Abstract

Discourse is the highest form at the linguistic level. Discourse is formed from several paragraphs and drives the language functions contained therein. Good discourse is discourse that pays attention to the relationships between sentences so that coherence can be maintained. Therefore, consistency of meaning and cleanliness of the form of written discourse is one of the key factors that increases the readability factor. Good and complete discourse must be seen in terms of the cohesion and consistency of the discourse produced. This research aims to describe the use of cohesion and coherence in forming the integrity of the popular news discourse of the online newspaper go.riau.com. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data source in this research is discourse in the popular online newspaper go.riau.com. The discourses chosen are 6 discourses and the research data is in the form of fragments of news discourse that contain cohesion and coherence. Research data was collected using documentation techniques. Based on the research results, there are markers of cohesion and coherence. Cohesion markers can be divided into two, namely grammatical cohesion and lexical cohesion. Grammatical cohesion markers were found in 41 research data and lexical cohesion markers were found in 22 data. Coherence markers in this research were found in 34 research data

Abstract

Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK) merupakan suatu sindrom klinis yang timbul akibat penurunan fungsi ginjal yang bersifat kronis, berlangsung secara progresif dan bersifat irreversibel.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif terhadap kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSHD Kota Bengkulu. yang telah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-eksperimen dengan one grup pretest and posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien dengan diagnosa medis gagal ginjal kronis yang sedang menjalani pengobatan di Ruangan Hemodialisa Rumah Sakit Harapan dan Do’a Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 24 pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Analisis Univariat dan Analisis Bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test karena data tidak berdistribusi normal dengan p-valuee=0,000<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum dilakukan Tindakan relaksasi otot progresif pasien mengalami kecemasan ringan 10 (41.7%), sedang 12(50%), berat 2(8,3%), setelah dilakukan Tindakan menjadi tidak cemas 14 (58.4%),kecemasan ringan 8(33.3%), kecemasan sedang 2(8.3%) berdasalkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Relaksasi Otot Progresif berpengaruh Terhadap perubahan Kecemasan pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronis sehingga Tindakan tersebut bisa digunakan pada pasien yang mengalami kecemasan pada saat hemodialisa

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien adalah tingkat kepuasan yang dialami pasien sebagai akibat dari proses pemberian pelayanan kesehatan yang memenuhi harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Ruang Safa RSUD Harapan dan Doa Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini mengunakan survey analitik yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memproleh gambaran tentang variable idependen dan variable dependen dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah keseluruhan yang berkunjung di Ruangan Rawat Inap ruang Safa RSHD Kota Bengkulu  pada bulan juli 2023. Pengambilan sampel dengan mengunakan tehnik accidental sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariate dengan Contingensi Coeffient (C). Hasil dari penelitian ini Dari 30 responden diketahui Dari 11 orang pelayanan keperawatan kurang baik terdapat 5 (45,5%) orang pasien kurang puas dan 6 (54,5%)  orang pasien puas; Dari 30 responden diketahui dari 19 (94,7%) orang pelayanan keperawatan baik terdapat 1 (5,3%) orang pasien kurang puas dan 18 (94,7%) orang pasien puas; Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di ruang safa RSUD harapan dan doa kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of Brand Image and Packaging on Customer Loyalty for Amplang Obic in Ketapang Regency, with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The food industry is experiencing rapid growth, resulting in increased competition, which Amplang Obic faces from other producers offering similar products. To remain competitive, Amplang Obic must develop strategies to distinguish itself. The research employs an associative approach, with purposive sampling as the sample collection technique. A total of 100 respondents, all of whom are customers who purchase and consume Amplang Obic, participated in the study. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings indicate that all variables meet the criteria for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing reveals that Brand Image and Packaging have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, although neither has a significant direct effect on Customer Loyalty. However, Customer Satisfaction positively and significantly influences Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, when mediated by Customer Satisfaction, both Brand Image and Packaging demonstrate a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan merupakan unsur penting yang harus dimiliki agar tenaga kesehatan dapat berkontribusi aktif dalam penanggulangan bencana pada semua kondisi dan mampu bekerja dalam kondisi siaga tanggap bencana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keikutsertaan hospital disaster plan simulation (HDPS) dengan kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan dalam menghadapi bencana. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Survey Analitik dengan melakukan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 35 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ditarik dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi-Square.  Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa terdapat 19 responden (54,3%) yang pernah mengikuti kegiatan HDPS, dan 18 responden (51,4%) memiliki kesiapsiagaan yang dengan kategori siap. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keikutsertaan HDPS dengan kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan dalam menghadapi bencana di Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kota Bengkulu. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis mekanisme penyelesaian konflik sumbang adat di Jambi melalui hukum adat berbasis nilai restoratif. Menggunakan metode non doktrinal melalui pendekatan kasus, penelitian ini menelaah norma dan nilai hukum adat dalam penyelesaian konflik dan menghubungkannya dengan teori keadilan restoratif. Dengan memfokuskan pada dua contoh kasus dari Desa Babeko dan Desa Olak, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana penyelesaian konflik adat di masing-masing desa menekankan rekonsiliasi dan pemulihan harmoni sosial, bukan hanya pemberian sanksi. Pengembangan model hukum adat berbasis nilai restoratif seperti ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk diterapkan di wilayah lain, serta memberikan panduan untuk integrasi nilai tersebut dalam pembangunan hukum positif nasional berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Latar belakang Tuberkulosis (TB), penyakit menular akibat Mycobacterium tuberculosis, masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Pada tahun 2023, jumlah kasus TBC di Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan pada Tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.731 dan meningkat di Tahun 2023 sebanyak 2.085. Sementara itu, angka kasus TBC yang diobati 1.179 (Tahun 2022) mencapai 68% dan 1.896 (Tahun 2023) mencapai 90,9%, hal ini menunjukkan adanya kendala dalam program penanggulangan. Penelitian menggunakan. Tujuan Penelitian ini  untuk Mengetahui Deteminan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Penderita TB Paru Fase 1 di Kabupaten Banyuasin Palembang Tahun 2024Metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Hasil Untuk menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan minum obat erat kaitannya dengan pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dan penerapan strategi DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short-course) dalam pengendalian Tuberkulosis (TB), beberapa elemen kunci yang perlu diperhatikan adalah sebagai berikut: Deteksi Kasus melalui Penjaringan Petugas TB, Pendistribusian Obat Langsung kepada Pasien (DOTS), Pencatatan dan Pelaporan yang Lengkap serta Kinerja Pengawas Minum Obat (PMO) yang belum didukung dengan penyuluhan khusus.Kesimpulan : ada hubungan antara pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pasien TB di Kabupaten Banyuasin Tahun 2024.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Dots, Tuberkulosis ABSTRACTBackground: Tuberculosis (TB), an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, is still a global health problem. The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of medication adherence in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis phase 1 in Banyuasin Regency, Palembang in 2024.Method: The study used a qualitative method with a case study design.Conclusion: There is a relationship between education, work, knowledge and family support with medication compliance of TB patients in Banyuasin Regency in 2024 Results: To show that medication adherence is closely related to education, employment, knowledge and family support and the implementation of the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short-course) strategy in controlling Tuberculosis (TB), several key elements that need to be considered are as follows: Case Detection through TB Officer Networking, Direct Drug Distribution to Patients (DOTS), Complete Recording and Reporting and the Performance of Drug Supervisors (PMO) which have not been supported by special counseling.Keywords: Implementation, Dots, Tuberculosis

