Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi Masyarakat di Bima melalui tembe nggoli, sebuah tenunan tradisional bernilai budaya, memerlukan pendekatan yang menggabungkan digitalisasi usaha dengan kearifan lokal (rimpu budaya). Penelitian ini Menyusun model pemberdayaan ekonomi Masyarakat berbasis digitalisasi pemasaran, pelatihan literasi digital komunitas (Rimpu), serta penguatan identitas budaya dalam pemasaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi promosi melalui media social dan pasar meningkatkan visibitas dan pemasaran tembe nggoli, sedangkan pelatihan komunitas (rimpu) memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha serta pelestarian nilai budaya. Model ini dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal sekaligus mempertahankan kearifan lokal sebagai modal pemberdayaan ekonomi Masyarakat.

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is one of the most common forms of dementia and poses a major challenge to global health, especially as the aging population increases. With the high research interest in this topic, a scientific mapping is needed to identify trends, major contributors, and current research focuses in the field of Alzheimer's. This study uses a bibliometric approach with a Scopus database published in the period 2023 to 2025, then the data is analyzed using bibliometrix software. The results show an annual publication growth rate of 19.67% with an average of citations per document of 3,524. The most productive journals are alzheimer's and dementia (1,093 documents), followed by Journal of Alzheimer's Disease (817 documents). The most active authors are Wang Y (493 documents), Zhang Y (437), and Li Y (410). The most affiliations come from University of California And Harvard Medical School, while the countries with the largest contributions are the United States, China, and India. Alzheimer's research shows rapid development in terms of quantity and international collaboration. The United States and China are the main centers of scientific contribution, both in terms of the number of publications and citations. These results are important as a basis for making research policies, cross-country collaborations, and determining the direction of future research in efforts to overcome alzheimer's disease.

Abstract

Kesehatan reproduksi remaja merupakan salah satu upaya penting yang harus dilakukan untuk membantu remaja memiliki pandangan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku seksualitas yang bertanggung jawab. Permasalahan utama bagi kesehatan reproduksi remaja, khususnya di Indonesia, adalah kurangnya informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan edukasi ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa melalui penyuluhan kesehatan tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi. Metode pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah kesehatan reproduksi remaja yang diikuti oleh 20 siswa di SMK Kesehatan Cipta Bhakti Husada Yogyakarta yang bertempat di ruang kelas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 85% peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dengan rata-rata skor dari 80,6% menjadi 92,2% dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara skor pre-test  dan post-test. Diskusi materi yang diberikan meliputi pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi, perawatan, cara menjaga, serta akibat yang muncul dari perilaku seksual yang berisiko. Kesimpulan kegiatan pemberdayaan ini dapat membantu remaja putri dalam menghadapi segala risiko yang terjadi akibat pemahaman yang salah terhadap kesehatan reproduksi. Kesimpulan , pemberdayaan ini dapat  membantu remaja putri menghadapi risiko yang timbul akibat persepsi yang salah tentang kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

Inclusive and quality education is a key element in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the KIP-Kuliah program in enhancing student participation in the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang, focusing on the barriers and support factors influencing their engagement. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach, with data analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. Data were collected through MBKM participation questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with KIP-Kuliah recipients and non-recipients. The total participants comprised 209 seventh-semester students, including 107 KIP-Kuliah recipients and 102 non-recipients. The results indicate that 92.52% of KIP-Kuliah recipients participated in MBKM programs, compared to 80.39% of non-recipients. Major barriers included financial constraints, insufficient institutional support, and limited access to information. Information was found to have the most significant correlation with student participation (r = 0.949, p < 0.01). The findings have implications for reducing socio-economic disparities in higher education, improving students’ employability, and strengthening a more inclusive education system. Strategic recommendations include enhanced financial support, improved information dissemination, and mentoring training to increase student engagement in MBKM programs. This study extends our understanding of the synergy between financial support and practice-based learning, providing a foundation for further research on the long-term impact of MBKM on students’ career success.
