Abstract

The development of human resource technology is still needed and utilised because human resources can carry out daily tasks in completing their tasks so that management can run well and smoothly. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze influence competence, digital transformation, renewal skills and artificial intelligence towards performance employee at the Ministry of Transportation Terminal Type A Tirtonadi Surakarta. renewal skills and artificial intelligence on employee performance at the Ministry of Transportation Terminal Type A Tirtonadi Surakarta. This research method uses quantitative research using sampling techniques, namely random sampling, while the sample studied was 100 respondents from 190 employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire method with data analysis techniques using a quantitative approach with the help of the statistical analysis programme SEM PLS version 3. The results showed that employee competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the. Digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the. Skills renewal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in improving efficient and effective employee performance.

Abstract

Tourism has the capacity to significantly contribute to Indonesia's economic expansion by creating employment opportunities and enhancing the country's infrastructure. Nonetheless, in the current digital age, promoting visitor destinations presents the tourism industry with new obstacles. Tourism industry participants are required to implement effective promotional strategies for their respective tourist destinations to pique the interest of prospective visitors. This study used the destination picture as a mediating variable to investigate the effects of SMM and E-WOM on visit intention. In this study, 340 users of social networking sites made up the study sample. In this experiment, purposive sampling combined with a non-probability sampling approach was used. A questionnaire was used to gather information from original sources. Smart PLS was used to help in data analysis. The study's findings indicate that people's impressions of a place and their trip plans are directly influenced by SMM and E-WOM. Furthermore, a person's opinion of a location has a big impact on how likely they are to visit there. The mediation test results showed that the association between SMM, E-WOM, and visit intention is mediated by destination image.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, brand image, and service quality on the repurchase intention of fast food halal products at McDonald’s. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing using the smartPLS inner model. The results show that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, as indicated by a t-statistic value of 3.162 and a p-value of 0.002. Brand image also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, with a t-statistic value of 5.026 and a p-value of 0.000. Additionally, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, with a t-statistic value of 6.865 and a p-value of 0.000. These findings suggest that improvements in green marketing, brand image, and service quality can increase consumers' repurchase intention for fast food halal products at McDonald’s. The practical implications of this research indicate that McDonald’s should focus on environmentally friendly marketing strategies, maintain a strong brand image, and enhance service quality to build customer loyalty and boost sales.

Abstract

he food and beverage industry in Indonesia continues to experience growth amidst various ever-changing market trends. Ice cream is one of the most popular food products in Indonesia. One of the ice cream brands that is currently widely discussed by the community is Mixue ice cream. Consumers who are aware of this brand make Mixue easily remembered and recognized. Technological advancements make it easier for people to obtain and access new viral information. Viral marketing strategies facilitate this brand in introducing itself to consumers and serve as a promotional medium for marketers. The emergence of halal certification provided by MUI for Mixue has a significant influence on Indonesian society due to the majority of its population being Muslims. This research aims to analyze the influence of halal labeling, brand awareness, and viral marketing on consumer purchasing decisions in Mixue, especially among Muslim consumers in Surakarta. This study is a quantitative research type using survey methods. The research technique used is purposive sampling, where the researcher uses their own considerations in selecting the necessary population to provide information that is in line with the research needs. The researcher used primary data in analyzing the data. This method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the target population and obtaining a sample of 210 respondents. The data processing used was with SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of this study indicate that the halal labeling variable, brand awareness variable, and viral marketing variable significantly influence Muslim consumer purchasing decisions in Mixue simultaneously..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Social Media Use and Job Training on Employee Performance with Compensation as a mediator at the Regional Financial Agency of Pacitan Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the regional financial agency of Pacitan Regency with a sample used in this study of 101 respondents adjusted to the probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This study is a quantitative study using data sources, namely primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and measurements using questionnaires conducted directly by researchers. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the conclusions in this study are 1.) there is a positive and significant effect of social media use on employee performance, while there is a negative and insignificant effect of social media use on compensation 2.) there is a positive and significant effect of job training on employee performance and compensation variables 3.) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance 4.) the use of social media and job training can be mediated by compensation and affect employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Social Media Use, Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance with Information Technology as a mediator at the Pati Regency Regional Secretariat. The population of this study were all employees of the Pati Regency Regional Secretariat office with a sample used in this study totaling 116 respondents adjusted to the results of the calculation according to the number of question indicators. This study is a quantitative study using data sources, namely primary data obtained by filling out questionnaires distributed directly by researchers. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that 1.) there is a negative and insignificant effect of social media use on employee performance, while there is a positive and significant effect of social media use on information technology 2.) there is a positive and significant effect of interpersonal communication on information technology and employee performance variables 3.) information technology variables are able to mediate the use of social media on employee performance and mediate interpersonal communication on employee performance with positive and significant results.

