Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menelaah kemampuan Pemerintah Desa dalam mengelola Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Sibedi Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi, yang kurang optimal mengelola dana Desa dan kurang memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pemerintah Desa dan Masyarakat dan teknik penentuan informan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 8 orang. Sumber data dalam penelitan ini yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah seperti pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian di lapangan bahwa, pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Sibedi Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi masih kurang maksimal. Potensi sumber daya yang ada kurang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Pemerintah Desa dan Masyarakat. Sesuai indikator pengelolaan Dana Desa seperti perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pengarahan (commanding), pengkoordinasian (coordinating) dan pengendalian (controlling) masih jauh dari pembangunan yang diharapkan masyarakat.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa Merupakan wadah yang di bentuk oleh Pemerintah guna membentuk karakter masyarakat yang produktif, inovastif dan berdaya saing. BUMDes merupakan konsep baru yang mampu meningkatkan usaha ekonomi desa berdasarkan potensi dan kebutuhannya. Selain itu tingkat partisipasi masyarakat lebih aktif di banding model pemberdayaan lainnya baik dalam kepengurusan BUMDes maupun sebagai member. Peran masyarakat dalam pengembangan BUMDes sangat menentukan keberhasilan BUMDes itu sendiri, karena pengelolaan nya sepenuhnya di lakukan oleh masyarakat desa. Termasuk di Desa Meli Kecamatan Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Desa tersebut juga mempunyai BUMDes, sehingga menjadi pilihan kami untuk melakukan Sosialisasi terkait pengembangan BUMDes itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil Survei yang kami lakukan sebelum kegiatan Sosialisasi di desa tersebut, kami menemukan fenomema yang menarik dan menuai beragam masalah. Tentunya hal itu relevan dengan konsep yang kami tawarkan terkait dengan model pengembangan BUMDes. Selain itu, sosialisasi yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan BUMDes juga belum pernah dilakukan, baik oleh pemerintah desa setempat maupun dari pihak lain.

Abstract

Personal and environmental health are crucial factors in improving the quality of life within a community. In Duyu, there remains a lack of awareness regarding the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene. Therefore, comprehensive education is needed to enhance public knowledge and awareness of the significance of personal and environmental health. The aim of this initiative is to increase public understanding of the importance of personal and environmental health, to teach proper hygiene practices, and to encourage the community to adopt a healthy lifestyle and maintain a clean environment. The activities were divided into several stages: health education and awareness sessions (covering the importance of personal hygiene, proper handwashing techniques, food and beverage hygiene, environmental cleanliness, waste management, the importance of good sanitation, exercise, healthy eating, and adequate rest), practical demonstrations (on proper handwashing steps, waste separation between organic and non-organic materials, and simple composting techniques), and participatory activities (such as collective efforts to clean the surrounding environment from waste and sources of disease, and the dissemination of health and hygiene information in strategic locations). The normality test revealed that the pre- and post-test data were not normally distributed, thus a non-parametric test was conducted. The Wilcoxon test resulted in an Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (less than 0.05), indicating that the educational intervention on personal and environmental health significantly impacted the participants' knowledge and behaviors.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the marketing strategy is applied to increase the income of the coto cafe in Makassar. This research uses a qualitative research method that is conducted directly down to the space or location. The data collection technique used in this research is interviews, using interview guidelines that have been systematically and comprehensively compiled for data collection. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy carried out by Makassar coto stalls in increasing revenue is to always provide coto with more content and maintain the taste, always looking at the quality of the meat purchased and for the service provided by Mr. Leman so that customers feel comfortable, which is to always maintain the cleanliness of the place effort, the quality of products such as buying meat should not be mixed with fat. Warung coto Makassar owned by Mr. Leman has not cooperated with digital platforms such as courier services because the requirements are quite difficult.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how business actors at baruga street food palu view the influence of business location on their income and profits. Thorough in-depth interviews, this research found that business location greatly influences the number of visitors and turnover. Business actors in strategic location tend to have wider networks and are able to retain costumers. Where a location will greatly influence the income of MSME business actors if it has a very strategic location in marketing their business by taking advantage of the large number of people who visit Baruga Street Food In Palu.