Abstract

Beds are important in several hospital operations decisions, such as admitting patients to a hospital room. Lack of information regarding bed effectiveness can lead to long wait times and even rejection of patients, which impedes hospital healthcare services, especially internal medicine departments Reside. The existence of an efficient system using an electronic bed is seen as a solution also makes the inpatient service process more efficient. It aims to create an electronic bed availability system that meets the needs of a hospital in Bandung city. This research using Qualiatif methods with verification and validationmodel as development method, called the verification and validation mode, was chosen because it is approriate for rapid system development. Resulted that easier to adjust as the hospital can contribute to the developing system. System information hospitalization indicator produce report about Bed Occupancy Rate, Length Of Stay, Turn Over Interval , and Bed Turn Over Interval bed availability, daily census, daily report, monthly report and all reporting. Based on the blackbox testing as s testing method, Reporting bed efficiency system developed has overcome information gap of bed availability at Hospital. Making processing and reporting more efficient and easier to use and understand

Abstract

The advancement of information system technology is presently used extensively in many disciplines, including the field of health care or hospitals. This research aims to create an information system to handle hospital data to facilitate the processing patient data that has been declared dead with quality. In this study, it was found that there was no information system in the form of a program or application to handle death data. The management process still relies on Microsoft Excel, considered less efficient. In addition, the development of this information system is assisted by choosing the suitable software development methodology and considering existing needs. This research uses the Agile Development Method with the Scrum framework for software development. This research is qualitative descriptive and uses the observation method in data collection. C# programming language and MySQL database are also used in this system. This research produces an information system to handle death data by the product backlog. It is intended to meet user needs to assist in processing death data more effectively and efficiently and reduce the error rate associated with recording death data manually.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan secara lengkap. Salah satu parameter untuk menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit adalah data atau informasi dari rekam medis, khususnya pada resume medis dan untuk mengetahui kelengkapan pengisian resume medis perlu dilakukan analisis. Namun penginputan analisis secara manual dan belum adanya sistem khusus dapat mengurangi efesien dan efektifitas waktu, untuk itu penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan merancang sistem informasi khusus analisis resume medis pasien rawat inap agar mempermudahkan petugas didalam mengalisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak air terjun / Waterfall dan lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Siloam Hospitals Purwakarta dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Masalah yang terjadi dalam menganalisis kelengkapan resume masih dikerjakan dengan input manual pada exel, seperti menginput nomor rekam medis, nama pasien, nama dokter dan bahkan jumlah hari perawatan masih dihitung manual sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadinya kekeliruan dalam penginputan. Adapun hasil observasi persentase dari 200 sampel berkas resume medis rawat inap di Siloam Hospitals Purwakarta adalah 65% untuk berkas yang lengkap dan 35% untuk yang tidak lengkap. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh penulis agar rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan sistem informasi yang lebih modern untuk penginputan dan pengolahan data.

Abstract

This study aims to design an information system for the long-term storage of outpatient medical records in hospitals, focusing on improving data management efficiency, especially in retrieving inactive records. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The software development process adopts the V-Model method, which emphasizes verification and validation at each development stage. The main problem identified in the long-term storage process is the manual classification of active and inactive records, which is done by checking the patient's last visit date one by one. This manual process is considered inefficient, time-consuming, and potentially disruptive to effective medical record management. To address this issue, the study proposes the design of an application that systematically manages inactive medical records in a computerized manner. This system is expected to help hospitals optimize time and resources, as well as support digital-based data storage policies. By implementing this information system, medical record management can become more structured, efficient, and accurate, ultimately enhancing the quality of health information services in hospitals.

Abstract

The distribution of medical records at Kebonjati Hospital, especially for patients who register online, still uses a manual system which can obstruct the data search process, therefore a computerized system is needed. This study aims to design an information system for distributing outpatient medical records for online patients. The research method is descriptive qualitative, data collected through interviews and case studies. The system development method uses the Agile Software Development method with the stages of planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deploying, and maintenance then implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 into the Visual Basic programming language. The research designed an information system for distributing outpatient medical records online at Kebonjati Hospital that had been adapted to the needs of medical recorders. This information system is in the form of applying the concept of clinical management by designing good services and developing quality work plans for hospital management purposes.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran yang kurang optimal dapat menyebabkan antrean Panjang, kesalahan administrasi dan ketidakpuasan pasien. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan karakteristik sistem fitur sistem validasi pendaftaran rawat jalan berbasis web, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses pendaftaran. Sistem ini di implementasikan pada mesin Anjungan Pasien Masuk (APM) agar pasien dapat mengecek data pribadi terlebih dahulu sebelum pasien mengantre di loket pendaftaran. Adanya fitur sistem validasi berbasis web ini memudahkan pasien untuk mengetahui masalah dari data pasien saat kontrol. Permasalahan yang ditemui di Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik tentang antrean yang panjang di loket pendaftaran yang menjadi satu, Dimana ada sistem yang bisa di pecah sehingga menjadi solusi bagi antrean di loket pendaftaran. Metode Agile dipilih karena fleksibilitas nya dalam menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengguna dan kemampuannya dalam memberikan perbaikan yang cepat berdasarkan umpan balik berkala. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi fitur sistem validasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Agile dipastikan mampu mengurangi kesalahan pendaftaran, mempercepat proses validasi, serta menjangkau rasio kepuasan pengguna dan tenaga administrasi. Abstract

Salah satu tugas perekam medis rumah sakit adalah mendistribusikan catatan pasien. Pendistribusian rekam medis merupakan salah satu proses pengiriman berkas data pasien ke masing-masing poliklinik yang dikerjakan oleh petugas rekam medis. Dokumen rekam medis diartikan sebagai riwayat kesehatan pasien yang ditulis oleh dokter atau perawat yang merawat pasien. RSKGM Kota Bandung merupakan rumah sakit milik Pemerintah Kota Bandung dikhususkan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut kepada masyarakat. Pendistribusian rekam medis di RSKGM masih menggunakan metode manual dan tidak terkomputerisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang tata kelola rekam medis elektronik untuk meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data pasien serta mengontrol sistem distribusi berkas rekam medis. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Observasi dan wawancara menjadi teknik dalam pengumpulan data. Metode waterfall dipilih sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 dan database Microsoft Access. Tahap pengujian dilaksanakan dengan blackbox testing dan whitebox testing yang dinyatakan berhasil karena mendapat hasil valid disetiap komponen yang telah diuji.
