Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer is a type of cancer that develops in a woman's cervix. Cervical cancer is caused by a human papillomavirus (HPV). Cervical cancer ranked fourth against most women's cancer. The incidence of cervical cancer was estimated at 528,000 (7.9%) cases worldwide causing 266,000 deaths in 2012. The HPV vaccine can protect women from HPV infection, thus lowering the risk of cervical cancer. This study aimed to analyze the determinants of HPV vaccination in women of reproductive age in Permata Harapan Oncology Clinic, Surakarta, Central Java, using Health Belief Model.Subjects and Method: This was an analytic observational study with a case-control design. This study was conducted at Permata Harapan Oncology Clinic, Surakarta, from January to February 2018. A total study of 200 study subjects was selected by fixed disease sampling. The dependent variable was HPV vaccination. The independent variables were knowledge, perceived seriousness, perceived susceptibility, perceived barrier, perceived benefit, family income, and family support. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression.Results: HPV vaccination increased with better knowledge (OR=7.97; 95% CI= 1.50 to 42.38; p= 0.015), perceived seriousness (OR=22.81; 95% CI= 6.06 to 85.86; p<0.001), perceived susceptibility (OR=4.03; 95% CI= 1.25 to 13.09; p=0.020), , perceived benefit (OR­=6.57; 95% CI= 1.88 to 22.98; p=0.003), family income (OR=5.32; 95% CI= 1.57 to 18.07; p=0.007), and family support (OR=6.86; 95% CI= 1.55 to 30.36; p= 0.011). HPV vaccination decreased with perceived barrier (OR=0.14; 95% CI= 0.04 to 0.51; p=0.003).Conclusion: HPV vaccination increases with better knowledge perceived seriousness, perceived susceptibility, perceived benefit, family income, and family support, but decreases with perceived barrier.Keywords: HPV vaccination, knowledge, perceived seriousness, perceived susceptibility, perceived barrier, perceived benefit, family income, family supportCorrespondence: Yulia Fitriani. Abstract

Introduction: This study discusses the relationship between perceived social support and self-compassion in high school students aged 15-17 years and have / are participating in organizational activities at school and outside school and get support from friends, family, or significant others. Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between self-compassion and perceived social support in high school students who have participated in organizational activities at school and outside school. Method: This study is a quantitative research using a correlational method that aims to see if there is a relationship between perceived social support and self-compassion variables. Result and Discussion: The results of this study obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.562 which shows the strength of the correlation between self-compassion variables and perceived social support is in the strong category. The higher the perceived social support in the individual, the higher the self-compassion possessed by the individual. Conclusion: So it can be concluded that Ha is acceptable that there is a relationship between perceived social support and self-compassion

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the potential for development, both in terms of quantity and quality of entrepreneurship itself. Aside from being a skill, entrepreneurship is also very important knowledge because through entrepreneurship a person can acquire, channel and develop his creativity to be used as income to be used in everyday life. Solutions to problems experienced by partners in this community service activity include a lack of knowledge about the interest in entrepreneurship to support the improvement of youth skills. From the lack of knowledge related to entrepreneurship, it can result in problems experienced 1) limited skills so there is no income to develop youth organizations 2) fostering interest in entrepreneurship as a form of self-development for adolescents. The method of this service activity is to provide assistance and training to partners. The resulting results will be the ability of human resources in small businesses in optimizing skills in local youth organizations

Abstract

The development of the industrial world in the era of globalization is increasing rapidly.Successful companies need people who do moretheir usual job, which exceeds expectations. In a dynamic world of work today, where more and more tasks are carried out by teams and flexibility is very important, civilly engaged employees help others on the team them, volunteering for additional work, avoiding conflict unnecessary, they obey the spirit and the rules and regulations, and with friendly tolerating coercion and occasional work-related distractions is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Many things leadership style can be done by a leader, one of which is leadership transformational behavior that will encourage the growth of mutually helpful behavior and help voluntarily. One of the factors that can influence organizational citizenship behavior, namely transformational leadership. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership with organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Patra Trading Plumpang 3. The subjects of this research are all production employees of PT. Patra Trading Plumpang 3 155 subjects. Data analysis using the Pearson correlation technique and obtained a sig value of 0.000 (P < 0.005) it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior to employees of PT. Patra Trading Plumpang 3, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there is a difference between the academic resilience of students at SMPN 08 Tambun Selatan after the Covid-19 Pandemic in terms of gender. The subjects in this study totaled 150 students consisting of 75 male students and 75 female students. The sampling technique uses quota sampling. The data analysis technique uses a different test, namely the Independent Sample t Test. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 23, a Sig p value of 0.981 (p> 0.05) was obtained with a mean value of 86.3200 for male students and 88.7067 for female students. The results of this study showed that there was no difference between the academic resilience of male and female students.