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a creative and innovative ability that is used as a basis, tips, and resources to find opportunities for success. When compared to developed countries in the world, the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still very low, the entrepreneurial intention model has been proposed as a better alternative to predict entrepreneurial activity.This study aims to determine how new entrepreneurs identify business opportunities based on creativity and entrepreneurial innovation.The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the success of meat grinding entrepreneurs in the city of Palu, by conducting direct observation methods to meat grinding business owners through questionnaires covering managerial, marketing, and operational aspects. In addition, the SWOT analysis identifies untapped market opportunities, such as the development of processed meat products and partnerships with local restaurants. This study recommends innovation to increase competitiveness in the market. These findings are expected to be a reference for new entrepreneurs in building a meat grinding business.This study cannot be said to be a complete picture of how the opportunity identification process is carried out by entrepreneurs, because each field has different conditions and problems so that further research is still needed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients of Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. This study uses the theory of 5 dimensions of service quality according to Kotler and Keller (2016: 442), which consists of Tangible (Physical Evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This research uses a Mix Method Research Design with a Sequential Exploratory approach. The basis of research using the method of observation, nterviews and questionnaires or questionnaires and the types of data n this study are primary data and secondary data. the sample used was 97 respondents. The results showed that Service Quality had an effect on the satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province with the value of t count> t table 9.809> 2.69) with a significance level <0.05 (0.001 <0.05) so that Ha was accepted and H0. The dominant Service Quality ndicator that affects BPJS and General Patient Satisfaction s Empathy because t has the greatest mean value compared to other variables. Quantitative data s supported by the results of nterviews with several nformants which show that the Quality of Service of Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province has not gone well on ndicators of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles, this can be seen from the non-optimal performance of doctors, uncertain service times, lack of response and friendliness of officers n providing services, nadequate facilities and nfrastructure. All forms of this problem need mprovement so that n the future t can run well.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the Influence of Employee Competence on the Quality of Motor Vehicle Tax Payment Services at the Palu City One-Stop Manunggal System Office. This study uses quantitative research conducted based on numbers and analyzed statistically. By using Edison et al's theory for competency variables with 3 dimensions, namely, knowledge, expertise, and attitude, and on service quality using Dwiyanto's theory with 5 dimensions, namely, attitude, procedure, time, facilities, and service costs. The data collection technique carried out in this study is by distributing questionnaires and surveys which are analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The population of this study is all taxpayers who pay motor vehicle tax at the Palu City Samsat Office which amounted to 46,354 taxpayers, the sample drawing technique in this study uses the Slovin Formula with the number of samples obtained as many as 99.78 which is rounded to 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, it was shown that the results of the normality test met the assumption of normality or Asymp.Sig (2 – tailed) of 0.076 > 0.05. The results of a simple linear regression analysis show that the competency variable has a significant influence on service quality with the regression equation Y = 6.518 + 0.764X. With the results of the F test on the F value of the F calculation > the table or 113.107 > 3.94, therefore it can be stated that the competence of employees has a simultaneous effect on the quality of service by paying taxes on two-wheeled motor vehicles at the Palu City Samsat Office. In addition, the value of the determination coefficient is 0.536 which shows that 53.6% of the service quality variable can be explained by the employee competency variable, while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test stated that the competence of employees affects the quality of Samsat Kota services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management information sistem at the hammer city state electricity company office provides information on electricity outages and scheduling. The theory used in this research is Azhar Susanto (2013) which consists of 4 important elements in information sistem services, namely: accurate, relevant, timely and complete. The informants in this study were 6 (six) people. The method used is Descriptive Qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management information sistem at the Palu City State Electricity Company Office in providing information on power outages is quite good, however, there are still problems with the accuracy and timeliness of the distribution of the power outage schedule. In the accurate aspect, there is a problem, namely the duration of the power outage that is not in accordance with the schedule that has been distributed by PLN Palu City and there is a delay in power outages that are not in accordance with the distributed schedule, then the timely aspect of the information on the schedule of power outages in the Palu City area is not running well. This can be seen from the applicable Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), namely the blackout schedule which should be distributed one week or at least three days before the blackout. However, in reality, there are still frequent power outages without any information.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Innovation of Digital Population Identity at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palu City. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative, which provides a description of the phenomenon or focus of the problem being studied that occurs at the research location according to existing facts. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth informant interviews and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of Everett M. Rogers using five indicators, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, Observability. Digital Population Identity Innovation has not gone well, where Digital Population Identity Innovation does not have advantages and more value so that it is considered still not good and has not provided a real solution to population administration services, has not succeeded in achieving the value of community needs and the demands of technological development and there are still people who experience difficulties, namely disruptions in the system that hinder the process and the ability of the community to understand a technology, the trial phase of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application directly to the community in Palu City and the socialization carried out is not optimal. All forms of this problem need improvement so that in the future it can run well.
