Abstract

The rapid development of technology is certainly very helpful for employee performance and services in hospitals, one of which is in the medical record installation, namely in the reporting of inpatient operations that have not been fully computerized. Problems were found during the Field Work Practice, one of which was the delay in the process of collecting patient surgery data, which made reporting hampered and did not run smoothly and efficiently. Therefore, an information system is needed to streamline employee performance in reporting complete, fast, and accurate operations. The research data collection methods used are literature study and interviews, with descriptive analysis. The method of making the system is using the waterfall method. It is hoped that the results of the design of this information system can streamline the performance of doctors, as well as officers in making reports on the top 10 index of surgical actions so as to produce complete and accurate data. And this information system can also maximize the quality of service in the hospital.

Abstract

Technological developments have provided significant support for employee performance in hospitals, onel of which is in the medical record installation, namely the making of a visum et repertum in the medicolegal aspect. In the research that has been conducted, researchers found several problems in the medical records installation, one of which is the delay in making VeR because it is not fully computerized because it still uses Microsoft Word, resulting in less effective services. Therefore, a system is needed. The research methods used include literature study, observation, and interviews with descriptive analysis. The system development method uses the agile software development method. The results of this system design are expected to reduce the workload of officers, produce accurate information, maximize services and improve the quality of services in the hospital.

Abstract

BPJS participants are people who have registered as BPJS members, including newborns. For newborns who have not been registered as BPJS participants, they can be registered with the BPJS or in every hospital that serves BPJS registration for newborns a maximum of 28 days after the baby's birth. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach method that aims to explain certain conditions that are focused on understanding a problem objectively. In this method, researchers and system users must work together in order to obtain the research subject as the final result. The data collection technique used in this research is the primary data collection method, namely interviews between researchers and medical staff, especially in the BPJS registration section so that researchers get accurate results. The development method used in the design process is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall method. SDLC defines the models and procedures used in the development of software systems and also shows how researchers make the transition from identification to solution implementation. Based on the results of the research, there are problems found, namely the server used sometimes experiences several problems such as many bugs because the server used by the hospital is still combined with other health services. The BPJS patient registration information system for newborns owned by this hospital can help and simplify the problem if the central server used is experiencing problems.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in this era has prompted various sectors to undergo digitalization, including hospitals. The primary objective of this research is to create a web-based traffic accident information system that will enhance the efficiency of processing and reporting traffic accident patient data. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies using a descriptive qualitative approach. The software development method employed is extreme programming. The system is built using the Laravel v10 framework with the PHP v8.1 programming language, complemented by MySQL v8 as its database. The results of the study at Hospital X indicate that traffic accident data reporting is still conducted manually using Microsoft Excel. This research aims to provide a reference for healthcare facilities, especially hospitals, to develop such a system. The information system is built and tested using black-box testing. Based on the functional aspects tested, the system operates effectively. It can be concluded that the system is suitable for use. Thus, medical record officers no longer need to sort emergency department patient data by admission date, diagnosis, and external cause, thereby facilitating the aggregation process and producing more comprehensive information.

Abstract

The most important factor in determining an individual's level of productivity in daily life is their health. For this reason, every year on March 10th, we celebrate it as National Ginjal Day. Numerous factors contribute to patients' difficulties in undergoing hemodialysis, as well as increasing the number of hemodialysis patients who are in productive states and have positive symptoms. This situation calls for a system that can alert patients to the need for efficient and effective hemodialysis. Wawancara and Pustaka's studies are used by researchers to gather data, together with descriptively applied qualitative analysis. The waterfall method is used by researchers to develop new systems. The results of system testing using approved methods can increase patient care's effectiveness and efficiency in helping patients with hemodialysis. In addition, this information system can improve patient care and the standard of living in sick rooms.

Abstract

Technological advances, especially in the health sector, continue to develop every year. One of them is in terms of hospital information systems and health services. The wide range of hospital services, of course, will cause complex problems to arise. One of the problems that arise is that services at the hospital in making inpatient reservations still use a manual system via telephone which is less effective for registration officers with the admin of the inpatient room regarding the availability of inpatient rooms so that patients spend longer waiting. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based inpatient reservation information system to make it easier for officers to make reservations and get information about the availability of inpatient rooms for patients. So that the administrative process can obtain room information more accurately and effectively. The software development method used is prototype. Making information system design models is made using Xampp with PHP and MySQL database systems and the system is tested with blackbox testing. The results of the information system created can assist hospital staff in providing maximum service by reporting inpatient room information data.

Abstract

Abstract This system functions to record daily, monthly, and yearly censuses without changing the performance of the computer used because the data is stored using cloud storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using the Agile method. The recording of daily, monthly, and yearly censuses in the emergency room at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital in Bandung is not optimal due to frequent problems with the local area network (LAN); computers often hang or freeze, and the system has not been updated. Currently, the recording of daily, monthly, and yearly sensors still uses the Visual Basic program, which has the concern that it requires a very large amount of memoryduring the installation process. Management of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using agile methods The agile method used in the development of this program is feature-driven development (FDD). The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. This program only focuses on completing a certain program and produces medical record management for reporting emergency department patients based on information technology in order to speed up the work process and minimize the occurrence of device errors. Keywords: Agile, Black-box testing, Patient Census, Web Service Abstrak Sistem ini berfungsi untuk mencatat sensus harian, bulanan maupun tahunan dengan tidak merubah performance dari komputer yang digunakan, karena penyimpanan data menggunakan cloud storage. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tata kelola rekam medis elektronik berbasis teknologi informasi dalam pelaporan pasien IGD dengan metode Agile. Pencatatan sensus harian, bulanan maupun tahunan di IGD Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik Bandung belum optimal, dikarenakan seringnya terjadi kendala pada jaringan Local Area Network (LAN), komputer sering mengalami hang atau freeze, dan dengan sistem yang belum diperbaharui. Pencatatan sensur harian, bulanan maupun tahunan pada saat ini masih menggunakan program Visual Basic, untuk program tersebut memiliki concern membutuhkan memory yang sangat besar pada saat proses instalasi. Tata kelola rekam medis elektronik berbasis teknologi informasi dalam pelaporan pasien IGD menggunakan metode Agile. Metode Agile pada program yang digunakan pada pengembangan program ini yaitu Feature Driven Development (FDD). Sistem yang telah dibuat diujikan menggunakan metode black-box testing. Program ini hanya berfokus untuk menyelesaikan suatu program tertentu, dan menghasilkan tata kelola rekam medis dalam pelaporan pasien IGD berbasis teknologi informasi, agar mempercepat proses pekerjaan dan meminimalisir terjadinya error device. Abstract

