Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) dan Indeks Pendidikan terhadap kemiskinan dan pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan data sekunder time series periode 2013–2024 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMP berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan kemiskinan dan pengangguran terbuka. Indeks Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran terbuka. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan positif, kuat, dan signifikan antara kemiskinan dan pengangguran, dengan nilai korelasi Pearson sebesar 0.682 (p < 0.05). Dengan demikian, kebijakan peningkatan upah minimum dan kualitas pendidikan berperan penting dalam mengurangi masalah sosial ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Education Index on poverty and unemployment in Aceh Province. The research applies a quantitative method using secondary time series data from 2013–2024, obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Pearson correlation. The findings reveal that UMP has a significant effect in reducing both poverty and open unemployment. The Education Index significantly affects poverty but shows no significant effect on open unemployment. Furthermore, there is a strong and significant positive relationship between poverty and unemployment, with a Pearson correlation of 0.682 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that policies promoting higher minimum wages and improved education quality play a crucial role in reducing socioeconomic issues in Aceh Province.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, termasuk di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Namun, peningkatan penjualan UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama terkait dengan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital yang belum optimal serta keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran digital dan kompetensi SDM terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM di Kabupaten Aceh Utara.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 81 pelaku UMKM yang telah menerapkan pemasaran digital  dalam kegiatan usahanya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,214. Kompetensi SDM juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM dengan nilai signifikansi 0,019 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,487. Secara simultan, strategi pemasaran digital dan kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 28,954. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,640 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 64% variasi peningkatan penjualan UMKM dapat dijelaskan oleh strategi pemasaran digital dan kompetensi SDM, sedangkan sisanya 36% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry has been considered the main driver of structural transformation in Indonesia, and economic growth is a key indicator of national development. Although the manufacturing industry contributes significantly to the national gross domestic product (GDP), there are a number of structural obstacles that hinder its growth. The most prominent of these are the mismatch between education and employment and the level of labor. The sustainability and competitiveness of the manufacturing industry are questionable due to its dependence on the quality of human resources. Therefore, this study analyzes the influence of labor and the Human Development Index (HDI) on the GDP of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with time series data from 1995 to 2024. The method used is Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) to test long-term and short-term cointegration to capture imbalances towards the long term using Eviews 13. The results of this study indicate that the manufacturing industry workforce significantly affects manufacturing industry GDP growth in the long and short term, while HDI does not significantly affect manufacturing industry GDP growth in the long and short term. The error correction coefficient is negative and statistically significant at -0.619, indicating that approximately 61.9% of the short-term imbalance in the previous period is corrected in the current period of long-term equilibrium. This shows that industrial output is more responsive to production capacity (labor) than to aggregate human quality. Policy implications are more directed at optimizing industrial labor absorption in supporting manufacturing sector growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzethe factors that cause bullying behavior among students and how to solve it. This study was employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data were taken through in-depth interviews with twenty informants consisting of elementary school students, junior high schools, senior highschools, principals, teachers, school security guards, education observers and parents of students. All interview data were then analyzed thematically using NVivo 10 quality analysis software. Overall, the study found nine important themes. Four themes related to the factors causing bullying behavior, namely: i)entrenched beliefsamong students, ii) physical differences between the perpetrator and the victim, iii) discipline by seniors to juniors and iv) the condition of the victim's physical disability and weakness. Five themes related to solutions to tackling the problem of bullying, namely i) giving firm action to the perpetrator, ii) eliminating television shows related to violence, iii) equipping children with martial arts, iv) providing continuous education about the dangers of bullying, and v) instilling mutual respect in children
