Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate in depth the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the relationship between organizational commitment and work motivation on teacher performance at Saraswati Elementary School, Denpasar. This research is motivated by the crucial role of teachers as the spearhead of educational success, making understanding the factors influencing teacher performance highly relevant. The study population comprised 175 teachers, with a sample size of 85 respondents determined using the Hair formula. Data collection involved a combination of structured questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and supporting document analysis to strengthen the findings. Path analysis was used to examine direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, indicating that the higher a teacher's commitment to the school, the greater their tendency to exhibit extra-role behavior. Similar findings were also evident for work motivation, where high motivation significantly increased OCB. Furthermore, organizational commitment was shown to have a direct, positive, and significant relationship with teacher performance, and work motivation also plays a significant role in improving performance. OCB itself also has a significant influence on strengthening teacher performance.  This study specifically confirms that OCB acts as a mediator in the relationship between organizational commitment and work motivation on teacher performance. Thus, the results of this study underscore the crucial role of OCB as a bridge connecting internal factors such as commitment and motivation with optimal work results. The practical implication of this research is the need for schools to strengthen organizational commitment and motivate teachers to develop citizenship behaviors that ultimately drive sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

Nowadays, companies are competing to produce green products to maintain sustainability. However, consumer responses to these efforts are still varied. This research aimed to investigate the impact of green skepticism on the relationship between expected eudaimonic well-being and green purchase intention. Additionally, the mediating role of expected eudaimonic well-being in the relationship between green brand awareness, green brand image, and green purchase intention. The approach of this research is quantitative research. Data collected from 250 respondents using questionnaire and were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Respondents of this research were people in Bali, who had knowledge about green products.  The result found expected eudaimonic well-being significantly affect the green purchase intention. Green brand awareness and green brand image have no direct effect to green purchase intention. Green brand awareness and green brand image indirectly affect the green purchase intention through expected eudaimonic well-being. The interaction of expected eudaimonic well-being and green skepticism has no significant effect on green purchase intention.  The findings in the paper provide clear evidence supporting the Behavioral Reasoning Theory.  The results of this study also confirm that eco-friendly products are a brand's commitment to sustainability, requiring brands to consider long-term impacts, provide benefits to communities, and increase consumer awareness of the products they offer. To overcome consumer skepticism, brands need to visibly commit to sustainability, educate customers, and transparently communicate their values and commitment to the environment.

Abstract

Investment decisions are often affected by irrational behavioral factors that cause improper logical analysis. Herding and overconfidence are two behaviors that lead to biased decision-making, specifically regarding investment. Therefore, this study aimed to test the effect of herding and overconfidence on investment decisions moderated by financial knowledge and attitude. Using a sample of 267 stock investors, the test was conducted with PLS-SEM. The results showed that overconfidence positively influences individuals' investment decisions, while herding has no effect. Financial knowledge and attitude were found not to moderate this effect but could act as predictor variables with a significant positive impact on investment decisions.

Abstract

The research aimed to fill the research gap between the influence of financial knowledge on financial management by using materialism as moderation. The survey population was the number of populations based on the family card (KK) in the City of Denpasar. The sample in this study of 100 people from the community of Denpasar was determined based on simple random sampling. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Research results showed that financial knowledge was not significant to financial management behavior. Another finding was that materialism was unable to moderate the influence of financial knowledge on financial management behavior. Further research could develop this research by using other variables that theoretically had an influence on financial management behavior.

Abstract

Digital transformation demands that organizations strengthen their digital literacy culture and internal communication to enhance workforce performance. This research investigates the impact of digital literacy culture and communication on employee performance, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative method, data were collected from 45 employees via a Likert-scale survey. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 4.0 was employed for data analysis. Findings reveal that digital literacy culture and communication both have substantial positive effects on workforce performance, with path coefficients of 0.292 and 0.331, respectively. Additionally, work motivation significantly influences performance (? = 0.487) and partially mediates the connections among the independent variables and workforce performance. This study highlights the essential significance of digital literacy culture in improving workforce performance through motivation. The results suggest that fostering digital skills and effective communication can boost motivation, ultimately leading to better performance. Organizations are advised to adopt strategies promoting digital literacy and communication to sustain performance improvements.
