Abstract

Abstract This activity aims to determine the process of providing Eid al-Adha animal meat in Manokwari Regency, Yogyakarta and Magelang City. Observations of the process were carried out directly which included slaughtering until the meat was packaged in each of the 3 mosques located in Manokwari Regency, Yogyakarta and Magelang City. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tables and figures. The number of Eid al-Adha animals slaughtered was 59 cows and 96 goats/sheep with the highest number of Eid al-Adha animals in Yogyakarta. The process of preparing Eid al-Adha animal meat in Manokwari Regency and Magelang City is the same, which consists of slaughtering, peeling, chopping, weighing and packaging. Meanwhile in Yogyakarta there is carcass weighing before chopping. In general, the implementation of the process of preparing Eid al-Adha animal meat in Manokwari Regency, Yogyakarta and Magelang City has endeavored to meet the hygiene and sanitation aspects as an effort to obtain halal and thoyib (good) Eid al-Adha meat. Abstract

Sebagian besar remaja-remaja di RW 07 masih kurang mengamalkan ajaran Islam, hal ini terlihat daritingkah laku para remaja remaja tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang cendrung mengerjakan solatdengan bermain-main, kerisisnya ahlak kurangnya sopan santun terhadap orang tua, terlihat dari segibergaul dan berbicara kepada yang lebih tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentukperhatian orang tua dalam meningkatkan nilai keagamaan pada anak-anaknya, mengetahui kendala orangtua dan usaha mengatasi kendala yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai keagamaan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan jenis penelitian yangdigunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (feild recearch). Sumber data dari penelitian ini terdiri dari orangtua, tokoh masyarakat, dan anak remaja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasiwawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya orang tua dalam menanmkannilai-nilai religius pada anak remaja yakni dengan memberi keteladan pada anak seperti pengajaran,pendidikan, erta perhatian dan pengawsan pada anak usia remaja dan di dukung dengan adanya metodepembinaan akhlak yakni metode keteladan, pemberian nasihat, pembiasaan serta metode hukuman danpenghargaan.

Abstract

Organizational hospitals with complex and adaptive systems. The resulting products involve diverse, interconnected and sustainable inputs, processes and ecosystems. The expert panel study agreed on a Patient Service Manager (MPP) nursing model as an effort that is able to realize the patient's preferences or rights to determine treatment options according to their needs and expectations. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the role of the Patient Service Manager (MPP) and the level of satisfaction of nurses in providing care services at the Integrated Infection Services Installation at RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The research method used is correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 40 nurses with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling, a purposive sampling approach. The results of the research showed that the majority of respondents, namely 27 people (67,5%) nurses, stated that they were satisfied with the participation of the Patient Service Manager (MPP) in providing nursing services at the Integrated Infection Services Installation at RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang and MPP participation showed that the majority of 27 respondents (67,5%) mentioned MPP participation in the category sometimes. The results of the Spearmans rho analysis test show a significant p-value of 0,000 (p<0,05, which means there is a relationship between MPP participation and the level of nurse satisfaction, with a correlation level of 0,762 which is positive/in the same direction as the level of strong correlation. The more frequently the MPP participates, the higher the satisfaction nurses. The role of MPP in resolving problems that are managed by MPP can be known early, so that nurses do not receive additional tasks and focus more on service. The role of MPP can increase cooperation, coordinate so that information errors, information delays, service do not occur.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is analyzed through the roles of service quality, consumer trust, and consumer satisfaction. The research method utilized in this study is an explanatory survey research that employs a data collection technique using questionnaires and observation. The population and sample of this study are Zoom application users in the Garut district. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS-3.0. Our findings indicate that i) all variables are in the excellent category, ii) service quality, consumer trust, and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, iii) customer satisfaction can act as a mediating variable between service quality and consumer trust variables on customer loyalty. This indicates that Zoom application companies must continue to strive to maintain and improve innovation in available service features. Abstract

The focus of this research is (1) The role of the school principal in planning the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (2) The role of the school principal in organizing an anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (3) The role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (4) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. This research intends to explore the role of the principal as a manager in realizing anti-bullying in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kindergarten. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research results a) Analysis of the role of school principals in planning anti-bullying programs is (1) analyzing and identifying child delinquency problems, (2) analyzing the needs of teachers and children, (3) Preparing a draft MOU joint agreement between the school and parents as guardians of students, (4) prepare a budget according to needs for aspects that require financing. b) Analysis of the role of school principals in organizing anti-bullying programs 1) allocating resources; 2) formulate and assign tasks; 3) establish necessary procedures; 4) establish an organizational structure that shows the lines of authority and responsibility. c) Analysis of the role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program including 1) The role as a facilitator by providing image media, posters about the dangers of bullying, 2) The role as a demonstrator of the school principal instructing teachers to be able to clearly demonstrate the dangers and impacts of Bullying, 3) The role as Motivators provide encouragement and direction to children and teachers to live together and help each other, 4) the role as evaluator of the school principal observes children's development with observation sheets and evaluates the dynamics and impact of handlers. d) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program includes internal supervision carried out by the principal and supervisor, then external supervision carried out by the school committee, from a technical perspective, supervision is carried out using two approaches, namely direct technical supervision and indirect supervision in the form of reports.

