Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has had a huge impact on many things around us. This study aims to create effective patient registration by designing and developing systems to support better service in the hospital environment. In line with the objectives that the researchers have outlined, the problem behind this study is the inefficiency of patient registration when carrying out health care when researchers carry out field practice. As for the method of this study, it is a waterfall, which will produce an updated application output and can support the effectiveness of patient care. Based on this research, the researchers suggest that in order to improve the efficiency of hospital services, medical records should be able to develop existing systems and work with the field of system development to get more optimal results.

Abstract

Medical records are data about the history of patients who receive treatment at health care institutions. Along with the development of technology, most healthcare services in Indonesia have now switched from paper-based medical records to digital ones to speed up healthcare services. Despite the good impact of digital medical records, there are various problems, especially for handling huge medical record data. Efficient and effective processing of medical record data is essential to improve the quality of health services. This research utilizes inpatient medical record data into several groups by using the data mining clustering method using the k-means clustering algorithm to handle very large and complicated data by grouping inpatient data into several clusters. Data mining k-means clustering can help organize and analyze medical record data more effectively, so as to improve service quality. The results obtained from this study are inpatient data divided into 4 clusters with 2 variables, namely age category and diagnosis. The results of this analysis obtained data from each cluster, namely cluster 0 disease categories of arthritis, asthma, and cancer patients with adolescent and elderly age categories, cluster 1 disease categories of diabetes, hypertension, and obesity patients with adolescent and elderly age categories, cluster 2 disease categories of diabetes, hypertension, and obesity patients with adult age categories, cluster 3 disease categories of arthritis, asthma, and cancer patients with adult age categories, with a total of 10,000 patients. The findings of this study provide information about the spread of diseases based on the age range of patients, which can be the basis for minimizing the spread of diseases based on age range.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects many fields, one of which is the health sector. In hospitals, technological developments are needed to perform outpatient, inpatient and emergency services. Behind the rapid development of technology, not a few hospitals still use manual systems. In Hospital X, for example, the use of a medical identity card (KIB) still uses paper / manual. Patients who come for treatment often forget to bring their treatment cards, cards are damaged and difficult to read, patient category stickers and treatment cards are lost. This makes it difficult for officers and hampers the service process. In this study, the main objective is to create an electronic medical identity card. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, which focuses on the description and interpretation of data obtained from observations and interviews. In addition, the Waterfall method will be used to design an electronic medical identity card system. By making this electronic medical identity card, it is hoped that it can minimize and overcome existing problems in the service system, so that the quality of service provided can be further improved.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is certainly very helpful for employee performance and services in hospitals, one of which is in the medical record installation, namely in the reporting of inpatient operations that have not been fully computerized. Problems were found during the Field Work Practice, one of which was the delay in the process of collecting patient surgery data, which made reporting hampered and did not run smoothly and efficiently. Therefore, an information system is needed to streamline employee performance in reporting complete, fast, and accurate operations. The research data collection methods used are literature study and interviews, with descriptive analysis. The method of making the system is using the waterfall method. It is hoped that the results of the design of this information system can streamline the performance of doctors, as well as officers in making reports on the top 10 index of surgical actions so as to produce complete and accurate data. And this information system can also maximize the quality of service in the hospital.

Abstract

Technological developments have provided significant support for employee performance in hospitals, onel of which is in the medical record installation, namely the making of a visum et repertum in the medicolegal aspect. In the research that has been conducted, researchers found several problems in the medical records installation, one of which is the delay in making VeR because it is not fully computerized because it still uses Microsoft Word, resulting in less effective services. Therefore, a system is needed. The research methods used include literature study, observation, and interviews with descriptive analysis. The system development method uses the agile software development method. The results of this system design are expected to reduce the workload of officers, produce accurate information, maximize services and improve the quality of services in the hospital.

