Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students at MA Attaqwa Pusat Putri Bekasi in the subject of marriage (fikih) through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This research was motivated by the low enthusiasm and activeness of students in fikih learning, which impacted the low psychomotor and affective learning outcomes. The subjects of the research were 20 female students from class XI.2 MA Attaqwa Pusat Putri. The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle including planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through student activeness observation sheets and learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test). Data analysis utilized descriptive percentage techniques. The results showed an increase in student activeness across various aspects, such as listening activities (from 86% to 88%), oral activities (from 45% to 61%), and visual activities (from 35% to 78%). Furthermore, there was an increase in the average learning outcomes score from 88 in cycle I to 97 in cycle II, as well as an increase in the "very high" category from 16 to 20 students. This indicates that the PBL model is effective in enhancing student activeness and learning outcomes in fikih. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI.2 MA Attaqwa Pusat Putri Bekasi pada materi pernikahan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya antusiasme dan keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran fikih, yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar ranah psikomotorik dan afektif. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 peserta didik perempuan kelas XI.2 MA Attaqwa Pusat Putri. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi keaktifan siswa dan tes hasil belajar (pre-test dan post-test). Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan peserta didik pada berbagai aspek, seperti listening activities (dari 86% menjadi 88%), oral activities (dari 45% menjadi 61%), dan visual activities (dari 35% menjadi 78%). Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar dari 88 pada siklus I menjadi 97 pada siklus II, serta peningkatan kategori nilai sangat tinggi dari 16 menjadi 20 peserta didik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model PBL efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran fikih.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the impact of the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program on the improvement of teacher professionalism in teaching and learning activities in Indonesia. Teacher professionalism encompasses pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies, which are key indicators of educational quality. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), reviewing three scientific articles published between 2022 and 2023 that are relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that the PPG program has a positive impact on enhancing teacher competencies, particularly in curriculum mastery, innovative teaching strategies, and work ethics. However, its effectiveness is still influenced by implementation quality, institutional readiness, and participant motivation. The study recommends ongoing evaluation and stronger integration between PPG training and actual classroom practices. These findings offer valuable insights for shaping national policies aimed at improving teacher quality and the effectiveness of the PPG program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis pengaruh program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) terhadap peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di Indonesia. Profesionalitas guru mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian yang menjadi indikator utama kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), berdasarkan telaah terhadap tiga artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang tahun 2022–2023 dan relevan dengan topik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa program PPG memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, khususnya dalam penguasaan kurikulum, strategi pembelajaran inovatif, dan peningkatan etos kerja. Namun demikian, efektivitas PPG masih dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelaksanaan, kesiapan institusi penyelenggara, serta motivasi peserta. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya evaluasi berkelanjutan dan penguatan integrasi antara pelatihan PPG dengan praktik nyata di kelas. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam merumuskan kebijakan peningkatan mutu guru dan efektivitas program PPG secara nasional.

Abstract

Modern curricula emphasize flexibility, student-centered learning, 21st-century competencies, character education, and collaboration, but they still face design, training, and implementation challenges. This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Islamic Elementary School Attaqwa 35 and Islamic Junior High School Attaqwa 16 in Bekasi, including their conditions, similarities, and differences. This quantitative ex post facto research used a saturated sample of 52 teachers. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of SPSS, including normality testing, homogeneity testing, and a t-test. The results show that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at both Islamic Elementary School Attaqwa 35 and Islamic Junior High School Attaqwa 16 is categorized as “appropriate,” with average scores of 3.80 and 3.76, respectively. Attaqwa 35 excels in curriculum planning, while Attaqwa 16 stands out in integrated learning assessment. A significant difference is indicated by a t-value of 4.965, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.796. Attaqwa 16 demonstrates a more comprehensive implementation of the curriculum, with a valid percentage of key aspects reaching 91.7%, compared to only 33.3% at Attaqwa 35. Conclusion: The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum is more mature at the secondary level than at the primary level, influenced by planning, teacher collaboration, and community involvement.

Abstract

Innovation in education has become a primary necessity in the current era of globalization and technology. One emerging innovative approach is neuroscience-based education, which integrates the understanding of brain mechanisms into the learning process. This study aims to examine the application of neuroscience principles, such as neuroplasticity and emotional engagement, in enhancing students' comprehension quality. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from various relevant academic sources and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that learning strategies emphasizing neuroplasticity principles and involving students' emotional aspects can improve information retention, learning motivation, and critical thinking skills. This approach also fosters the creation of a more supportive and adaptive learning environment tailored to students' needs. Therefore, neuroscience-based education can serve as a strategic innovation in developing effective and student-centered learning in the 21st century. Continuous training for educators and further empirical research are recommended to enrich the implementation of this approach across various educational contexts.

