Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, Product Quality, Price Perception, Sales Promotion on The Purchase Decision of Honda Products in Mpm Motor. Population and sample in this study were 78.  The methods to collect the data was questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used  SPSS version 14. In this study the application used to test the data were “validity test, reliability test, Normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and testing the research hypothesis”. The result in this study indicated that Brand image and Sales Promotion have a significant effect on Honda MPM Motor Purchase Decisions. Product Quality and Price perception have no significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Sales Promotion On The Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality on brand and motorcycle purchasing decision (Honda Scoopy matic) in Merpati Motor dealer in Probolinggo. The research used explanatory research and quantitative approach. The respondents in this research were 80 people. They are consumers in Merpati Motor dealer.The method used  is descriptive data analysis. it used validity test, reability test, normality test, multikolinierity test, heterokedastisity test, multiple linier analysis test, f test, t test. The result of this study simoultaneously, each product quality variable, price perception, and brand name have some positive effect on purchasing decision. Partially, product quality variable have effect on purchasing decision. Then price perception did not have effect for purchasing decision on  Merpati Dealer Motor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service marketing mix simultaneously and partially to the decision to visit the Gili Noko Beach tourism in Bawean. The method used is purposive sampling technique where the technique of determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative by using Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and t test by using SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that the influence of product variables, price, location, promotion, employees, process and physical evidence have a significant influence on the decision to visit on Gili Noko beach tour in Bawean. While the partial variable of product, price, location, employee, process, and physical evidence have no significant effect to the decision of visiting on Gili Noko beach tourism in Bawean. And for the promotion variable has a significant influence on the decision to visit on Gili Noko Beach tour in Bawean. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Visit Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of product quality, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Matahari Departemen Store Malang Town Square.The population of this study are the consumers of Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square and the sample of this study was 94 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires with accidental sampling technique. Analysis of this research data using SPSS version 16 help. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that product quality, service quality and brand image have a direct effect on satisfaction, product quality, service quality and brand image directly influence customer loyalty, satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty and product quality, service quality and brand image indirect effect. towards customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable Keywords: Product quality, Service quality, Brand image, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of city branding "bima maja labo dahu" (shame and fear) on the image of the city the decision to visit tourists to the district of bima in tourists on the coast of lariti. This research was conducted using data collection with the help of questionnaires distributed through random sampling techniques with a sample of 91 people who are tourists visiting the coast of the district of Lariti Bima. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS (statistical products and service solutions) with data testing techniques used are validity, reliability, data normality, path analysis, hypothesis testing, partial test (t) and multiple tests. The showed that city branding has direct effect for city image, city branding has direct effect for visiting decisions, city image has in a direct effect for visiting decisions. City imagery does not directly influence decisions about visits through the city image as an intervention variable.Keywords: City Branding, City Image, and Decision to Visit

Abstract

ABSTRACKT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of direct marketing, sales promotion, and price perception both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. The method used in sampling is non-probability sampling, which is a purposive sampling technique in which the sample determination technique takes into consideration certain criteria. The analytical technique used is quantitative descriptive using a Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and t test using the SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that direct marketing, sales promotion and price perception have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. While partially it shows that direct marketing and sales promotion have a significant influence on buying interest. While the perception of price has no significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package Keywords: Direct marketing, sales promotion, price perception and buying interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bussiness development in economic side become more competitive. Facing the competition a company  must be able to read and optimalize the economical resources to increase competitive ther product, be able to set the effective marketing strategy, and alwayscontinuing to develop its strategy. This study aim at analying the effect of brand image, price perception, and service quality toward buying decision at Citra Kendedes Cake & Bakery Jl. MT. Haryono No 173 Malang. the popolation was the consumer of Citra Kendedes Cake & Bakery. Accidental sampling technique were use. While its based on the coming consumer when the research were conducted. The sample were 82 respondents. The data were analyzed using  multiple linier regression method. The result showed (1) brand image has positive influnce and significant on buying decision. (2) price perception has positive influence and significant on buying decision. (3) service quality has positive influence and significant on buying decision. Keyword : Brand Image, Price Perception, Service Quality, and Buying Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of food quality, dining atmosphere and price suitability on customer satisfaction on Kribo Coffee consumers who are located at Jl. Joyo Agung No 53 B, Tlogomas Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City. The method used is explanatory research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert-scale kusieoner to Kribo Coffee consumers. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 80 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of food quality, dining atmosphere and price suitability simultaneously and partially affect the customer satisfaction. Keywords: food quality, dining atmosphere, price suitability and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed to know the effect of the service quality, the price and the product quality on customers’ loyalty through satisfaction as intervening variable (a case study of Ayam Nelongso Sawojajar restaurant customers). This study used qualitative research approach and this study is an explanatory research. The population of this study is all the consumers who become the customers of Ayam Nelongso Sawojajar restaurant.  The purposive sampling technique was used in this study to determine the sample.   The data was gained from distributing the questionnaire to 99 respondents. The instrument used for collect the data was questionnaire and for the data analysis, the method used was path analysis.  Based on the data analysis and the hypothesis testing, the result of this study is: The service quality and the product quality on customers’ loyalty of the variables’ satisfaction is positively and significantly affected and for the price on satisfaction as the intervening variable is not significantly affected. Based on the statement above, it can be concluded that the service quality, the price and the product quality on customers’ loyalty through variables’ satisfaction is positively and significantly affected.  Keywords : service quality, price, product quality, satisfaction, customers loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Malang Uniccrab Seafood Restaurant in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, promotion on customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality, service quality, promotion, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who made food purchases at Seafood Uniccrab Malang. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the variables of product quality, service quality, promotion partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: customer satisfaction, product quality, service quality, promotion
