Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to discuss and analyze intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously or together. The population and sample used were all employees of the Islamic University of Malang, totaling 70 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a rikert scale and the data testing techniques used in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t testThe results obtained from the evaluation and analysis show that intellectual intelligence has a significant positive effect, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Testing intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, And Spiritual Intelligence, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract In this modern era a lot of progress in the business world. Competition is so tight that every producer continues to develop its business to win the competition. One of them is a culinary business in the field of noodles, such as Mie Gacoan. In this research, the researcher chose Mie Gacoan Dinoyo Malang as the material to be studied. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of customer experience, customer satisfaction and customer bonding on customer loyalty at Mie Gacoan Dinoyo Malang. The population in this study were FEB students class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang, customers of Dinoyo Malang Gacoan Noodles. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the study show that partially Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Bonding have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Bonding have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers by developing the variables studied and adding populations and samples to develop research. Keywords: Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Bonding, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to identify and analyze the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment on member performance, either simultaneously or partially. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that 50 respondents were obtained, which is the total number of members of Karang Taruna Karsa Bhirawa. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study that the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously have an influence on member performance. Tests carried out with partial tests show that the variables of incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant influence. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of work motivation and democratic leadeship style on employee performance at PT Bank BRI. The population in this study were 135 employees and the sample used in this study used IBM SPSS version 25. The results obtained were that Work Motivation and Democratic Leadership Style had a positive and significant concurrent effect on the performance of PT Bank BRI employees, while partially work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank BRI, democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Bank BRI employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Democratic Leadership Style, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of halal label variables, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow's skincare products. This research used a case study on FEB students class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by accidental sampling.Determination of the number of samples using the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Statistical Test (t test), and Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R2) and the process of analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the study stated that the variable halal label and brand image had no effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of attractiveness, trust and expertise of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening products. This study uses accidental sampling research using a quantitative approach. Sampling technique and population using non-probability sampling technique. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Respondents in this study were the people of Dampit District. The number of respondents is 85 people. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research analysis, the variables of attractiveness, trust, and expertise have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. There is a partial effect of attractiveness, trust, and expertise variables on purchasing decisions Keywords: Attractiveness, Trust, Expertise, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe job satisfaction, motivation and career development and to know the influence of motivation and career development to job satisfaction at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia employees. The method in this research is using quantitative method. The sample of this research is PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia employees by using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling, that is counted 62 respondents. Methods in using data using questionnaires. The analysis process used in this research is the multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that simultaneously motivation and career development has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia employees. While partially motivation has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction and career development has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Abstract The intense competition for hotels in Malang City makes hotel managers try to improve the quality of their services so that customers feel satisfied and customer loyalty can be created. Therefore, understanding and studying the effect of service quality on customer loyalty by mediating customer satisfaction at Front One Inn De Laia Malang becomes the purpose of conducting this research. This type of research is Explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data source is primary, by distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents through likert scale assessment. Simple Random Sampling is the sampling technique in this study. The data analysis method applied through the SPSS version 25 program was Instrument Test (Validity Test, Reliability Test), Normality Test, Path Analysis, Sobel and Hypothesis Test (Partial Test {t Test}. Obtained research data stated that service quality directly had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Front One Inn De Laia Malang, service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Front One Inn De Laia Malang, customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Front One Inn De Laia Malang. Meanwhile, the acquisition from the test indirectly prove that costumer satisfaction has an effect as a mediating relationship between service quality to costumer loyalty at Front One Inn De Laia Malang. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Samantha Fashion. A sample of 75 respondents from 33 questionnaires distributed to Samantha Fashion customers. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression model with SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that simultaneously product quality, service quality, price and location had a significant effect on customer loyalty. While partially product quality, service quality, price and location have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Service Quality, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the effect of Communication Skill, Work Discipline and Quality of Human Resources on Employee Performance. The location of this research was carried out at the PDAM Banyuanyar Branch Office, Probolinggo Regency. This research is a quantitative study. This study uses a case study method where data is obtained by downloading employee performance reports at the PDAM Banyuanyar Branch Office, Probolinggo Regency. The sampling technique in this study used . Total sampling technique, which is a sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled as all subjects studied or as respondents providing information. The data analysis method in this study is using descriptive inferential statistical analysis using the SPSS assistance program which is used to analyze the data that has been obtained. through the answers to the questionnaire (questionnaire), the results of the F test indicate that the variables of communication skills, work discipline and the quality of human resources have a significant effect simultaneously or jointly on the performance of the employees of PDAM Banyuanyar Branch, Probolinggo Regency. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that communication skills, work performance and the quality of human resources have a partially significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study indicate that communication skills between employees need to be improved and paid attention to in order to increase their performance to the maximum, then employee work discipline is good and needs to be maintained because employees can work on time, comply with existing regulations and hard workers need to be maintained in order to improve performance. maximally, and the quality of human resources that need to be improved in understanding more deeply related to tasks and making use of each, increasing knowledge and ability to work  Keywords: Communication Skill, Work Discipline, Quality Of Human Resources, Employee Performance
