1) on service user decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence on user decisions. The simultaneous F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and HO is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence simultaneously on trust and service quality on the decisions of users of DAMRI Palembang - Tanjung Enim Bus Transportation Services. The test results are strengthened by a correlation test of 0.834 and a determination test of 696 which shows the results of the discussion and then have a very strong relationship so that they can form an explanation of 69.6%, the rest is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study evaluated the implementation of integrated character education in elementary schools in the city of Palembang and measure the achievement of the results. The implementation of integrated character education in several cities in Indonesia has not shown encouraging results. This study is a survey method, conducted at 20 elementary schools in Palembang with descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, and histogram. Data collection techniques were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, checklists, and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of integrated character education in elementary schools has not been encouraging. Empirical evaluative findings show that in the fifth grade the highest percentage is 36.33% and in the sixth grade, 30.33% of the 600 elementary school students in the city of Palembang studied still in the Good enough category. The presence and role of classroom teachers who are specifically entrusted with the role of the transmitter of character education or heart education are sometimes overwhelmed and the role of guidance and counseling teachers at the elementary school level is not very visible or even not involved at all, as seen in most elementary schools in Indonesia. This paper recommend to provide hours of classical tutoring services.

Abstract

Kecakapan digital merupakan keahlian yang harus dimiliki oleh semua orang untuk beradaptasi pada era society 5.0. Harapan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengenalkan pengetahuan digital dan apa itu era society 5.0 kepada siswa/siswi SMA Negeri 4 OKU. Hal ini dimaksudkan sebagai persiapan keahlian dalam bidang digital. Selama ini kegiatan yang paling sering dilakukan adalah transaksi di dunia maya dan pembelajaran secara daring. Padahal Digitalitalisasi sudah hampir meliputi setiap kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat, walaupun di Indonesia sendiri masih perlu sosialisasi lebih lanjut dan membiasakan diri dengan situasi tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of full-day school during the new normal period carried out by four state vocational high schools in Palembang City during the new normal period after Covid-19. This study also aims to see the development and improvement of the quality of education with the emergency curriculum. The method used in this study is a descriptive case study, which describes the phenomenon or social phenomenon under study by describing the value of independent variables, both one or more variables (independent) based on indicators of the variables studied for exploration and classification. To collect the data, the researchers employed interviews with the participants. Meanwhile, content analysis was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the research, namely the perceptions of teachers and students against full-day school during the new normal as well as the implementation of emergency curriculum at state vocational high schools in Palembang City, it can be concluded that the respondents’ statements are in accordance with the questionnaire that the researcher has given to students with a value of 210 questionnaire respondents with a number of questions, namely 35 questions, the conclusion is 84.05% in the very high category. This implies the positive perceptions of both teachers and students in Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of career development and promotion on employee morale at the Palembang religious courts. The population in this study was all employees at the Palembang religious courts totaling 71 employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which means a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The sample taken in this research was based on the number of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Palembang religious court, which was 54 employees. The collection method uses questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t hypothesis test and F hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 22. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that simultaneously there is a significant influence on the variables of career development and job promotion on morale Work. This can be seen from the F test, namely 0.000 < 0.05, which means that all independent variables jointly influence the dependent variable.

Abstract

Background: This Community Service project addressed the underutilization of the school garden at SMAN 1 Payaraman, which had been limited to the production of raw agricultural materials. The core problems identified were the critical lack of added value in products and the students' limited knowledge of essential entrepreneurial competencies, including post-harvest handling, product processing, effective marketing, and digital financial management.Aims: The program aimed to significantly enhance the entrepreneurial skills of SMAN 1 Payaraman students by training them to process their plantation products into high-economic-value goods. The comprehensive scope included the transfer of practical skills in product processing, efficient production management, professional packaging techniques, and digital marketing strategies.Method: The program was implemented through five stages: socialization, product training, packaging, production management, and marketing implementation. Essential equipment (oven/dehydrator, grater) was provided to support sustained, long-term production.Result: The program had a significant positive impact, as evidenced by the substantial improvement in students' practical skills and high participant satisfaction, particularly in marketing training. In addition, the program achieved the successful acquisition of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for the developed products. Overall, the program successfully transformed the perspective of the school community, enabling them to produce high-economic-value goods from raw materials.Conclusion: The program directly empowered students of SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman with practical entrepreneurial skill based on school plantation product. The program also contributed to to enhance the overall school entrepreneurial ecosystem, including teachers and school management, through increased revenue, market expansion, and the adoption of a digital financial system to ensure the program's long-term sustainability.

Abstract

The learning information system (SISFO) owned by PGRI Palembang University, education in the era of society 5.0 has become an interest and attraction for students to learn. Including the implementation of the MBKM Curriculum which requires lecturers and students to use information systems to facilitate the learning process. Even so, various difficulties and challenges that continue to arise make the learning process in the era of Society 5.0 less efficient and effective. Apart from that, there are several challenges that must be overcome in learning, especially in obtaining material. At PGRI Palembang University, virtual world learning is known as SISFO E-Learning. The aim of this research is to better understand students' assumptions in learning using the PGRI Palembang University Learning Information System (SISFO) in the MBKM Curriculum in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the average results of these indicators, the percentage achieved in the High category was 76.63%.