Abstract

Education in the modern era faces major challenges in developing students understanding and creativity amidst limited resources and time. One potential solution that can improve the quality of learning is the mindmapping method, which is known to help students organize ideas and information visually, thereby improving their understanding and creativity. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using mindmapping in learning, with a focus on its influence on students' understanding of the material and creativity. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with library research, where data is obtained from journal articles, books, and other relevant sources that discuss mindmapping in the context of education. The results of the discussion show that mindmapping has proven effective in facilitating students' understanding of the concepts taught and stimulating their creativity in solving problems. By using visualization techniques, students can connect various ideas and information that were previously separate. The conclusion of this study confirms that mindmapping is an effective method for improving students' understanding and creativity, and can be applied in various learning contexts to support students' cognitive and creative development. This study also provides recommendations for educators to integrate mindmapping into their teaching methods.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of gamified formative assessment using Quizizz to improve learning outcomes at a madrasah. Formative evaluation is essential to support learning engagement and achievement. This qualitative research employed a case study approach involving Grade 7 students and subject teachers. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that Quizizz enhances student motivation and engagement, with 85% of learners reporting increased enthusiasm in classroom activities. Moreover, the average test scores improved from 70 to 82 following its implementation. While Quizizz provides advantages such as real-time feedback and interactive features, challenges such as limited internet access and inadequate devices remain. The study recommends integrating gamified tools like Quizizz into the curriculum and providing teacher training to optimize digital-based learning. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas asesmen formatif berbasis gamifikasi menggunakan Quizizz dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar di sebuah madrasah. Evaluasi formatif penting untuk mendukung keterlibatan dan pencapaian belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang melibatkan siswa kelas VII dan guru mata pelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi kelas, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Quizizz meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, dengan 85% siswa melaporkan antusiasme belajar yang meningkat. Selain itu, nilai rata-rata tes meningkat dari 70 menjadi 82 setelah implementasi aplikasi ini. Meskipun menawarkan keunggulan seperti umpan balik instan dan fitur interaktif, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat masih ditemukan. Studi ini merekomendasikan integrasi alat gamifikasi seperti Quizizz dalam kurikulum serta pelatihan guru untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran berbasis digital.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia (MAN IC) is a model of an Islamic boarding school at the secondary education level, which combines the uniqueness of Islamic religious education with the enrichment of science and technology. MAN IC has continued to develop in quality and quantity since it was handed over to the Department of Religion. In terms of quality, MAN IC produces very proud outputs, with many achievements both nationally and internationally. MAN IC was developed by the Ministry of Religion with the aim of expanding access to education for high-achieving students from both high and low economic backgrounds, with the government fully covering the costs. This research aims to analyze the concept of MAN IC education through a literature review of various relevant literature sources. This research uses Library Research or literature research as its main approach. This method involves searching and analyzing relevant literature related to the research topic. Data for this research was obtained from scientific literature sources such as journals and books related to the Concept of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia. The conclusion of this research indicates that the MAN IC education concept successfully integrates Islamic religious education with science and technology through an integrated curriculum, innovative learning methods, and a comprehensive coaching system. This concept emphasizes the holistic development of student potential, encompassing intellectual, spiritual, and social aspects, and produces high-achieving and outstandingly characterized graduates.

Abstract

Transformasi digital yang cepat telah menciptakan karakteristik khas pada Generasi Z, yang sangat familiar dengan teknologi dan media sosial. Dalam hal ini, pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan sekaligus peluang besar untuk menyesuaikan materi dan metode pengajaran agar sesuai dengan gaya belajar generasi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana materi Pendidikan Islam saat ini memenuhi kebutuhan dan karakteristik Generasi Z, serta mengeksplorasi penggunaan inovasi digital dalam pembelajaran PAI. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi teknologi, seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif, media sosial, dan multimedia digital, dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Namun, penggunaan teknologi harus diarahkan agar tetap sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pendidik untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang interaktif, visual, dan kontekstual, sambil menanamkan prinsip-prinsip akhlak Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembaruan kurikulum dan pelatihan bagi guru agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam yang lebih efektif dan bermakna bagi Generasi Z.

Abstract

Education in the era of globalization faces significant challenges in preparing the younger generation to keep up with the rapid technological advancements, one of which is by utilizing the concept of Deep Learning. Deep Learning, which is a part of Artificial Intelligence (AI), has transformed many sectors, including education. This technology opens opportunities to improve the quality of learning through more adaptive and personalized systems. This article discusses how the implementation of Deep Learning can serve as a new direction in the development of educational curricula, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by educational institutions in integrating this technology. By exploring the potential of Deep Learning, education in the era of globalization can be more effective in meeting the needs of learning that are more relevant and responsive to the changing times.

Abstract

Dampak globalisasi terhadap budaya dan sistem pendidikan merupakan isu yangsignifikan. Beberapa pihak menganggapnya sebagai ancaman bagi institusitradisional seperti keluarga dan sekolah, sementara pandangan lain melihatnyasebagai peluang untuk menggantikan tradisi dengan sikap yang lebih modern.Jurnal ini akan menganalisis dampak positif dan negatif globalisasi terhadappendidikan di negara-negara berkembang.Sistem pendidikan yang efektif menjadi landasan bagi terciptanya peluang untukmenjalani kehidupan yang layak. Menjamin akses yang memadai terhadappendidikan bagi semua anak merupakan fungsi utama sektor publik di semuanegara, terlepas dari tingkat pendapatannya. Jurnal ini berargumen bahwapendidikan adalah elemen inti dalam masyarakat serta menjadi dasar bagi pilihandemokratis. Ketimpangan peluang pendidikan antarnegara merupakan salah satupenyebab utama ketidaksetaraan global. Individu hanya dapat berkontribusi danmemperoleh manfaat dari globalisasi jika mereka memiliki pengetahuan,keterampilan, nilai-nilai, serta kapasitas dan hak yang diperlukan untuk memenuhikebutuhan dasar hidup mereka.
