Abstract

Lanjut usia bukan halangan untuk seseorang tetap bekerja, semangat untuk bekerja tidak pernah surut karenakeinginan untuk tetap diakui dan aktualisasi diri di masyarakat, selain itu biaya kebutuhan sehari-hari yang semakinmahal dan keinginan yang tidak ada batasnya yang membuat seseorang walau telah pensiun tetap ingin bekerja danmenjalankan aktivitas. Undang-undang ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku saat ini belum ada yang secara khususmembahas tentang batas umur untuk pensiun, penetapan oleh perusahaan yang lazim diikuti adalah mengikuti batasnormal pension umur 55 tahun dan batas usia wajib pensiun umur 60 tahun yang dijadikan batas untuk mengakhirimasa kerja seorang karyawan. Wacana pemerintah untuk menetapkan batas usia maksimal sampai dengan umur 65tahun menjadi peluang yang baik untuk para pekerja Lanjut usia agar tetap eksis di bidang pekerjaan yang merekalakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari studi pustaka dan studi kasus di Universitas Esa Unggul, dimana25,70% dari jumlah dosen yang aktif mengajar, 4.66% karyawan dan 19,25% Dosen yang sekaligus menjadiKaryawan adalah penduduk lanjut usia yang tetap memilih untuk tetap bekerja.Kata Kunci : Lanjut Usia, Bekerja, Pensiun, Hukum, Perlindungan Hukum

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia merupakan mata pelajaran wajib yang harus diikuti oleh setiap siswa yang belajar di negara Indonesia, mereka harus mengambil mata pelajaran ini dari mulai tingkat sekolah dasar sampai dengan perguruan tinggi. Ironinya pelajaran bahasa Indonesia tidak menjadi mata pelajaran yang disenangi oleh para siswa bahkan terkadang terkesan seperti diabaikan, kondisi pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kalangan siswa dan masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya ditandai dengan adanya sikap kurang diminati, hal ini terjadi karena belum ditemukannya strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan tepat, serta kurangnya usaha-usaha terutama yang bersifat individual dari para pengajarnya untuk menguasai materi pembelajaran dan situasi kelas agar siswa yang diajarkan lebih tertarik mengikuti pelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder untuk tujuan pengembangan tentang cara belajar dan mengajar bahasa Indonesia yang lebih menarik dikaitkan dengan pendidikan. Kata Kunci : bahasa, bahasa Indonesia, pendidikan

Abstract

The research aims to know the learning process with active learning in developing empathy for class V students in elementary school. There are two research participants: SD Laboratory of PGSD FIP UNJ and SD Budi Wanita in Setiabudi Jakarta Indonesia. Research methods use a naturalistic qualitative method. The data collection process is doing by observation, interviews, and document analysis. The observation results analyzed by focused observation, taxonomy analysis, selected observation, component analysis, and theme analysis. The validity of the data is doing by extension of participation, the persistence of observation, and triangulation. The findings suggest that grade V students in elementary school have been able to develop empathy. The strategies that teachers do in active learning to develop empathy in the form of role-playing, Jigsaw, discussion, group work, and use games performed on early activities, core activities, and end-of-learning activities. Using active learning in learning in class V in elementary school can develop students ' empathy.

