Abstract

Edema kaki pada ibu hamil rata-rata 80% terjadi pada trimester III yang disebabkan oleh peningkatan ACTH, testosteron, progesteron, estrogen yang dapat meningkatkan retensi air. Edema bisa menjadi pertanda adanya masalah serius seperti anemia, gagal jantung dan pre-eklampsia. Salah satu penatalaksanaan edema secara non-farmakologis yaitu rendam kaki dengan air hangat dan kencur. Air hangat berfungsi memperlebar pembuluh vena. Kencur mengandung flavonoid yang memiliki efek anti-inflamasi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh rendam kaki dengan air hangat dan kencur terhadap penurunan edema kaki pada ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode pre eksperiment dengan design penelitian tipe one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling dengan 23 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Sebelum diberikan intervensi ibu hamil mengalami edema kaki pada derajat II sebanyak 10 responden (43,5%), ibu hamil sesudah diberikan intervensi mengalami edema pada derajat I sebanyak 12 responden (52,2%). Ada pengaruh rendam kaki dengan air hangat dan kencur terhadap penurunan edema kaki pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan p-value < 0,001. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh rendam kaki dengan air hangat dan kencur terhadap penurunan edema kaki pada ibu hamil trimester III di UPT Puskesmas Jatiyoso.

Abstract

It has become a current necessity in every company regarding the implementation of information and communication technology governance in efforts to improve service quality. The implementation of information and communication technology governance is a critical factor in enhancing service quality across various companies. Therefore, the adoption of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on the ISO 27001:2013 standard becomes essential, in line with the conduct of regular audits to ensure its effectiveness. This research aims to develop and design an information security governance framework in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and to conduct audits on the system that has been implemented in PT. XYZ, to ensure its compliance with good and efficient standards. The methodology used is Plan-Do- Check-Act (PDCA), with data collection techniques through interviews and distribution of questionnaires for internal audits. The research findings indicate that the average ISO/IEC 27001 maturity level is at levels three and four. It is expected that this research can assist and provide recommendations related to security controlsused as guidelines and procedures for the implementation of information security, as well as ensuring the overall operation runs in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of a social media campaign in promoting healthy lifestyles among adolescents. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method to measure the effectiveness, attitudes, and behaviours of social media campaigns in influencing healthy lifestyle awareness and attitudes among adolescents aged 15-19 years old. The sample will be taken using a purposive sampling technique involving 300 respondents who fulfil the criteria, namely adolescents who follow healthy lifestyle campaigns on social media. Data were processed to describe the profile of the respondents, their level of exposure to the campaign, and their general views on health behaviours. Bivariate analysis showed a significant association between health literacy and healthy behaviours (p = 0.002). Audio-visual media had the highest effectiveness rate (85%), followed by leaflets (65%). Audio visual media was found to be more effective in delivering campaign messages than leaflets, with an effectiveness rate of 85% compared to 40%. The results showed that health promotion through social media has great potential to encourage adolescents to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Tujuan ke-6 dari SDGs 2030 adalah menjamin akses terhadap air bersih dan sanitasi layak. Kota Depok, dengan populasi lebih dari 2 juta jiwa dan luas wilayah 20.030 hektar, menghadapi permasalahan utama berupa pencemaran air oleh limbah domestik, terutama di Sungai Ciliwung dan Danau Depok. Saat ini, sebagian besar air limbah belum diolah dengan baik. Berdasarkan perencanaan jaringan air limbah oleh Khoirunnisa (2024), IPAL Sawangan dirancang untuk menampung debit sebesar 2.300 liter/detik, dengan dua tahap pembangunan pada tahun 2026 dan 2036. Lokasi IPAL direncanakan berada di Kecamatan Sawangan dengan luas lahan 30.060,25 m². Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis alternatif teknologi IPAL yang sesuai menggunakan pendekatan multi kriteria dengan aspek penilaian teknis (53%), ekonomis (40%), dan lingkungan (7%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh alternatif memiliki kelayakan tinggi, dengan skor total masing-masing: Alternatif I (2,30), Alternatif II (2,53), dan Alternatif III (2,25). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Alternatif II dinilai paling optimal untuk diterapkan di IPAL Sawangan.

