Abstract

Abstract Along with economic growth and technological developments, the business world is experiencing rapid development with the emergence of various companies trying to create products and quality offered at competitive prices, which are potential producers to consider purchasing decisions of consumers. This study aims to investigate the impact of product quality, price, and digital marketing on consumer interest in purchasing Roughneck 1991 goods. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire through the Google form and measured using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who were taken from the technique using the Malhotra formula. Furthermore, after the data is collected, to test the hypothesis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that digital marketing, product quality, and price have a significant effect on the intention to buy Roughneck 1991 products. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract Examining the impact of brand image, brand trust, and marketing communication on purchase intention is the goal of this study. This study employed a quantitative research methodology. Purposive sampling is a sort of probability sampling that is employed in the sampling process. Data analysis used SPSS 25 analysis with multiple linear regression techniques. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Liquidity Ratio with Current Ratio (CR) analysis, Solvency Ratio with Debt Ratio (DR) analysis, and Profitability Ratio with Return On Equity (ROE) analysis on Financial Performance. The population used in this study is banking sector companies, which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2021 period. Sample selection using Purposive Sampling technique. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of this study show that the Liquidity (CR) variable has a significant effect on financial performance. Solvency (DR) has a significant effect on financial performance. And Profitability (ROE) has an insignificant effect on financial performance.   Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability and Financial Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to determine the influence of word of mouth, brand image, and hedonic shopping motivation on the decision to buy vans shoes in FEB students, Universitas Islam malang. The population was all students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Islam malang with a total sample of 75 respondents. The data collection technique was purposive sampling. The source of data in the research was to use primary data, and the data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results were simultaneously word of mouth, brand image, and hedonic shopping, motivation affects the interest in purchasing decisions of vans shoes. Keywords: Influence Of Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, And Hedonic Shopping.

Abstract

Abstract Purposive sampling of 2019 batch students of economics and business at Islamic University of Malang served as the case study for this study, which sought to determine and analyze the effect of price, online customer rating, and the cash on delivery payment system on customer purchasing decisions in the e-commerce TikTok shop. The maholtra formula was also used to count the samples. 75 respondents were used as samples in this study. The information examination strategies utilized in this exploration are legitimacy and unwavering quality tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, different straight relapse examination, speculation testing, and coefficient of assurance test (Changed r2). Using SPSS to analyze the process. According to the study's findings, customer purchasing decisions are influenced by price, online customer rating, and cash on delivery payment systems simultaneously. Prices do not significantly influence customer purchasing decisions, but online customer rating and systems that accept cash on delivery. Keywords: Price, Online Customer Rating, Cash On Delivery Payment Systems, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job characteristics variables, individual characteristics and employee involvement on employee performance. This research uses a case study at the Malinau Utara District Office, North Kalimantan, which was selected by accidental sampling.Determining the number of samples using saturated or census sampling techniques and obtained the results of 44 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial test (t test), Simultaneous test (F test ) and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2 ) and the process of analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the study stated that the variables of job characteristics and individual characteristics have an effect on employee performance while employee involvement has no effect. Keywords : Job Characteristics, Individual Characteristics, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The public's absorption of high cosmetic products and the increasing number of beauty industry companies in Indonesia are one of the reasons why this research was carried out. Specifically in this study, the author will discuss Wardah's beauty products, where Wardah products offer halal-certified cosmetics. This study's major goal is to determine and evaluate how the halal label, lifestyle, product pricing, and safety affect Wardah purchase decisions. In this study, the object chosen was a student of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019 as a respondent. By using causal or explanatory research methods where this method determines the cause and effect between the two events that occur. The results of the study show that: 1) The presence of the Halal label has no discernible influence on purchase choices. 2) Lifestyle significantly influences buying decisions in a favorable way. 3) Product costs have no appreciable influence on consumers' purchasing choices. 4) Security significantly influences a buyer's decision to buy. Keywords: Purchase Decicion, Halal Label, Lifestyle, Product Price, Security.

Abstract

Abstract  This study was conducted to determine the effect of content marketing, price, and online reviews on purchasing decisions for azarine products at shopee (case study of students of the management study program of poor Islamic university class of 2019). This study uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was taken with purposive sampling technique with the Slovin formula used to take the sample, and the results obtained were 86 respondents. To solve the problems in this study, using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, classical assumption tests. research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this study are content marketing variables, prices, and online reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and online review variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Content Marketing, Price, Online Reviews, And Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze people's buying interest in Converse shoes based on the marketing strategy carried out by Converse on social media, information circulating on internet media related to Converse shoes shared by other users, and clothing styles that are currently a trend in society. This type of research is Explanatory Research using quantitative methods. The population is students of the Islamic University of Malang with a sample of 100 respondents along with a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The data source comes from primary data by distributing questionnaires and using SPSS version 25.0 as a data analysis tool. The test results show simultaneously and partially that Social Media Marketing (X1), Electronic Word Of Mouth (X2), and Fashion Trends (X3) have a positive effect on Purchase Intention (Y). Kata Kunci: Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Trend Fashion, Sepatu Converse.
