Abstract

Abstract One of the most rapid and consistent business developments is the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) business. More and more local and foreign products are emerging. Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) fills an industry. One of them is that there are several areas in Indonesia that have abundant water resources such as the Umbulan spring in the Winongan District, Pasuruan Regency, which is one of the few with the world's best springs which has been a bone of contention since the Dutch era until now. with the existence of many water resources, not only the community wants to manage it, the company also includes AMDK Malika, AMDK Santri, and AMDK AQUA. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze a variable halal label, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for malika mineral water in the Winongan sub-district. The population in this study are consumers of malika mineral water in the Winongan district. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. partially halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the halal label, brand image, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Halal Label, Brand Image, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract Transformational leadership is the ability of a leader to influence employees to achieve targeted goals to do extraordinary things. A leader must be able to influence his employees in certain ways to achieve the goals to be achieved from the company. Transformational leadership is the ability of superiors to work with others to optimally transform human resources within the company to achieve goals in accordance with predetermined achievements.Transformational leadership has a strong influence in running an organization. A leader must be able to create a sense of self-confidence with employees, as a leader must also be able to make the employees he leads have the determination to carry out the goals that have been determined by the company. Leaders should involve employees when making decisions, so that employees feel more valued and have self-esteem. Transformational leadership is a situation in which employees of a transformational leader feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for the leader, and they are motivated to do more than expected. A leader must be able to transform and motivate employees by making them more aware of the importance of results or work, encouraging them to prioritize the company or team over self-interest, and activating their needs at a higher level. The leadership style applied by the leader will have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a positive emotional state that is the result of evaluating one's work experience. Job dissatisfaction arises when one's expectations are not met. (Danang Sunyoto 2015) Work discipline can be defined as an attitude of respect, respect, obedience, and obedience to the applicable regulations, both written and unwritten and being able to carry out them and not evading sanctions. Employee discipline is absolutely necessary so that all activities that are being carried out run according to the mechanism that has been determined by Rivai, (2009) Good job satisfaction must be supported by high employee discipline, especially seen from the level of employee attendance. According to Wijaya et al. (2012: 52), the average attendance rate is 2-3 percent, symptoms of poor employee work discipline. Basically the discipline factor is one of the important functions of human resource management and is the key to the realization of goals, because without discipline it is difficult to achieve maximum goals. Job satisfaction is an assessment, feeling or attitudea person or employee towards his work and relationships with the work environment, type of work, compensation, relationships between coworkers, social relations at work and so on. Job satisfaction is the fulfillment of several wants and needs through work or work activities. Each employee will have a measure of job satisfaction which varies from one employee to another. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the management at the Malang Raya Commissariat. This study uses the type of explanatory research with quantitative methods. The population in this study was a member of the Malang Raya Commissariat of Tanaszaha Organization. The sampling method in this study uses probability sampling with a type of proportionalate stratified random sampling technique, in this study the sample amounted to 54 respondents through the Google Form in accordance with the formula used, namely the Slovin formula. Data analysis in this study uses the assistance of SPSS 25.0 analysis aims to test the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the management. In this study results in work motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of the management, work disciplines have a positive and significant significant effect on the performance of the management, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the management and for the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment The performance of the management of Tanaszahha Commissariat Malang Raya is 74.2% and the remaining 25.8% is influenced by other variables that are not in the study. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Management Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe and determine partially and simultaneously the effect of work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance at KPU Batu City. Respondents in this study were employees of the KPU Batu City. The population of this study amounted to 35 people who were selected as a whole. Using saturated sampling. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative.Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that the work discipline variable had no significant effect on employee performance. While the variable of work loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously there is the influence of work discipline and work loyalty variables have a significant effect on employee performance at the Batu City KPU. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Loyalty, Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the influence of store atmosphere, viral marketing and physical evidence on consumer buying interest at the Om Kopi café in Malang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. Sampling in this study was 105 respondents who were UNISMA students class of 2019, the method of data collection used a purposive sampling technique which had certain criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere, viral marketing and physical evidence simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. The store atmosphere variable has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, viral marketing has no significant effect on consumer buying interest, and physical evidence has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Viral Marketing, Physical Evidence, Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions (Study at the Singgah Room Café in Malang). The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were Consumers of the Malang City Shelter Café. A total of 100 people while the sample in this study used Nonprobability Sampling/Sampling saturation, namely all populations were used as a sample of 100 Consumers of the Malang Singgah Room Café. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Tests, Hypothesis Tests (T Test and F Test), and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study prove that the direct influence of service quality affects purchasing decisions and product quality does not affect purchasing decisions (study at the Singgah Room Café in Malang). Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion, product quality and service quality on purchase intention at Brand Visval. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all UNISMA management students class of 2020 who used products from the Visval brand. The number of samples is 100 respondents, using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling. the variable used in this study is Purchase Intention (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Promotion, Product Quality and Service Quality. This research has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study can be concluded that the variables Promotion, Product Quality and Service Quality affect Purchase Intention. Keywords: Promotion, Product Quality, Service Quality, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract Every organization in a company operates by using all of its resources to be able to produce products, both goods/services that can be marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee work productivity at Idea Batik Gondanglegi Malang Regency simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The research was conducted at Idea Batik Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. The time for this research to be carried out is from September to December 2021. The population and sample used are Idea Batik Gondanglegi employees, totaling 38 people. Based on the research results, it is known that training and motivation simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees in Idea Batik Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. partially or individually training and motivation affect the work productivity of employees in Idea Batik Gondanglegi Malang Regency. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Employee work productivity

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, product quality, location, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Kopi Siippp Malang Raya. The sample in this study was 50 employees. The technique used in data collection is in the form of a questionnaire or respondents are asked to fill out a list of questions. The methods used in this study include instrument testing (validity test, reliability test and normality test), classical assumption test (heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (F test, t test, and R2). Hypothesis testing is done with the help of SPSS 16.0 The results of this study indicate that the variables of price, product quality, location, and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kopi Siippp Malang Raya. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Location, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, service quality, and facilities on the interest of tourists visiting Ngliyep Beach, Malang Regency. This research uses the method of distributing questionnaires or questions, quantitative types. The results of the respondent's recap in the research were 91 respondents and the data correction using the SPSS computer program. The validity and reliability have been fulfilled in the research. Classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination are included in the study as a data analysis tool. Variable Interest in visiting is the dependent variable, the independent variable is Promotion, Service Quality, and Facilities. The results of the study stated that Promotion, Service Quality, and Facilities had a simultaneous and partial effect on Tourist Visiting Interest. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Facilities, Tourist Visiting Interest