Abstract

This research is designed to examine the effects of ethical leadership and compensation on employee performance, with work motivation functioning as a mediating construct at the Bengawan Solo River Basin Center. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study targeted all employees as the population, while the sample size determined using the Lemeshow formulaadapun dyielded a minimum requirement of 97 participants. Primary data in this study were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that measured ethical leadership, compensation, motivation, and employee performance. In contrast, the secondary data were obtained from organizational documents and internal administrative records. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the support of the SmartPLS application. The results revealed that both ethical leadership and compensation have a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance. These two variables were also shown to significantly improve employees’ work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation itself was positively and significantly associated with employee performance. The analysis also confirmed that motivation serves as a partial mediator in the link between ethical leadership and employee performance, as well as between compensation and employee performance. Overall, the findings suggest that improving employee performance can be effectively achieved by promoting ethical leadership, ensuring adequate compensation, and fostering higher levels of work motivation.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the determinants that trigger or underlie the emergence of work productivity among Generation Z employees in Surakarta by evaluating the roles of job stress, social support, and job satisfaction. The research employs a quantitative approach based on a positivistic paradigm, involving 55 Generation Z employees selected through purposive sampling. Primary data collection was executed via a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale to quantify the variables of job stress, social support, job satisfaction, and work productivity. The instrument’s quality was verified through validity testing, with r-calculated exceeding r-table, and reliability testing using Cronbach’s Alpha with values above 0.60. The data evaluation process in this study implements multiple linear regression techniques, with hypothesis testing conducted through F-tests and t-tests at a 5% significance level. Empirical findings confirm that job stress does not have a meaningful impact on productivity (p = 0.230). Conversely, social support is proven to provide a significant positive contribution (p = 0.036), while job satisfaction emerges as the primary and most potent determinant in driving the productivity of Generation Z employees (p = 0.001). Collectively, this model possesses a predictive power of 59.9%, while the remaining 40.1% of productivity variability is explained by other variables not observed in this research.

Abstract

Riset ini diarahkan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penerapan kebijakan yang berorientasi pada keberagaman dan prinsip inklusivitas berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian kinerja karyawan pada CV. Hatta Pratama. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif, yang bertujuan mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antarvariabel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada karyawan perusahaan dengan teknik pemilihan responden secara purposive. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan prosedur statistik guna menguji kekuatan dan arah hubungan antarvariabel yang diteliti. Temuan empiris menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman tenaga kerja memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang mencerminkan bahwa variasi karakteristik individu meliputi usia, gender, latar belakang budaya, serta tingkat pendidikan berpotensi mendorong peningkatan hasil kerja. Sebaliknya, dimensi inklusivitas tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kinerja karyawan di lingkungan CV. Hatta Pratama. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai inklusif yang ada belum memberikan kontribusi langsung secara optimal terhadap peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan. (3) Secara keseluruhan, diversitas merupakan faktor yang lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan inklusivitas.

Abstract

In response to the declining interest of Generation Z in heritage tourism, Virtual Reality (VR) technology offers a promising solution to revive cultural appreciation. This study aims to test a behavioral model that explains the driving factors of continuance intention towards virtual heritage tourism platforms among this demographic. Adopting the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework, quantitative data were collected from 195 Generation Z respondents in Indonesia through an online questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The analysis results show that authenticity and interactivity (stimulus) have a significant positive effect on continuance intention (response), both directly and indirectly through the key mediating role of telepresence (organism). Specifically, authenticity was found to be the strongest predictor in creating telepresence. This study concludes that to ensure long-term engagement, virtual heritage experiences must focus on providing authentic and immersive content, instead of simply relying on the novelty of the technology itself.