Abstract

This research and development aim to produce a learning media through character education-based on Tapak Gunung games and specifically introducing character values in Strengthening Character Education in elementary schools. This study is a Research and Development (R & D). The method of this study using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were the teacher of grade IV Elementary School Private Laboratory, Elementary School Teacher Education, State University Jakarta, grade II and IV students of elementary school in total were 24 subjects. Sources of data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, which are then processed using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the validation of this studyobtained an average value of 95% by material experts, 97.05% by media experts, and 96.43% by linguists. Based on student trials, it was obtained an average score of 94.68% for one-to-one, 93.88% for the small group, and 94.16% for the field test. In addition, the media assessment by the teacher obtained a score of 98.21%. The results of this study indicate that the character education-based tapak gunung game media is in a very good category, so it is suitable for use on civic-education learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The research and development aims to produce learning media for Pancasila and Civic Education in the form of a traditional game of engklek, called Engklek Kerjasama (ENGKER) and to test the feasibility of the developed learning media. In addition, this media is to introduce the value of cooperative character to students. The development model used by researcher is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Respondents in this research and development consisted of class IV elementary school teacher and 16 grade IV students elementary school. Sources of data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Furthermore, it is analyzed using qualitative an quantitative analysis techniques. The result of the validation obtained an average value of 97,67% by media experts at 98.52%, the material expert at 96.42%, and the linguist at 98.07%. Furthermore, the product assessment of grade IV elementary school teachers was 98.07%. Then, based on the results of students trials, it was obtained an average value of 93,8% for the one to one stage of 92.5%, the small group stage of  94.86%, and the field test stage of 94.27%. This shows that this media belongs in the very good category, therefore it is appropriate to be used as a learning media for Pancasila and Civic Education for Class IV elementary school especially the material of cooperation in diversity.

Abstract

The aim of this research and development is to develop the student worksheet based on multicultural education for PPKn lesson in IV grade elementary school. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE development model. There are 5 steps in the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The technique of collecting data used in this research are interview and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research and development is descriptive statistics. Student worksheets are validated by involving 3 experts, including material experts, media experts, and language experts. The subjects of the study were 4th grade students, totaling 4 students for the one to one evaluation and 12 students for the small group evaluation. The results showed that the student worksheets based on multicultural education for PPKn lesson in IV grade elementary school were included in the very good category with a percentage of 90.90% by material experts, 92.85% by linguists and 93.75% by media experts. Trials on students were included in the very good category at the step one to one evaluation of 95.95% and the small group evaluation of 97.91%. This shows that worksheet is feasible to be used as a learning resource in PPKn lesson.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode CIRC melalui layanan kelompok psikoedukasi terhadap pemahaman keterampilan menentukan ide utama mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling Purposive. Sampel berjumlah dua puluh orang berdasarkan hasil pretest keterampilan menentukan ide utama yang kategori rendah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen keterampilan menentukan ide utama yang bersifat pilihan ganda dengan validitas menggunakan rumus Korelasi Point Biserial yang menghasilkan 68 item valid dan 27 item drop. Reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus Kuder Richardson number 20 dengan nilai 0,867 menunjukkan reliabilitas tinggi yang artinya instrumen akan terus mendapatkan hasil yang sama bila digunakan lagi di kesempatan lain. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus uji Wilcoxon Match Pair Test. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dengan nilai asymp. Sig sebesar 0,005 < taraf signifikansi 0,05 (2-tailed), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh metode CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) melalui layanan kelompok psikoedukasi terhadap pemahaman keterampilan menentukan ide utama pada mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan 2014.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division model in improving Civics learning outcomes for elementary school students. This study uses a literature review method by collecting several previous studies to answer the Student Teams Achievement Division model in improving Civics learning outcomes for elementary school students. The data used in this study were obtained through scientific articles taken from the SINTA and Google Scholar databases. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division model can improve Civics learning outcomes for elementary school students by exposing journal content analysis by analyzing subjects, research objectives, research methods/designs, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques, and results study.

Abstract

PT Royal Express Indonesia (REX) merupakan perusahaan jasa ekspedisi yang bekerja sama dengan Tokopedia untuk layanan REX-10 atau layanan kargo dengan berat minimum 10 kilogram. Layanan REX-10 Tokopedia dilakukan dengan sistem pickup ke alamat pelanggan. Kegiatan usaha saat ini belum menggunakan sistem yang terintegrasi, karena seluruh tahap kegiatan masih menggunakan manifest dan resi manual. Pencatatan manual mempersulit dalam pengecekan status paket, pembuatan laporan dan pencarian data, hal tersbut mengharuskan adanya sistem informasi pickup. Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem informasi pickup adalah RAD dan analisis permasalahan menggunakan metode fishbone. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem dapat mengirimkan data pickup secara otomatis menggunakan fitur pembagian pickup, dapat mencetak resi, dapat mencetak manifest, dan dapat menyajikan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan oleh REX.
