Abstract

His study aims to examine the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control policies in Talise Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City. The study uses George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, which includes aspects of communication, resources, implementer disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, such as the Palu City Health Office, Talise Health Center, the Palu City AIDS Prevention and Control Commission (KPA), and several affected community members. Additionally, field observations and document studies were conducted to strengthen the research findings. The results of the study indicate that the HIV/AIDS prevention and control policies in Talise Village have been implemented Fairly well, especially in terms of coordination between government agencies and healthcare service providers. However, there are still some challenges, such as limited resources, a lack of trained medical staff specifically for HIV/AIDS handling, and the persistent stigma towards people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Communication between agencies is quite effective, but the dissemination of information to the public needs to be improved so that awareness of HIV/AIDS is broader, and stigma can be reduced.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the administration of State-Owned Assets (BMN) at the Sulawesi River Basin Agency III Palu, using the BMN administration concept by Suwanda and Rusfiana, which includes the aspects of bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting, particularly in the management of office stationery supplies (ATK). This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consist of the Head of General Affairs Subdivision, Commitment Making Officer (PPK), BMN Manager, and BMN Operator. The results show that the administration of BMN has not been optimal due to the lack of human resource competencies, which leads to data discrepancies, lack of accuracy in record-keeping, weak coordination, and limited technical understanding. Therefore, there is a need to enhance human resource capacity, conduct more routine inventories, and strengthen oversight systems and information integration. This study recommends continuous technical training and the refinement of operational procedures to support more orderly and accountable BMN administration.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of handling people with mental disorders (ODGJ) at the Social Service Office of Palu City. The focus of the research is directed at three indicators of effectiveness based on Richard M. Steers’ theory, namely: Goal Achievement, Integration, and Adaptation. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Palu City Social Service has made several efforts, such as outreach activities, provision of social rehabilitation services, and cross-sector collaboration. However, the effectiveness of handling ODGJ still faces several obstacles. In terms of Goal Achievement, there is a lack of facilities such as temporary shelters for ODGJ. Regarding Integration, cross-sector coordination has not yet been fully optimized. In the Adaptation aspect, follow-up programs such as monitoring and assistance for ODGJ after being discharged from psychiatric hospitals are still lacking. The conclusion of this study indicates that the effectiveness of handling people with mental disorders by the Social Service Office of Palu City is not yet fully optimal. It still requires improvements in facilities, inter-agency coordination, and post-treatment support, particularly in the aspects of Goal Achievement, Integration, and Adaptation, in order to optimize services and create a more inclusive environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada analisis strategi pemasaran pedagang somay di lingkungan kampus Universitas Tadulako. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran penjualan somay di lingkungan kampus Universitas Tadulako dengan menggunakan teori Philip Kolter. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) pedagang juga berfokus pada kualitas produk dan kesegaran dari daging yang digunakan agar dapat memperoleh kepercayaan lebih dari konsumen. (2) strategi harga yang cenderung murah dan tergolong ekenomis agar harganya dapat terjangkau bagi seluruh kalangan. (3) pedagang memanfaatkan lokasi strategis di dalam kampus area parkir, yang memungkinkan konsumen lebih mudah menjangkau. (4) menggunakan promosi sederhana seperti komunikasi langsung dengan konsumen, terutama dalam bentuk berbicara dengan bahasa yang mudah untuk dipahami dan tidak terlalu kaku.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji motivasi kewirausahaan, perkembangan usaha, dan praktik manajemen harian pemilik Dimsum Cuiy, sebuah usaha mikro kuliner yang berkembang di Kota Palu, Indonesia. Usaha ini berawal dari keinginan kuat pemilik untuk membangun bisnis secara mandiri dan memperoleh pengakuan melalui produk dimsum yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Pada awalnya, usaha ini dijalankan melalui penjualan skala kecil di area perumahan dan platform daring, kemudian secara bertahap berkembang menjadi dua cabang. Sebagai seorang mahasiswa manajemen, pemilik mengawasi operasional harian, termasuk produksi pada pagi hari, supervisi karyawan, serta koordinasi dengan tiga orang staf. Strategi pemasaran berfokus pada peningkatan konten media sosial dan kerja sama dengan influencer guna memperluas jangkauan pelanggan. Pengelolaan keuangan masih bersifat dasar, dengan pemisahan antara akun pribadi dan akun operasional. Tantangan dalam produksi dan distribusi diatasi melalui manajemen waktu yang efektif. Peluang utama usaha ini terletak pada inovasi produk dimsum bakar yang berhasil menarik minat pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam untuk menganalisis dinamika kewirausahaan tersebut.

