Abstract

Shopee is an online shopping application that has high purchasing decision expectations. In an effort to achieve these high purchasing decision expectations, the online shopping application Shopee must pay attention to the quality of their online customer service. Service quality has an important role in influencing consumer interest to buy a product. Good service quality will spur consumers to buy products or make purchasing decisions (Idriyanti, 2013:20). Service quality is the level (ability) of the seller in providing everything that the customer expects to meet their needs. Of the various services provided by the online shopping application Shopee, Online customer service is a service component that is often used by consumers. Online customer service is a facility provided by the company to help consumers. Some of the services provided by online customer service to consumers, such as responding to calls from consumers, direct chat services that can be done via the website, customer service via email, and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the strategic positioning and alternative marketing strategy that can be carried out by Darul Ilmi wal Amal Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) which is measured through internal factors (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary/IFAS) and external factors (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary/EFAS). The results obtained from IFAS and EFAS show that Darul Ilmi wal Amal Islamic Boarding School is in quadrant I, which is a position that shows a strong organization with great opportunities. The strategy that is in accordance with this position is a development strategy (progressive/aggressive/expansion) which includes preparation towards a muadalah-based boarding school; expansion of promotion by involving various related parties and using various effective methods; expansion of cooperation with various related parties, especially in admitting new students, education and training; determining affordable prices/fees, scholarship programs for students and organizing the learning process based on the different academic abilities of students in the form of study groups.

Abstract

The research conducted at Studio Warnails aimed to determine the impact of digital marketing and service quality on purchasing decisions for products and services. A quantitative method was chosen for this study. Non-probability sampling was conducted through purposive sampling approach. The population in this study consisted of consumers who had purchased products or services from Studio Warnails and followed the Instagram account @warnails.id, with a sample size of 168 participants. Data processing was carried out using SPSS ver.27. The findings of the research indicate that digital marketing and service quality have a positive and significant impact, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions at Studio Warnails.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors influencing students' choice of management study program at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a Google form to 2023 Management Study Program students via the WhatsApp group, the data collected was 232 respondents. The design used in this research is Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Exploratory, which is a quantitative type of research. The research results were that 5 factors influenced students in choosing a management study program: interest and talent factors, with a variance value of 36.926%. The second is the career opportunity at 8.737%, the third is the study program quality at 7.363%, the fourth is the economy at 5.320%, and the fifth is the support of parents, friends, and the environment at 5.024%. With a total variance, the influence is 63.37% on students' decisions in choosing the Management Study Program. The factors with the highest contribution are interest and talent factors with an eigenvalue of 11.078. This can be a reference for management study programs to provide supportive facilities and infrastructure so students can optimally develop their interests and talents.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of online promotion through social media on the promotion of Unstore, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) in Karawang City, Indonesia. Unstore currently lacks a presence on social media platforms and faces challenges in revenue generation, intense competition, and promotional difficulties, leading to a lack of public awareness. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of social media promotion in supporting Unstore's marketing efforts. Using a qualitative approach, data was gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal the significant role of social media in enhancing Unstore's sales performance, with revenue increasing from 20% to 80% through social media promotion.

Abstract

Analisis volume dapat dijadikan analisis untuk mengetahui kenaikan atau penurunan harga saham dengan melihat demand dan supply pada catatan harga periode waktu sebelumnya, teknik analisis volume dapat membeli atau menjual saham dengan konfirmasi demand atau supply saat menembus level resistance atau support. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui target kenaikan atau penurunan harga saham, kemudian mengetahui cara menganalisis volume untuk melakukan pembelian atau penjualan saham, serta membuktikan rumus korelasi harga dan volume yang dapat bertentangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 10 saham dengan kapitalisasi pasar terbesar dalam IDX 20 High Dividend di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode Mei 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa volume dapat berperan dan berfungsi untuk kenaikan atau penurunan harga saham serta membuktikan rumus korelasi harga dan volume dapat bertentangan, permintaan sebagai target penurunan harga dan penawaran sebagai target kenaikan harga. Dengan demikian analisis volume dapat dijadikan trading plan untuk melakukan pembelian dan penjualan saham dengan tingkat risiko yang aman serta mencapai keuntungan yang optimal. Implikasi penelitian hanya pada grafik pergerakan harga 10 saham IDX 20 High Dividend serta tidak menggunakan analisis dan indikator lain untuk memperkuat hasil analisis. Abstract

Toko Putra Kembar merupakan UMKM yang menjual barang-barang kebutuhan pokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan bisnis Toko Putra Kembar dengan melakukan analisa faktor internal (IFE) dan eksternal (EFE) serta matriks IFAS dan EFAS juga menggunakan Analisa SWOT. Tahapan selanjutnya memberikan saran perbaikan strategi menggunakan konsep Business Model Canvas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif data yang digunakan merupak hasil dari wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Toko Putra Kembar berada di posisi kuadran III yaitu dalam posisi yang lemah namum sangat tertusuk juga terdapat beberapa alternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan bisnis Toko Putra Kembar. Penerapa strategi alternatif ini perlu dilakukan agar pengembangan bisnis Toko Putra Kembar dapat terwujud. Kata Kunci: Analisa SWOT, Bisnis Model Canvas, Matrik IFE dan EFE

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction level of patients using the Mobile JKN application in Karawang. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the population consisting of patients who use the Mobile JKN application in Karawang. The sampling technique applied is Snowball sampling, where respondents refer other respondents, gradually increasing the sample size. This sampling method was chosen due to the unknown population of patients using the JKN application. Data analysis was conducted using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method and a 1-5 scale for the survey. The research results showed that the overall satisfaction level of users of the Mobile JKN application reached 94%, with the most satisfying indicator being the ease of accessing the application through various internet service providers (103%), and the lowest indicator being the ease of obtaining information about doctor schedules and inpatient services (83%). Based on the Cartesian diagram analysis, there are four quadrants illustrating the service improvement priorities: (1) Priority for improvement, (2) Maintain performance (meets expectations), (3) Low priority, and (4) Overperformed. The findings show that although most users are satisfied with the application, some aspects, such as information on schedules and inpatient rooms, need improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Mekarbuana's tourism marketing strategy by using a push-and-pull strategy to build its marketing expansion. The results of this research show that there is an increase in the market obtained by Mekarbuana tourism when implementing the push and pull strategy, but it is not too big, this is because the implementation has only been running for two months during its implementation period. The research was conducted using a qualitative single case study method: collecting, presenting, analyzing, triangulating and testing validity and making conclusions and suggestions. The push and pull strategy can be applied in marketing Mekarbuana tourism products and can expand its marketing if Mekarbuana tourism can consistently implement this strategy.
