Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Sohebe Coffee, Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perkembangan pesat industri kopi di Asia Tenggara, khususnya di Indonesia yang merupakan salah satu produsen kopi terbesar dunia. Kota Medan mengalami peningkatan minat terhadap kopi seiring dengan munculnya berbagai kafe modern yang menawarkan kualitas dan pelayanan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Sohebe Coffee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk, dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara khusus, variabel harga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002, yang berarti harga yang kompetitif mampu menarik konsumen. Kualitas produk juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, menandakan bahwa kualitas produk yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Lokasi yang strategis, dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, memudahkan aksesibilitas bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk tetap bersaing di industri kafe yang semakin ketat, Sohebe Coffee harus terus mengoptimalkan strategi harga, meningkatkan kualitas produk, dan memilih lokasi yang strategis. Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor ini penting untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan mempertahankan posisi di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan hal yang sangat dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen. Sebab itu perusahaan harus dapat memungkinkan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut retail harus dapat menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik dengan bauran pemasaran yang mencakup aspek kualitas produk dan promosi untuk menarik konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun variabel independent adalah kualitas produk dan promosi, variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 (Seratus) responden yang berasal dari Mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Niaga Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Medan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian skincare Skintific secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan promosi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 40,1%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,9% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

In organizing events, especially sport events, organizers need to pay attention to the factors of service quality, price, and facilities. These three factors can enhance participant satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on participant satisfaction at Digi Zumba Bandung 2023. This research is quantitative in nature. The data collection method involved distributing questionnaires to 89 respondents, with the number of respondents determined using saturated sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable using SPSS software version 20 in 2024. The results of this study indicate that service quality (X1) has a partially positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with a t-value of 3,231. The t-test results for price (X2) show a partially positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with a t-value of 3,240. The t-test results for facilities (X3) also show a partially positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with a t-value of 2,271. Furthermore, the F-test results indicate that service quality (X1), price (X2), and facilities (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants with an F-value of [insert F-value 27,547. Additionally, the determination (R2) results show that service quality (X1), price (X2), and facilities (X3) can influence the satisfaction of Digi Zumba Bandung 2023 participants by 47.5%, and the remaining 52.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Perum BULOG Regional Division of North Sumatra faces challenges in determining optimal rice stock levels due to uncertainties in supply and distribution. The purpose of this study is to optimize rice stock management by comparing two fuzzy inference methods—Fuzzy-Sugeno and Fuzzy-Mamdani in predicting monthly rice stock levels. The method used involves analyzing rice inflow, distribution, and stock data from January to December, applying each fuzzy method using the MATLAB 6.1 Fuzzy Toolbox. The Fuzzy-Sugeno model is implemented with rule-based systems whose outputs are expressed as linear functions of the input variables and defuzzified using the weighted average method. The Fuzzy-Mamdani model applies linguistic rules with fuzzy output sets and uses the centroid method for defuzzification. The results show that both methods can optimize stock estimation, but in different ways: Fuzzy-Sugeno produces dynamic predictions that closely follow monthly operational changes, making it suitable for short-term adaptive optimization, while Fuzzy-Mamdani yields more stable predictions, supporting long-term stock stability optimization. This finding provides a practical decision-support reference for BULOG to select the method that best aligns with operational goals, thereby improving rice stock management and distribution efficiency in North Sumatra.

Abstract

Ramadhan Fair XIX di Kota Medan merupakan event tahunan yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana hiburan dan dakwah Islami, tetapi juga sebagai pusat ekonomi musiman yang menghadirkan berbagai produk UMKM. Dalam penyelenggaraannya, muncul keluhan pengunjung mengenai harga produk yang dianggap mahal serta pelayanan yang dinilai kurang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan berkunjung masyarakat pada event Ramadhan Fair XIX Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk mengukur kelayakan instrumen. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas, yang seluruhnya menunjukkan hasil memenuhi syarat analisis regresi. Uji koefisien determinasi (R²) dan uji signifikansi simultan (uji F) serta parsial (uji t) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Begitu pula dengan kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,682, yang berarti 68,2% keputusan berkunjung dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 32,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penetapan harga yang sesuai dan pelayanan yang prima untuk meningkatkan minat kunjungan masyarakat pada event musiman seperti Ramadhan Fair.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and workload on employee productivity in the Finance and Risk Management Directorate of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal. The research was conducted from February to July 2025 with 31 employee respondents. The study employed a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires and analyzing it using multiple linear regression. The research sought to understand how leadership style and workload influence the productivity of employees within this specific department. The results indicate that, partially, leadership style and workload have no significant effect on employee productivity, with significance values greater than 0.05. This suggests that individual leadership styles and workloads, when considered separately, may not have a strong direct impact on productivity. However, when analyzed simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee productivity, with a significance value of less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination reveals that leadership style and workload contribute 16.3% to employee productivity, indicating that while these factors play a role, the majority of the variation in productivity (83.7%) is due to other factors not explored in this study. These findings highlight the need for the company to consider a holistic approach to human resource management, focusing not only on leadership style and workload but also on other variables that could further enhance employee productivity. This research provides valuable input for improving organizational strategies