Abstract

BPJS participants are people who have registered as BPJS members, including newborns. For newborns who have not been registered as BPJS participants, they can be registered with the BPJS or in every hospital that serves BPJS registration for newborns a maximum of 28 days after the baby's birth. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach method that aims to explain certain conditions that are focused on understanding a problem objectively. In this method, researchers and system users must work together in order to obtain the research subject as the final result. The data collection technique used in this research is the primary data collection method, namely interviews between researchers and medical staff, especially in the BPJS registration section so that researchers get accurate results. The development method used in the design process is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall method. SDLC defines the models and procedures used in the development of software systems and also shows how researchers make the transition from identification to solution implementation. Based on the results of the research, there are problems found, namely the server used sometimes experiences several problems such as many bugs because the server used by the hospital is still combined with other health services. The BPJS patient registration information system for newborns owned by this hospital can help and simplify the problem if the central server used is experiencing problems.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in this era has prompted various sectors to undergo digitalization, including hospitals. The primary objective of this research is to create a web-based traffic accident information system that will enhance the efficiency of processing and reporting traffic accident patient data. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies using a descriptive qualitative approach. The software development method employed is extreme programming. The system is built using the Laravel v10 framework with the PHP v8.1 programming language, complemented by MySQL v8 as its database. The results of the study at Hospital X indicate that traffic accident data reporting is still conducted manually using Microsoft Excel. This research aims to provide a reference for healthcare facilities, especially hospitals, to develop such a system. The information system is built and tested using black-box testing. Based on the functional aspects tested, the system operates effectively. It can be concluded that the system is suitable for use. Thus, medical record officers no longer need to sort emergency department patient data by admission date, diagnosis, and external cause, thereby facilitating the aggregation process and producing more comprehensive information.

Abstract

The most important factor in determining an individual's level of productivity in daily life is their health. For this reason, every year on March 10th, we celebrate it as National Ginjal Day. Numerous factors contribute to patients' difficulties in undergoing hemodialysis, as well as increasing the number of hemodialysis patients who are in productive states and have positive symptoms. This situation calls for a system that can alert patients to the need for efficient and effective hemodialysis. Wawancara and Pustaka's studies are used by researchers to gather data, together with descriptively applied qualitative analysis. The waterfall method is used by researchers to develop new systems. The results of system testing using approved methods can increase patient care's effectiveness and efficiency in helping patients with hemodialysis. In addition, this information system can improve patient care and the standard of living in sick rooms.

Abstract

Technological advances, especially in the health sector, continue to develop every year. One of them is in terms of hospital information systems and health services. The wide range of hospital services, of course, will cause complex problems to arise. One of the problems that arise is that services at the hospital in making inpatient reservations still use a manual system via telephone which is less effective for registration officers with the admin of the inpatient room regarding the availability of inpatient rooms so that patients spend longer waiting. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based inpatient reservation information system to make it easier for officers to make reservations and get information about the availability of inpatient rooms for patients. So that the administrative process can obtain room information more accurately and effectively. The software development method used is prototype. Making information system design models is made using Xampp with PHP and MySQL database systems and the system is tested with blackbox testing. The results of the information system created can assist hospital staff in providing maximum service by reporting inpatient room information data.

Abstract

Abstract This system functions to record daily, monthly, and yearly censuses without changing the performance of the computer used because the data is stored using cloud storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using the Agile method. The recording of daily, monthly, and yearly censuses in the emergency room at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital in Bandung is not optimal due to frequent problems with the local area network (LAN); computers often hang or freeze, and the system has not been updated. Currently, the recording of daily, monthly, and yearly sensors still uses the Visual Basic program, which has the concern that it requires a very large amount of memoryduring the installation process. Management of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using agile methods The agile method used in the development of this program is feature-driven development (FDD). The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. This program only focuses on completing a certain program and produces medical record management for reporting emergency department patients based on information technology in order to speed up the work process and minimize the occurrence of device errors. Keywords: Agile, Black-box testing, Patient Census, Web Service Abstrak Sistem ini berfungsi untuk mencatat sensus harian, bulanan maupun tahunan dengan tidak merubah performance dari komputer yang digunakan, karena penyimpanan data menggunakan cloud storage. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tata kelola rekam medis elektronik berbasis teknologi informasi dalam pelaporan pasien IGD dengan metode Agile. Pencatatan sensus harian, bulanan maupun tahunan di IGD Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik Bandung belum optimal, dikarenakan seringnya terjadi kendala pada jaringan Local Area Network (LAN), komputer sering mengalami hang atau freeze, dan dengan sistem yang belum diperbaharui. Pencatatan sensur harian, bulanan maupun tahunan pada saat ini masih menggunakan program Visual Basic, untuk program tersebut memiliki concern membutuhkan memory yang sangat besar pada saat proses instalasi. Tata kelola rekam medis elektronik berbasis teknologi informasi dalam pelaporan pasien IGD menggunakan metode Agile. Metode Agile pada program yang digunakan pada pengembangan program ini yaitu Feature Driven Development (FDD). Sistem yang telah dibuat diujikan menggunakan metode black-box testing. Program ini hanya berfokus untuk menyelesaikan suatu program tertentu, dan menghasilkan tata kelola rekam medis dalam pelaporan pasien IGD berbasis teknologi informasi, agar mempercepat proses pekerjaan dan meminimalisir terjadinya error device.