Abstract

Sate Taichan merupakan salah satu UMKM kuliner yang semakin diminati oleh konsumen muda yang menyukai makanan pedas dan praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis warung Sate Taichan serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberlanjutan dan perkembangan usahanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara ringan dengan pemilik dan pelanggan, serta pemantauan kegiatan operasional harian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai utama usaha ini terletak pada cita rasa yang khas, harga yang terjangkau, dan pelayanan yang cepat. Pelanggan utamanya adalah pelajar, mahasiswa, dan pekerja muda yang membutuhkan makanan yang mudah diakses dan cepat disajikan. Media sosial berperan penting dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, sementara sumber daya utama meliputi bahan baku segar, keterampilan memasak, dan lokasi strategis. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa model bisnis Sate Taichan memiliki potensi besar untuk terus berkembang melalui inovasi, menjaga kualitas, dan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perjalanan usaha Nadya Allbeautycare dalam melakukan diversifikasi ke sektor toserba serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Nadya Allbeautycare didorong oleh perubahan perilaku konsumen, meningkatnya permintaan produk kebutuhan sehari-hari, serta upaya pemilik untuk memperluas sumber pendapatan, sementara peralihan dari toko kecantikan ke toserba menghadapi beberapa tantangan seperti persaingan harga, manajemen persediaan, dan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan berupa basis pelanggan yang loyal dan lokasi strategis, serta peluang dari pertumbuhan pasar ritel lokal, dengan strategi pengembangan yang direkomendasikan meliputi optimalisasi manajemen stok, peningkatan pemasaran digital, perluasan kategori produk, serta penguatan hubungan dengan pemasok. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku UMKM yang ingin mengembangkan usahanya melalui diversifikasi ke sektor ritel modern.

Abstract

. Batu is a city located in the province of East Java, Indonesia. It is well-known among many people for its cool climate and natural beauty, making it a popular tourist destination. The tourism sector encourages every business actor to develop marketing strategies that not only focus on financial gains but also consider environmental and social aspects. Souvenir products from Batu contribute significantly to the value of the tourism chain with their crucial role in strengthening destination identity, enhancing visitor experience, and supporting the local economy. This study aims to analyze the marketing and branding strategies implemented by souvenir businesses in the tourist city of Batu in order to respond to sustainable tourism developments. Batu City has very high potential in the micro, small, and medium enterprise sector, especially in specialty food products. However, with increasing competition, businesses are required to innovate in their marketing methods and strengthen their brand identity. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, involving literature review and analysis of phenomena in the field. The results of this study indicate that the use of digital marketing strategies, product innovation, environmentally friendly packaging, and brand narrative creation are important factors for competing in the era of sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a creative and innovative ability, keen to see opportunities and always open to every input and positive change that can lead to continued business growth. Entrepreneurship is also a dynamic process to create added value for goods and services and prosperity. Tourism is one of the potential sectors that can be developed by regions to build an area with the help of the government, community, and private sector. The type of this research is field research which is a method to find specifically and realities related to what is happening in the midst of a community. This field research generally aims to solve practical problems in everyday life. The results of this study indicate that Santerra de Laponte Tourism is located in a strategic location that is easily accessible to tourists from various regions. The existence of this tourist area is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy through increased tourist visits, job creation, and increased income for the surrounding community. Santerra de Laponte Tourism has a significant positive impact on the local economy through increased tourist visits.

Abstract

This study examines the development of a small business, Lapak Kece Palu, which started as an online shop and grew through social media optimization. The research aims to understand the motivation behind the business, the operational management, and the challenges faced by the owner. This qualitative descriptive study uses interview data to explore business background, management strategies, and obstacles related to capital and market expansion. Findings indicate that social media—particularly Instagram—plays a significant role in enhancing market reach through content creation, advertisements, and giveaway strategies. Challenges mainly relate to limited capital, which restricts product variety and inventory expansion. The study highlights the importance of digital marketing for sustaining micro- enterprise growth.