Abstract

The concept of tourism awareness expects people to play the role of good hosts in their respective environments. In promoting tourism awareness, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy will organize a tourism awareness campaign program in 65 tourism villages throughout 2022-2023. Compared to the number of tourist villages of 3416 villages, the number of tourist villages exposed to the campaign program is still minimal. Sempajaya Village, located in Berastagi district, Karo Regency, North Sumatra, is one of the tourist villages registered with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This village has tourism potential, such as cultural tourism, nature tourism, and agrotourism. Although the tourism potential is significant, the knowledge of the people of Sempajaya village about tourism is still low, so the existing tourism potential cannot be developed properly. The community is also considered less friendly, and minimal in maintaining cleanliness. In response to this condition, the Polmed service team initiated to increase tourism awareness of the people of Sempajaya Village through tourism awareness training Sapta Pesona training, CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, Environment), and excellent service. Furthermore, billboards will also be made containing messages of sapta pesona and flower plants to support the beauty of the village as part of sapta pesona. Konsep sadar wisata mengharapkan masyarakat untuk berperan sebagai tuan rumah yang baik di lingkungannya masing-masing. Dalam menggalakkan sadar wisata, Kemenparekraf menyelenggarakan program kampanye sadar wisata di 65 desa wisata sepanjang tahun 2022-2023. Jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah desa wisata sebesar 3416 desa, maka jumlah desa wisata yang terpapar program kampanye masih sangat sedikit. Desa Sempajaya yang terletak di kecamatan Berastagi, Kabupaten Karo Sumatera Utara merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang terdaftar di Kemenparekraf, Desa ini memiliki potensi wisata seperti wisata budaya, wisata alam dan agrowisata. Walaupun potensi pariwisatanya besar, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat desa Sempajaya akan pariwisata masih rendah sehingga potensi pariwisata yang ada belum dapat dikembangkan dengan baik. Masyarakat juga dianggap kurang ramah, minim dalam menjaga kebersihan. Merespon kondisi ini, tim pengabdian Polmed beriniasi untuk meningkatkan sadar wisata masyarakat Desa Sempajaya melalui pelatihan sadar wisata yaitu: pelatihan Sapta Pesona, CHSE ( Clean, Health, Safety, Environment ), dan pelayanan prima. Lebih lanjut juga akan dibuatkan baliho berisi pesan sapta pesona dan tanaman bunga untuk mendukung keasrian desa sebagai bagian sapta pesona.

Abstract

The conveyance service business is a dynamic industry where there are changing trends every year. This is what underlies Ransoe Konveksi's efforts to develop its production, especially to expand market share. However, the lack of specific skills of the employees has hampered the plan to make the latest products that are actually in great demand by the community. Therefore, the Polmed Service Team took the initiative to provide training to Ransoe Konveksi employees who would later be guided by professionals in their fields. If the employees' abilities are qualified to create new products that are in demand by the community, the convection services will be increasingly recognized by many people and will increase income.

Abstract

The development of tourist destinations in Indonesia, particularly the Lake Toba area, is a major focus in supporting the tourism sector and the MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) industry. Toba Caldera Resort, managed by the Lake Toba Authority, plays a crucial role as a leading destination in attracting tourists. This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the factors that influence visitor satisfaction as an indicator of successful destination management. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which tourist facilities and attractions influence visitor satisfaction at Toba Caldera Resort. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both facilities and tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The conclusion of this research is that facilities and tourist attractions are the main factors determining the level of visitor satisfaction at Toba Caldera Resort. The better the quality of the facilities and the more attractive the attractions offered, the higher the level of perceived satisfaction. Therefore, the management and development of these two aspects must be prioritized in strategies to increase the attractiveness and sustainability of tourist destinations.

Abstract

In the modern marketing world, promotional event activities are an effective strategy in increasing consumer engagement and satisfaction. This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on visitor satisfaction at the 2025 Mama Lemon Event organized by PT Jentera Media Citra in Medan City. This event was held in various strategic culinary locations with promotional strategies such as sample sharing, interactive quizzes, and publications through social media. Informative and attractive promotions, as well as friendly and responsive services, are expected to be able to provide a positive experience for visitors. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that partially, promotion and service quality had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.001 each. Simultaneously, both variables were also shown to have a significant effect on satisfaction, with an F value of 13.378 and an R Square of 0.216, which means that 21.6% of the variation in visitor satisfaction was explained by promotion and quality of service