Abstract

Service quality has a direct impact on patient satisfaction assessments. In Purwodadi Regency there are only twelve hospitals. One ofthese Health Care is Puskesmas X, which is the most preferred reference by the public. The aim of this research is to determine therelationship between service quality in the registration department and outpatient satisfaction at X Palembang Health Care. The approach taken in this research is quantitative-analytic with a cross sectional study. This research was carried out from Oktober to November 2023. Samples were taken using accidental sampling with a population of 107,520 patients and samples taken of 100respondents using the Slovin formula calculation. The research instrument used a structured questionnaire. The results of theresearch show that there is a relationship between the quality of registration department services and outpatient satisfaction atPuskesmas X Palembang which includes components: tangibles with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05; reliability with p-value 0.006 <0.05; responsiveness with p-value 0.000 < 0.05; assurance with a p- value of 0.000 < 0.05; and empathy with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Overall, the total percentage of patient satisfaction is 70%. Thus, it can be concluded that to increase patient satisfactionscores, Health Care are obliged to improve the quality of service in every department.

Abstract

The number of diabetes mellitus patients in 2045 is predicted to reach 629 million cases. This study aims to determine the relationship between exercise and blood sugar levels in patients with Type II diabetes mellitus. The method used is a descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus (Type II) in the Work Area of the Betungan Health Center. The number of samples in this study were 32 respondents. Sampling technique with accidental sampling. This study uses the chi-square test. The results of the univariate test analysis found that most of the respondents (59.4%) with irregular exercise in Type II diabetes mellitus patients, most of the respondents (53.1%) and most of the respondents (59.4%) with blood sugar levels abnormal. While the bivariate analysis test found that there was a relationship between exercise and blood sugar levels in Type II diabetes mellitus patients with p-value = 0.011 and 0.010 (p-value ≤ 0.05). Abstract

The use of ChatGPT in developing teaching materials can be used to adjust the needs of ESP teaching materials. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has brought significant changes, especially in the development of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) materials. This study explores the use of ChatGPT, a generative AI tool, in redesigning and supporting the creation of ESP learning content for health students in higher education. Using a qualitative literature study approach, this study examines the opportunities, benefits, and challenges in implementing ChatGPT in the ESP context. The results of the study indicate that ChatGPT offers several advantages, such as time efficiency in material development, the ability to adjust content to learners' needs, support for interactive and contextual learning, and assistance in the assessment process. However, there are also challenges such as the potential for inaccurate information, limitations in sensitivity to certain areas, and the need for human validation. This study concludes that although ChatGPT cannot replace the role of educators, this technology can be a valuable tool in modern ESP teaching in the health field. Further empirical research is needed to evaluate the long-term impact on students' learning outcomes and professional language competencies.