Abstract: Population growth in some regions such as Asia is still high, especially in the number of births in children. Indonesia is one of the many countries whose birth rate growth is still high. With this high birth rate, it will cause problems for the region such as the problem of uncontrolled population growth if the birth rate continues to be high in addition to the social and economic impact of the region. To reduce the birth rate, the government created a family planning program to minimize the high birth rate. In birth control with this birth control program, contraceptive devices and drugs (ALOKON) are used as a prevention of pregnancy. This is intended to determine the level of allocone use in family planning patients in the outpatient unit and recap reports of birth control patients in the outpatient unit. In addition, the era of digitalization of technology utilization with information systems that have been increasingly developed and advanced, especially in the health sector. The system development method used in this journal is the waterfall method which consists of analysis, system design, implementation, unit testing, and maintenance. The results obtained are in the form of developing implementation results from the design made into a family planning information system in the outpatient unit. This research was made to develop an existing information system and can assist medical record officers in processing data and reports more effectively and efficiently. Keywords: alokon; growth of birth rate; information system; kb  Abstrak: Pertumbuhan penduduk dibeberapa wilayah seperti di Asia masih tinggi terutama pada angka kelahiran pada anak. Indonesia merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak negara yang pertumbuhan angka kelahirannya masih tinggi. Dengan tingginya angka pertumbuhan kelahiran ini akan menimbulkan masalah bagi wilayah itu seperti permasalahan pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak terkendali jika angka kelahiran terus tinggi selain itu berdampak pada kehidupan social dan ekonomi wilayah itu. Untuk menekan angka kelahiran pemerintah membuat program KB (Keluarga Berencana) dalam meminimalisir angka kelahiran yang tinggi. Dalam pengendalian kelahiran dengan program KB ini digunakan alat dan obat kontrasepsi (ALOKON) sebagai pencegah kehamilan. Hal ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemakaian alokon pada pasien KB di unit rawat jalan serta rekapan laporan pasien KB di unit rawat jalan tersebut. Selain itu era digitalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi dengan sistem informasi yang sudah semakin berkembang dan maju, terutama pada bidang Kesehatan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakna pada jurnal ini adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, perancangan system, implementasi, pengujian unit, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa pengembangan hasil implementasi dari perancangan yang dibuat menjadi system informasi KB di unit rawat jalan. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan dalam  perkembangannya semakin meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk mencapai pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Selain itu, masyarakat menuntut rumah sakit atau fasilitas kesehatan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang terkait dengan kebutuhan pasien harus dapat dilayani oleh rumah sakit  secara mudah, cepat, akurat, dengan biaya terjangkau. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem Informasi Retensi Rawat Jalan yang sedang berjalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat Bandung, mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi, serta bagaimana cara mengatasi  permasalahan retensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat. Metode: Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode terstruktur dengan pemodelan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) yang diimplementasikan dengan mysql  sebagai database-nya. Sementara itu model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall. Hasil: Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ternyata yang menjadi faktor permasalahan yaitu proses pengolahan data retensi masih menggunakan manual dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft office serta pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih lambat. Kesimpulan: Dalam perancangan sistem informasi retensi rekam medis rawat jalan penulis mengimplementasikannya pada aplikasi Php dan database Mysql, sehingga sistem ini memiliki penyimpanan data yang lebih aman dan mudah untuk pencarian data serta mudah mudah untuk mendapatkan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan rumah sakit.

Latar Belakang: Peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis pasien rawat inap di RSIA Humana Prima Bandung terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti sistem yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dan masih menggunakan buku ekspedisi belum sampai pada pemanfaatan sistem informasi komputerisasi. Begitupun dalam proses pengembalian terkadang masih terjadi ketidaktepatan waktu pengembalian rekam medis. Sebab hal itu dibutuhkannya perancangan sistem informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis pasien rawat inap, agar mempermudah petugas dalam pencatatan, peminjaman, pengembalian, dan memonitoring rekam medis dengan baik. Tujuan: Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap RSIA Humana Prima Bandung. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat sistem informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis pasien rawat inap menggunakan microsoft visual studio 2010 yang diharapkan agar memudahkan petugas rekam medis untuk melaksanakan tugasnya. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis pasien rawat inap di RSIA Humana Prima Bandung. Saat ini mempunyai pengolahan data yang cukup baik namun masih terdapat kendala untuk peminjaman dan pengembalian seperti sistem yang berjalan tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan yang ada dan membuat proses peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis dilakukan dengan cara manual. Begitupun dalam proses pengembalian rekam medis yang telah selesai dipinjam masih terjadi keterlambatan waktu pengembalian. Selain itu belum adanya sistem informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian rekam medis dengan laporan yang memadai sehingga sangat sulit untuk memonitoring.