Abstract

Air minum merupakan sumber daya yang terbatas dan permintaannya terus meningkat. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, pemahaman dan prediksi konsumsi air minum telah menjadi titik fokus kebijakan, untuk mendukung akses terhadap air minum dan sanitasi layak bagi masyarakat. Tujuan studi ini untuk memprediksi kebutuhan air hingga tahun 2050 pada empat kecamatan di Kabupaten Karawang, yaitu Kecamatan Karawang Barat, Kecamatan Karawang Timur, Kecamatan Klari, dan Kecamatan Teluk Jambe Timur, dimana cakupan pelayanan di wilayah studi ini pada tahun 2022 masih sekitar 27,91%. Analisis konsumsi air minum domestik dan non domestik dilakukan berdasarkan data konsumsi air minum perpipaan tahun 2022 dari Perumdam Tirta Tarum. Prediksi kebutuhan air dilakukan untuk mencapai cakupan pelayanan 45% pada tahun 2030 atau 343.138 jiwa terlayani, sesuai dengan target air minum aman dari tujuan ke-6 Sustainable Development Goals. Cakupan pelayanan air minum perpipaan tahun 2050 ditargetkan mencapai 90% atau 806.439 jiwa terlayani. Prediksi kebutuhan air harian rata-rata pada tahun 2030 adalah 730,76 L/detik dan pada tahun 2050 mencapai 1.808,42 L/detik. Selanjutnya, kapasitas produksi yang diperlukan harus dapat mengantisipasi adanya kehilangan air serta kebutuhan hari maksimum, sehingga diperlukan kapasitas instalasi produksi sebesar 1.240 L/detik pada tahun 2030 dan sebesar 2.555 L/detik pada tahun 2050.

Abstract

XYZ faces unstructured and reactive IT governance challenges, characterized by data silos and slow operational application response times. This gap hinders strategic alignment and operational efficiency within an institution that has significant responsibility for public services. This study uses the COBIT 2019 framework to design a systematic and contextual governance strategy. The novelty of this research lies in the holistic integration of the 10 Design Factors in the public sector with a high security risk profile that has not been widely explored. A descriptive qualitative methodology was applied through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies with key informants from the managerial to operational levels. The analysis follows the COBIT 2019 Design Guide workflow and is validated through triangulation techniques and member checking. The analysis results show a focus on service stability with high security risks (40%) and strict compliance (30%). Of the 40 objectives, 14 priority Governance and Management Objectives (GMO) were identified, focusing on risk optimization and external compliance. The research produced a three-phase strategic roadmap aligned with the organization's objectives and the Personal Data Protection Law regulations. This strategy transforms IT governance at PT. XYZ into a more structured, accountable, and adaptive framework.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas siswa/i SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta sebagai kader kampanye lingkungan melalui program edukasi dan penyuluhan tentang konservasi air bersih dan pengelolaan sampah. Program dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 November 2024 dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi menggunakan post-test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta dalam berbagai aspek, antara lain konservasi air, pemilahan sampah, serta pemanfaatan sampah plastik menjadi ecobrick sangat baik. Sebanyak 100% peserta dapat menjawab dengan benar pada beberapa indikator pasca kegiatan, dan capaian rata-rata pemahaman mencapai 90%. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mulai menerapkan kebiasaan hidup bersih serta hemat air. Hasil kegiatan ini mendukung pernyataan bahwa pendidikan lingkungan yang diterapkan secara partisipatif dan kontekstual mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku positif siswa terhdap lingkungan. Program ini memberikan dampak positif dan membuka peluang kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah.

Abstract

  This research is motivated by the low active participation and less than optimal literacy skills of fifth-grade students in learning. The study aims to describe the implementation and assess the impact of Wordwall educational games in interactive learning on students' learning interest and reading literacy skills. A Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with two cycles was employed, involving 11 fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 5 Pracimantoro. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, literacy tests, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in student learning interest, from the pre-cycle category dominated by "moderate" interest to the "high" and "very high" categories in Cycle II. Reading literacy skills also improved, with the majority of students reaching the "good" and "very good" categories by the end of Cycle II. The study concludes that the implementation of Wordwall educational games in interactive learning is effective in creating a more engaging, enjoyable, and meaningful learning atmosphere, thereby enhancing both student interest and literacy skills. Abstract

Purpose This study is to analyze the performance of e-commerce companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2022 to 2023 using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. Design/methodology/approach The study employs a descriptive applied quantitative methodology, analyzing financial data to address business phenomena and assess their impact on company performance. Findings The findings indicate a consistent decline in performance across the studied companies. In 2022, the average performance score was 51%, categorized as less healthy (BBB), which dropped to 41% (BB, less healthy) in 2023. Specifically, PT Bukalapak.com Tbk's performance declined from 61% (BBB) in 2022 to 48% (BB) in 2023, PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk decreased from 51% (BBB) to 38% (B), and PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk fell from 41% (BB) to 38% (B). These results highlight the need for improved financial strategies and operational efficiencies to enhance the financial health of Indonesian e-commerce companies. Research limitations/implications The research is limited by the use of only the Balanced Scorecard method, the lack of indicators in perspectives other than finance, and the absence of an in-depth SWOT analysis. Originality/value This study lies in its focus on analyzing the performance of e-commerce companies listed on the IDX from 2022 to 2023 using the Balanced Scorecard approach, which provides valuable insights into the financial health and operational challenges faced by these companies during a period of significant market changes.
