Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause an increase in divorce filings by wives in the Serang Religious Court in 2025 and to examine legal protection for wives based on law No. 16 of 2019, an amandment to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The background of this study stems from the high number of divorces filins in the last five years, which indicates domestic disharmony and changes in women’s legal awareness. The urgency of this study lies in the need to evaluate the implementation of the rights and obligations of husbands and wives and the guarantee of legal protection for wives amid increasing social dynamics. This study uses a normative juridical method combined with an empirical approach through observation and interviews with court officials and parties involved in cases at the Serang Religious Court. The results of the study show that constant disputes and arguments as well as economic problems are the dominant factors causing divorce. In addition, the study found that although legal regulations guarantee the rights of wives, implementation inthe field has not been fully effective, especially regarding the fulfillment of iddah maintenance, madhiyah maintenance, mut’ah, and the division of joint property. This study recommends strengthening access to legal aid, increasing awareness about women’s rights, and optimizing the enforcement of court decisions so that legal protection for wives can be realized in a more fair and comprehensive manner

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relationship marketing, perceived value, and service innovation on electronic word of mouth (eWOM) with hospital reputation as a mediating variable at Tzu Chi Hospital PIK. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey distributed to 200 patients. Data were analyzed using SEM-AMOS to test the relationship between variables, and the Three-Box Method to map variable performance based on respondents' perception indices. The results showed that simultaneously, relationship marketing, perceived value, and service innovation, through hospital reputation, had a positive and significant effect on eWOM. Partially, relationship marketing, perceived value, and service innovation had a significant positive effect on eWOM. Relationship marketing and service innovation had a positive and significant effect on hospital reputation, while perceived value had no effect. Hospital reputation also had a significant positive effect on eWOM but did not mediate the relationship between the variables. These findings suggest that patient eWOM is influenced by factors other than those in the research model. The Three-Box Method results showed that all variables were in the high category, although several indicators still had relatively low scores. This study implies that eWOM in the healthcare sector is not only influenced by relationships, values, and service innovation, but also by other factors such as patient emotional experiences, personal interactions, and the quality of digital communication.

Abstract

The leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW is a perfect illustration of how to harmoniously blend political, moral, and spiritual strength. In addition to guiding the community in religious matters, the Prophet organized social, economic, and political life in accordance with divine principles. His values as a leader justice, integrity, accountability, and consultation demonstrate that power should be used to serve, not to control. This article discusses the leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW as a moral and political example that remains relevant today. The Prophet was known as a statesman who successfully created a moral and just society, as well as a spiritual leader. His moral and ethical leadership was based on fundamental leadership values including social responsibility, justice, consideration, and honesty. By applying a historical perspective and examining prophetic values, this article demonstrates how the Prophet's teachings on leadership can address various contemporary issues, including declining integrity, abuse of power, and the rise of individualism. The application of these principles will result in leadership that is humane, honest, and focused on society. The leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW emphasized the use of authority to advance and protect justice rather than to suppress or control. These principles serve as important guidance for leaders in our century to create moral, open governance that supports truth while upholding human and spiritual values
