Abstract

Perkembangan organisasi di era globalisasi saat ini semakin pesat maka membuat persaingan di suatu organisasi pun semakin ketat. Sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam persaingan bisnis saat ini. Dikatakan bahwa perusahaan dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang baik akan dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan yang lainnya. Sumber daya manusia pada hakekatnya merupakan faktor yang paling penting di dalam suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang karyawan PT. Indah Permai Denpasar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu, wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Permai Denpasar. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja mampu menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang lebih baik dan hal ini harus selalu dijaga oleh PT. Indah Permai Denpasar.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian penggerak dari perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Sumber daya manusia sangat diperlukan untuk dikelola dengan baik agar dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Bali Harmoni (Bali Zoo). Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Bali Harmoni (Bali Zoo). Obyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Bali Harmoni (Bali Zoo). Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 201 dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 karyawan pada CV. Bali Harmoni (Bali Zoo). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling, khususnya simple random sampling dikarenakan populasi lebih dari 100. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Bali Harmoni (Bali Zoo).

Abstract

Setiap organisasi yang dibangun baik perusahaan maupun instansi dituntut agar dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan bagaminana sumber daya di kelola dalam sebuah organisasi. Sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu aset yang penting dalam sebuah organisasi, oleh karena itu harus dikelola secara cermat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pegnaruh komunikasi, kompensasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Kelautan, dan Perikanan Kabupaten Gianyar. Jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert 5 poin. Objek penelitian ini adalah komunikasi, kompensasi, kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. sebelum pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedasitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, kompensasi, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi kepada bawahan, serta memperbaiki fasilitas kerja.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh pegawai dalam tindakan nyata berupa menyelesaikan pekerjaan melebihi kewajiban formal yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. OCB merupakan perilaku pilihan yang tidak menjadi kewajiban kerja formal karyawan, tetapi dapat mendukung fungsi organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Kota Denpasar dengan populasi sebanyak 122 pegawai. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 94 orang pegawai dan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang terdiri atas tiga puluh dua item pernyataan yang diukur dengan menggunakan sklala likert dengan lima pilihan jawaban. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis linier berganda yang terdiri atas uji determinasi, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Kota Denpasar. Saran yang diberikan kepada manajemen perusahaan yaitu memperhatikan item-item pernyataan pada variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja yang memiliki nilai rendah dan masih dibawah nilai rata-rata variabel.

Abstract

Local governments rely on small and medium industries (SMIs) as the economic foundation in generating income s to achieve equitable and sustainable economic growth. As an Indonesian competent and cultured smart city, Denpasar City is preparing itself to become a smart city to respond to current global challenges. In this respect, SMIs play a crucial role in supporting Denpasar City's efforts to become a smart city and realize its vision of a culture-based, creative, and harmonious city. They improve public welfare and create job opportunities and enhance public income. This study seeks to: 1) analyze the impact of capital on e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs, 2) analyze the impact of production units on e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs, 3) examine the impact of business age on e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs, and 4) examine the impact of income on e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs. Our population is the entire SMIs in Denpasar City (4,074 units) (Bali Province's Industry and Trade Provincial Office, 2018). Slovin's formula (margin of error of 7 percent) generates a sample of 194 SMI units. Each SMI is represented by its owner as the respondents. We use stratified random sampling based on geographical areas (subdistricts) and accidental sampling to select sample units to be interviewed. The results demonstrate that 1) capital does not positively affect e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs, 2) production units do not significantly affect e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs, 3) business age positively affects e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs, and 4) income positively affects e-commerce implementation in Denpasar City's SMIs.

Abstract

Happiness becomes a benchmark of how people assess their lives, not only in terms of economic but also social and cultural. This research analyzes how Balinese people perceive happiness in terms of social, economic, and artistic. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were combined in the study. Denpasar City was chosen as the research location considering that Denpasar City is the capital of Bali Province, which acts as the centre of government and economy but still has traditional cultural values that its people closely carry. Data collection using questionnaires was distributed to 100 respondents. Data was analyzed descriptively, and correlation analysis was used to see how much economic, social, and cultural influences on people's happiness in Denpasar City. Information from in-depth interviews was analyzed using word clouds to see how people perceive happiness. The results show that happiness is viewed in terms of economy, income, life, culture, and satisfaction. Both economic, cultural, and social are still variables that influence happiness. The interview results also show that compared to those with high incomes, people feel happier when they gather with family and the surrounding community while doing various religious activities closely related to Balinese culture.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is essential for companies because it encourages a collaborative and supportive work environment, improves teamwork, and improves employee morale by enabling employees to look beyond their formal job descriptions. This study aims to analyze OCB in employees with job satisfaction as a mediator of leadership and organizational climate. This exploratory study uses a quantitative descriptive method based on a pattern of relationships that describes the causal relationship between variables. The population in this study was all 53 employees. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection method with a questionnaire. Data collection instruments with questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques with inferential statistics. The study's results indicate that leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction affect OCB, and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership and OCB. OCB leads to better productivity, improved customer service, and a positive organizational culture. This proactive behavior encourages organizational flexibility, reduces employee turnover and operating costs, and strengthens the company's reputation. Ultimately, OCB impacts the company's success and sustainability by creating a more engaged and motivated workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. The population of this research is all employees of PT Artha Devata Property, totaling 51 people. The method used in determining the sample is the nonprobability sampling method. The sample in this research was all employees of PT Artha Devata Utama, totaling 51 people. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview and questionnaire methods. The analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and model feasibility tests consisting of the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation, F test and t test. The research results show that compensation, job satisfaction, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. This means that the higher the compensation given, the higher the job satisfaction felt and the higher the career development felt by PT Artha Devata Utama employees, the more employee retention will increase.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work stress, work discipline and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar using a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. This means that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. This means that the better the work stress, the better the employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in determining the achievement of an organization. Companies need potential human resources, both leaders and employees, in the pattern of tasks and supervision, which determine the achievement of company goals. Good employee performance is a step to achieving organizational goals. So efforts need to be made to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style transformationa,l work environment, work motivation towards employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. This research was conducted at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The sample in this study was 35 employees. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, f test and t test through SPSS program version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the leadership style Transformational has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede.