Abstract

An early adult individual has a task in completing the process of development, one of which is choosing a life partner, Cultural changes that are currently growing regarding single young adult women. The negative influence of singleness is loneliness, less friendly relationships that can cause low psychological well-being of a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between loneliness and psychological well-being in early adult single women in city x. This study used a quantitative approach with Spearman's non-parametric correlation method. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling purposive sampling with subjects as many as 115 respondents. The results showed that there was a correlation between the variable loneliness and the variable psychological well being, so it can be stated that there is a negative relationship between loneliness and psychological well being in early adult single women in city x. This means that loneliness plays a significant role in the psychological well-being of an early adult single woman

Abstract

Orang lanjut usia sering mengalami banyak kondisi kesehatan dan masalah kognitif yang dapat memengaruhi kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Merujuk pada kondisi Lansia di daerah Bekasi, pun menghadapi berbagai masalah kesehatan dan kognitif. Masalah sosial dan moral juga menjadi tantangan besar bagi lansia di Bekasi. Banyak dari mereka masih bergantung pada dukungan keluarga untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari, namun perubahan struktur keluarga dan urbanisasi sering kali membuat dukungan ini tidak optimal. Orang lanjut usia dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan mereka melalui dimensi spiritual, dukungan sosial, dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan rekreasi untuk orang tua. Karena, program sekolah lansia dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup para lansia yang berfokus pada masalah sosial dan kognitif. Program sekolah ini dilakukan dalam 5 pertemuan yang dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi interaktif yang tidak hanya mendengarkan namun juga melibatkan kativitas fisik dan kognitif dalam setiap sesi pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil dari program sekolah lansia menunjukkan bahwa "Program Sekolah Lansia" telah terbukti meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan keterlibatan sosial, kemampuan kognitif, dan kesehatan fisik para peserta. Selain itu, kegiatan program sekolah juga memunculkan komunitas angklung sebagai wadah dalam melakukan aktivitas musik yang menyenangkan dan interaksi sosial yang mengurangi perasaan kesepian, dan membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental dan emosional pada kelompok lansia.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan individu pada tahap peralihan anak-anak menuju dewasa, pada fase ini ada banyak sekali tantangan kehidupan yang dihadapi remaja. Terutama pada era digital, yang di mana remaja harus mampu beradaptasi pada perkembangan teknologi informasi yang masih sering disalah gunakan. Dalam hal ini, pola asuh orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap karakter anak remaja. Beberapa perilaku menyimpang yang sering dilakukan oleh remaja seperti tawuran, minum-minuman keras, judi online, bolos sekolah, balap liar, seks bebas (di luar nikah), pencurian, dan merokok berkaitan dengan pola asuh orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pola asuh orang tua terhadap perilaku menyimpang anak remaja dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Studi pustaka memperoleh hasil bahwa pola asuh orang tua memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada perilaku menyimpang remaja di era digital. Pola asuh orang tua sangat menentukan menjadi apa, bagaimana dan siapa anak nanti ke depannya, sehingga sangat penting bagi orang tua harus menyesuaikan pola asuh yang diberikannya pada anak dengan kebutuhan anak.

Abstract

Middle School students are among the teenagers who are at risk of emotional problems because of their emotional instability. This study tested the validity of an intervention, Emotion Regulation Training for Middle School Students. The validity of this intervention module is tested in three stages: 1) Validation Test by professional judgment, namely two psychologists who have permits to practice psychology from the Indonesian Psychologists Association using Aiken's content validation method; 2) Module Trial on subjects that meet the criteria located in SMP Negeri 7 Tambun Selatan; and 3) Module Manipulation Check. The validation test results in the Emotion Regulation Training Module for Middle School Students consisted of seven sessions: rapport building, psychoeducation about emotions, situation selection, situation modification, attention deployment, cognitive change, and response modulation. Based on the three stages of validation tests conducted, an Emotion Regulation Training Module for Middle School Students has been produced that is valid, appropriate, and follows the psychology code of ethics.___________________________________________________________________Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama termasuk dalam remaja yang rentan terhadap gangguan emosional karena pada saat ini kondisi emosional siswa belum stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas program intervensi, yaitu Pelatihan Regulasi Emosi Untuk Siswa SMP. Pengujian validitas modul ini dilakukan melalui tuga tahap, yaitu Uji Validasi Oleh professional judgement yaitu dua orang psikolog yang memiliki ijin praktik psikologi dari Himpunan Psikolog Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode validasi isi Aiken’s, Tahap kedua dengan melakukan Uji Coba Modul terhadap subjek yang sesuai kriteria yang bertempat di SMP Negeri 7 Tambun Selatan, dan tahap ketiga adalah Cek Manipulasi Modul. Hasil dari uji validasi menghasilkan modul pelatihan regulasi emosi untuk siswa SMP yang terdiri dari tujuh sesi yaitu rapport building, psikoedukasi tentang emosi, situation selection, situation modification, attention deployment, cognitive change dan response modulation. Berdasar tiga tahap uji validasi yang telah dilakukan dihasilkan Modul Pelatihan Regulasi Emosi Untuk Siswa SMP yang sudah valid, layak dan sesuai dengan kode etik psikologi.

Abstract

Menua merupakan proses natural dalam siklus usia manusia. Sejalan dengan usia yang bertambah lebih banyak orang-orang dengan usia lanjut mengalami penurunan pada kondisi fisiknya, psikologis, dan kehidupan sosialnya. Keadaan hidup sejahtera (well-being) adalah suatu perolehan manusia secara universal, termasuk individu lanjut usia. Program sekolah lansia dari Indonesia Ramah Lansia merupakan langkah yang realistis untuk memenuhi hak mendapatkan kesejahteraan yang adaptif dan solutif untuk membantu yang terkait dengan penurunan kondisi pada lansia. Sebagi langkah pertama, program dimulai dengan launching sekolah lansia untuk komunitas lansia di Bekasi Utara. Kurikulum pembelajarannya membantu tetap mandiri, aktif, dan bahagia di usia yang sudah lanjut. Pertemuan pertama memberikan efek kepada penguatan identitas positif pada peserta, dan menumbuhkan keyakinan masih memiliki kemampuan. Berpastisipai dalam sekolah lansia mendapatkan kesempatan belajar tentang pengetahuan keterampilan hidup meskipun berada pada fase usia lanjut.
