Abstract

ENGLISHIndonesia is an archipelagic country located on the equator. This causes rainfall in Indonesia to be quite high, around 2.898mm/year. Sukorejo Subdistrict, especially Bringinsari Village, which is located on the slopes of Mount Prau, has a high level of slope and rain intensity. With the high intensity of rain and changing weather conditions in Indonesia, Indonesia is an area prone to hydrometeorological disasters. Landslides are one of the hydrometeorological disasters. Landslides usually occur in areas with a high slope and have a high intensity of rain. The potential for landslide disasters in Bringinsari Village, especially in residential areas, makes disaster mitigation efforts something to pay attention to. Currently, there are no pre-disaster mitigation efforts, especially evacuation routes in Bringinsari Village, because mitigation efforts are only carried out when disasters occur and after disasters occur. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, six settlement points are prone to landslides and five evacuation points are located in Sumenet, Sumilir, Plalar, Gandring, and Balong. This evacuation point is in an open location in the form of a football field in each of these hamlets. The vulnerable points and evacuation points are connected with pre-disaster evacuation routes as a pre-disaster mitigation effort.

Abstract

The service-dominant logic paradigm underscores the significance of consumer participation in co-creating value. Co-creation serves as a source of competitive advantage for companies, even those oriented towards public services. This study aims to analyze the factors motivating public transportation users to engage in co-creation behavior, intending to foster the development of their citizenship behavior for the benefit of other stakeholders. To address the research questions, an electronic survey was conducted among MRT Jakarta users, employing purposive sampling techniques and successfully gathering 201 valid samples. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to test the relationships between variables in the study. The findings indicate that co-creation behavior is influenced by users’ identification with MRT Jakarta brand and their positive attitude. Subsequently, this co-creation behavior motivates users to engage in consumer citizenship behavior, representing going the extra mile. This study encourages service providers to establish more open communication channels between service providers and passengers, including empowering passengers to provide input, suggestions, or even participate in service development programs.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the CSR Program Kampung Berseri has created a harmonization between a faith-based approach and an inclusive circular economy in promoting the success and effectiveness of waste management in Kupang City. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, CSR internal documents, and related literature. The findings indicate that the Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT), as a Faith-Based Organization (FBO), has successfully established socio-spiritual legitimacy (as a foundation for transforming community behavior) through three main activities: (1) environmental training for church councils, (2) dissemination of information through church pulpits, and (3) the establishment of waste bank units within churches and schools (29 units in total) spread across 18 sub-districts in Kupang City. The success of the social legitimacy built by GMIT has reinforced the effectiveness of Bank Sampah Mutiara Timor in implementing an inclusive circular economy within the Kampung Berseri Program. This effectiveness is demonstrated by the production of 300 liters of eco-enzyme (100 bottles ready for sale), an increase in the number of active customers (78 individuals), outreach to 3,304 households with 99,947.6 kg of waste managed, 300 participants engaged in roadshow activities, and an increase in the waste bank’s income ranging from 20% to 180%.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the findings related to the affective aspects of the novel “Muhammad: Lelaki Penggenggam Hujan” by Tasaro GK. This is motivated by the facts which show that learning of Islamic History and Culture is still mostly done based on cognitive aspects alone. This is certainly not in line with the characteristics of these learning which not only include the development of the cognitive aspects of students, but also demands empowerment in the affective and psychomotor aspects. So that one alternative problem solving that can be offered is to use novels as a source of affective learning. The discussion in this study was carried out with a content analysis consisting of four steps; data procurement, data reduction, data analysis, and inference. The results of data analysis show that there are various forms of simulations on the level of affective aspects in the novel “Muhammad: Lelaki Penggenggam Hujan”.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of green logistics strategies in freight transportation at Soekarno Hatta Port, Makassar. Data were collected over three months (July–September 2024) through in-depth interviews with 15 informants, participatory observation, and document analysis. Informants represented port authorities, logistics operators, truck drivers, government officials, and academics. Findings show that 9 of 15 informants at managerial level demonstrated high awareness of green logistics, while most operational staff (6 drivers and dock operators) had limited knowledge. Existing initiatives include optimized truck scheduling to reduce idle time and partial electrification of cargo handling equipment. However, barriers such as the lack of electric vehicle infrastructure, absence of regional regulations, and limited sustainability training hinder broader adoption. The study recommends integrating digital emission monitoring, introducing regional fiscal incentives, and developing targeted training programs. By addressing these gaps, Soekarno Hatta Port could become a pioneering model for sustainable logistics in Eastern Indonesia. This research contributes empirically to the discourse on port sustainability by providing localized insights applicable to other regional ports.

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation dimensions on supply chain performance at PT XYZ. The supply chain is a vital element in business, including planning, procurement, production, distribution and delivery of products/services to end consumers. Entrepreneurial orientation includes proactiveness, innovation, and risk taking. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and questionnaires distributed to managers and supply chain staff. Secondary data was obtained from literature, financial reports and company documents. Analysis uses SmartPLS 3.2.9 with variance-based structural equation analysis, measuring and modeling data simultaneously. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique. The results show that innovation has no significant positive effect on supply chain performance, while proactiveness and risk taking have a significant positive impact. Exogenous variables (innovation, proactiveness, risk taking) explain 53.1% of supply chain performance, the rest is influenced by other factors. The implications of this research provide guidance for companies to increase supply chain efficiency in competitive and dynamic markets.