Abstract

Adopsi teknologi Spotify dalam layanan musik digital merupakan topik yang penting dalam konteks digitalisasi saat ini dan menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi niat dan perilaku pengguna layanan Spotify menggunakan model UTAUT3. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, di mana data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1 hingga 5 yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa sebagai sampel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menguji 12 hipotesis, di mana delapan hipotesis diterima dan hipotesis lainnya ditolak. Hipotesis yang diterima menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy (0.036), effort expectancy (0.041), facilitating conditions (0.024), hedonic motivation (0.032), dan personal innovativeness (0.030) berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention (karena nilai p-value < 0.05). Selain itu, facilitating conditions (0.025), personal innovativeness (0.019), dan behavioral intention (0.001) berpengaruh terhadap use behavior (karena nilai p-value < 0.05). Sementara itu, hipotesis yang ditolak menunjukkan bahwa social influence (0.636), price value (0.117), dan habit ( 0.063) tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention, dan habit (0.065) juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap use behavior (karena nilai p-value > 0.05). Temuan ini memberikan implikasi signifikan untuk pengembangan strategi layanan musik digital yang lebih menekankan pada pengalaman pengguna dan inovasi teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis permainan digital yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Pendidikan jasmani memiliki peran krusial dalam menjaga kesehatan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup siswa. Namun, salah satu tantangan utama adalah memotivasi siswa agar lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran ini. Penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan inovatif dengan menggabungkan elemen pembelajaran dan permainan. Model yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran efektif dengan unsur permainan yang menarik perhatian siswa. Tujuannya tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan minat belajar terhadap pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan, tetapi juga untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan memotivasi. Pengembangan model ini di dasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan, perancangan permainan, pengembangan materi pembelajaran, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Saat tahap implementasi, model ini diuji pada kelompok siswa Sekolah Dasar. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, kuesioner, dan pengukuran minat belajar terhadap pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian model pembelajaran berbasis permainan digital terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan pendidikan jasmani. Motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pencapaian siswa dalam kebugaran jasmani meningkat secara signifikan. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan ini mendapatkan respons positif dari siswa, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif di masa depan

Abstract

The significant shift in the utilization of technology has led most universities worldwide to adopt various digital platforms. Academic information systems represent one such technological implementation that plays a crucial role in the retention and success of academic and non-academic activities within higher education institutions. Although many institutions, including Garut University, have developed academic information systems, UI/UX remain significant issues. Suboptimal interface design can cause user frustration, reduce productivity, decrease cognitive performance, affect users' emotional responses, and even lower the technology adoption rate. This research was conducted to provide system recommendations by analyzing and designing the UI/UX of the academic information system at Garut University using the design thinking method. The recommendations are presented as prototypes developed using the Figma. The prototypes were tested with 30 respondents using the HEART Framework, presented in a goal-signal-metric format, with the highest or strongly agreed responses recorded for all variables: happiness at 58.89%, engagement at 57.78%, adoption at 76.67%, retention at 66.67%, and task success at 61.11%. These results indicate that the adoption variable obtained the highest score, suggesting that the information within the academic information system meets user needs, is easy to learn, and that the system quality is rated as good.

Abstract

The unpredictability of climate conditions poses significant challenges for agricultural activities, particularly in Garut Regency, where traditional knowledge often guides planting schedules. This study aims to optimize rice planting schedules by employing a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) model for multivariate time series forecasting of weather parameters. The research utilized meteorological data from BMKG, including average temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, and sunshine duration, which were preprocessed to ensure data quality and normalized for modeling. The BiLSTM model demonstrated superior performance in predicting key variables such as temperature and humidity, achieving low Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). However, higher errors were observed for rainfall and sunshine duration due to the complex nature of these variables. The study successfully identified optimal planting periods by aligning weather predictions with criteria for rice cultivation, providing a comprehensive calendar to assist farmers. These findings emphasize the potential of advanced machine learning models in mitigating climate-related agricultural risks and improving productivity. Future studies may focus on integrating additional meteorological factors to enhance prediction accuracy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This community service activity aimed to improve the technical compliance of qurban animal slaughter based on halal principles and animal welfare standards at Darul Ulum Mosque, Amban Village, West Manokwari District, Manokwari Regency. A case study approach with participatory techniques was employed, involving certified Halal Slaughterers (Juleha), qurban committees, university students, and experts. The activities covered antemortem inspection, slaughtering, postmortem examination, and meat distribution. The results showed that the slaughtering process was conducted in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles, ensuring the proper severance of the three main channels efficiently and swiftly. Postmortem inspection revealed parasitic infestations (fasciola hepatica and parampistomon) in several organs, which were handled appropriately following established protocols. Improvements are still needed in animal holding facilities, particularly regarding feed, water supply, and sanitation prior to slaughter. This program significantly enhanced the technical capacity of Juleha and the qurban committee, strengthening the implementation of halalan thayyiban and animal welfare principles at the mosque community level. Keywords: Animal welfare; halal slaughter; Juleha; postmortem inspection; qurban   ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan teknis penyembelihan hewan qurban sesuai prinsip halal dan kesejahteraan hewan (animal welfare) di Masjid Darul Ulum, Kelurahan Amban, Distrik Manokwari Barat, Kabupaten Manokwari. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik partisipatif, melibatkan Juru Sembelih Halal (Juleha), panitia qurban, mahasiswa, dan tenaga ahli. Kegiatan dimulai dari pemeriksaan antemortem, penyembelihan, pemeriksaan postmortem, hingga distribusi daging. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh proses penyembelihan telah dilakukan sesuai prinsip syariat Islam, dengan memastikan pemotongan tiga saluran utama secara cepat dan efisien. Pemeriksaan postmortem menemukan infestasi parasit (fasciola hepatica dan parampistomon) pada beberapa organ, yang ditangani sesuai protokol. Faktor sanitasi dan ketersediaan pakan serta air di penampungan ternak sebelum pemotongan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kapasitas teknis Juleha dan panitia qurban serta memperkuat implementasi prinsip halalan thayyiban dan animal welfare di tingkat komunitas masjid.
