Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana evaluasi pelanggan daring, kualitas produk, dan beauty influencer memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kosmetik Hanasui Lip Cream di Komunitas Dusun III, Desa Buntu Bedimbar, Tanjung Morawa. Ada 1.208 wanita di Dusun III yang menjadi populasi penelitian. Dengan demikian, 92 responden diperoleh ketika ukuran sampel untuk penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan algoritma Slovin. Penelitian ini mengambil pendekatan kuantitatif untuk analisis data. Responden diberikan kuesioner sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data. Regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS adalah strategi analisis yang dipakai dalam riset ini. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa, untuk produk kosmetik Hanasui Lip Cream di komunitas Dusun III, Desa Buntu Bedimbar, Tanjung Morawa, ulasan pelanggan daring tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk, dan beauty influencer tidak memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian namun dapat turut mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kosmetik Lip Cream Hanasui pada Masyarakat Dusun III Desa Buntu Bedimbar Tanjung Morawa. Pada Masyarakat Dusun III Desa Buntu Bedimbar Tanjung Morawa. Secara simultan tidak berpengaruh kepada keputusan pembelian namun dapat turut mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kosmetik lip cream Hanasui pada masyarakat Dusun III Desa Buntu Bedimbar Tanjung Morawa. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) yang telah disesuaikan sebesar 0,399, variabel bebas mampu mewakili 39,9% dari variabel terikat, sedangkan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam riset mewakili 100% sisanya (100% - 39,9% = 60,1%).

Abstract

The development of traditional culinary tourism has an important role in improving the economy of rural communities. This study aims to analyze the potential and strategy for developing culinary tourism in Pasar Kamu as an alternative to improving the economic welfare of local communities. The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results of the study indicate that Pasar Kamu has a strong tourist attraction through the uniqueness of traditional cuisine, cultural values, and support from the local community. However, there are several challenges such as lack of promotion, inadequate infrastructure, and limited product innovation. Therefore, development strategies that can be applied include improving the quality of culinary products, optimizing digital marketing, and collaborating with the government and tourism industry players. With the right strategy, Pasar Kamu has the potential to become a leading culinary tourism destination that contributes to improving the economy of rural communities in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Developing village potential through agrotourism activities is one of the effective strategies in improving the economy of rural communities. This study aims to analyze the potential and development of rice field agrotourism in Deli Serdang Regency and its impact on the village economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that rice field agrotourism has great potential in attracting tourists, creating business opportunities, and increasing local community income. In addition, support from the local government, community participation, and good management are key factors in the success of this agrotourism development. Thus, the development of rice field agrotourism can be a model for village development based on sustainable local potential, so as to encourage economic growth and community welfare in Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Expanding the distribution of product sales to shops in Firdaus Village is a challenge for UMKM. Especially if the MSME product does not have attractiveness and selling value because it does not have a brand name, packaging that has no selling value, and has not yet obtained a PIRT permit. The limitations of UMKM in using technology to support operations and marketing are also still an obstacle. This packaging socialization activity aims to provide understanding and assist UMKM in order to increase the attractiveness and selling value of the product so that it can be accepted by the shops around. In addition, this activity aims to help partners improve their capabilities in terms of knowledge and technical related to the use of technology so that later it can be useful for operations and product promotion. The results of this activity are the formation of brand names and product labels, the creation of innovative, attractive, and contemporary packaging, obtaining a PIRT certificate to make the product successfully accepted in stores. This product packaging socialization activity also increases the skills of UMKM in using technology to purchase production materials. After the marketing socialization activity and the mentoring period are over, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for UMKM to independently expand product distribution to shops around Firdaus Village so as to increase sales and the family economy

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of an integrated information system in public services at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Deli Serdang, particularly in the process of managing regional taxes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the integrated information system provides significant benefits in improving service efficiency, transparency, and taxpayer compliance. However, several challenges such as public digital literacy, data security, and resistance to change remain obstacles in its implementation. Therefore, solutions such as education, strengthening cybersecurity, and human resource training need to be applied to ensure the sustainability of this system. With continuous development, the integrated information system is expected to enhance the effectiveness of government administration and overall community welfare. The integrated information system implemented at Bapenda Deli Serdang also provides various conveniences, including integration with banks and financial institutions that accelerate the tax payment process and allow for real-time monitoring and evaluation of tax revenues. Additionally, the available digital public information services make it easier for the public to access information related to taxes and levies in a more transparent manner. Thus, the application of technology in this system not only increases efficiency but also contributes to improved tax compliance and the optimization of regional revenue.

Abstract

This community service was conducted in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Based on the the research results, information was obtained that in general the community faces several problems regarding economic empowerment, one of which is their lack of ability from the aspect of science and technology to make their home gardens more productively. The purpose of this community service is to provide direction and socialization for the community through women from Family Welfare Empowerment regarding vegetable cultivation using the Tabulampot method (Planting Fruits in Pots) so that they are more motivated and proactive to solve the economic problems they are facing. The benefits that are expected from this community service activity are the people can use the land around their home yards for more productive results and at the same time can make it a valuable experience in entrepreneurship. At least vegetable cultivation using the tabulampot method, a group of families can save household costs by no longer buying vegetables to meet their daily needs. The methods used in this activity are as follows: (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD), (2) Lecture method, and (3) Demonstration method. The expected outcome of this community service is an increase in the knowledge and technology possessed by the community about vegetable cultivation using the tabulampot method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif sebesar 10% yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin maka memperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan butir-butir pernyataan kepada responden yaitu pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil Regresi Linear Sederhana diperoleh Y=14.500 + 0,676 X . Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung 8.742 ttabel 2.01290 dengan signifikasi 0,000 0.05. Sementara hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0,624. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 62,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain yang diluar dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan efek kompensasi non-finansial terhadap motivasi karyawan di PT. Nusantara People's Credit Bank Bona Pasogit 20 Delitua. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Pemrosesan data menggunakan SPSS Versi 24.0 untuk windows. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Simple Linear Regression, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi non-finansial terhadap motivasi karyawan di PT. Nusantara People's Credit Bank Bona Pasogit 20 Delitua. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana memperoleh persamaan, Y = 10.317 + 0.735X, di mana kompensasi nonfinansial memiliki efek signifikan pada motivasi karyawan di PT. Untuk Bank Kredit Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 20 Delitua, koefisien determinasi adalah 0,593, yang berarti bahwa variabel kompensasi non-finansial mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan di PT. Bank Kredit Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 20 Delitua adalah 59,3%. Untuk mengetahui apakah hipotesis diterima dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan sebagian pada variabel independen adalah variabel kompensasi non-finansial (X) yang memiliki jumlah t 9,193 1,67155, yang berarti bahwa ia memiliki efek positif dan signifikan pada motivasi kerja karyawan. Jadi Ha diterima karena t menghitung t tabel. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi non-finansial atau variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan di PT. Bank Kredit Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 20 Delitua.

Abstract

Sustainable education is a collective responsibility, as the ever-evolving nature of the world demands continuous advancement in knowledge, skills, and technological competence. Embracing lifelong learning and engaging in educational collaboration not only reinforces sustainable education but also affirms that every individual has the right to grow, aspire, and contribute to meaningful global change. A nation’s development and well-being are deeply influenced by the quality of its educational system. High-quality education cultivates human resources who are capable, innovative, and highly competitive essential traits for driving progress across sectors. At the core of educational quality lies teacher performance, making educators pivotal agents in the advancement of learning outcomes. Implementing Knowledge Management (KM) stands out as a strategic approach to enhance this process. This community service initiative (PkM) sought to disseminate and promote Knowledge Management practices at Kasih Ibu Private Junior High School Patumbak through socialization, educational sessions, and structured mentoring involving the school’s teaching staff. The outcomes revealed improved teacher understanding of KM concepts, along with increased motivation to engage in knowledge sharing, utilization, and management to support their professional responsibilities.Challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and resistance to new concepts highlighted the need for collaborative teams and institutional backing. Nonetheless, the initiative positively influenced teacher performance and fostered a sustainable culture of knowledge exchange. Moving forward, reinforcing these efforts through sustainable education, provision of appropriate technological tools, and systematic evaluation is essential to ensure the long-term effectiveness of Knowledge Management practices.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. As digital transformation accelerates, businesses must adapt their marketing strategies to meet changing consumer behaviors. This review analyzes selected journal articles published between 2020 and 2024 to identify trends, key findings, and insights regarding digital marketing's role in fostering customer loyalty. The results indicate that digital marketing tools—such as social media, email campaigns, digital content, and online platforms—positively impact customer loyalty by enhancing customer engagement, personalization, convenience, and brand interaction. Moreover, trust and customer satisfaction emerge as mediating variables in building long-term loyalty in the digital environment. This study provides valuable insights for practitioners to design more effective digital marketing strategies and highlights the importance of aligning digital initiatives with customer expectations. It also contributes to academic research by summarizing recent findings and offering recommendations for future studies.
