Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui a) pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, b) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru, c) pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan d) pengaruh faktor-faktor budaya organisasi, kompetensi guru, dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Objek penelitian adalah 50 guru PNS (ASN) yang bekerja sebagai guru di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2020. Dengan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik analisi menggunakan model analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; 1) Budaya organisasi yang telah dijalankan di sekolah SMA Negeri Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaen Bireuen, menurut persepsi guru sudah berjalan baik dalam mendukung kinerja guru. Penilaian guru atas budaya sekolah mencapai 87,87% telah disesuai dengan harapan guru. Sementara itu tingkat Kompetensi guru yang profesional, sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No.74 tahun 2008, sudah baik mencapai 85,83% dari kondisi yang ideal. Dan motif guru untuk berprestasi, afiliasi dan kekuasaan dalam mendukung program sekolah yakni peningkatan mutu menunjukkan hal yang baik, mencapai 85,13% dari yang diharapkan. Dan tingkat kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan perencanaan pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan KBM maupun melakukan evaluasi hasil belajar sudah mencapai kategori sangat baik, yakni 85,83 % dari target tugas yang ideal. 2) Hasil penelitian verifikatif didasarkan analisis kausalitas antar variabel membuktikan; a) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikans budaya sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru, mencapai 25,06 %. b) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap Kinerja guru, sebesar 50,52 %. c) pengaruh motivasi guru untuk berprestsi dan berafiliasi terhadap Kinerja guru, sebesar 18,09 %, dan d) secara bersama-sama pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi guru, terhadap Kinerja guru diperoleh dari nilai determinasi antar variabel ini, yakni sebesar 62,6 %

Abstract

This study aims to examine, 1) the effect of competence on the principal's performance, 2) the influence of work discipline on the principal's performance, 3) the effect of work experience on the principal's performance, and 4) the influence of competence, work discipline and work experience on the principal's performance. SD in Bireuen Regency. The research method used in this study is the associative method with a quantitative approach, to 147 elementary school principals throughout Bireuen Regency, with the collection technique using a closed questionnaire instrument. The analytical method used is a path analysis approach. The results showed that 1) There was a significant influence of the Competency factor on the Principal's Performance, amounting to 8.45%. 2) It is statistically proven that the work discipline factor affects the Principal's Performance by 12.69%. 3) It is statistically proven that the work experience factor affects the principal's performance, amounting to 7.82%. 4) The results of the correlation coefficient between competence, work discipline and work experience on the principal's performance obtained R of 0.638 explaining the relationship between competence, work discipline, and work experience on performance, has a fairly high level of relationship, and is linearly related, with the degree of relationship of 0.638. The value of the coefficient of determination of 0.407 explains that the contribution of competence, work discipline, and work experience to the Principal's Performance is 40.7%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables that were not studied was 59.3%. The residual value shows that there are other factors that can affect the performance of school principals throughout Bireuen Regency, such as organizational climate, work facilities, education and training, and others

Abstract

This research was conducted on teachers at the Integrated Islamic School in Bireuen District using a quantitative method with an associative type and using path analysis. Based on the results of the study (1) with a structural model between locus of control, self-efficiency and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. Partially, locus of control has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, as well as the aspect of self-efficacy has an effect on teacher job satisfaction, and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. (2) From the structural model between Locus of control, self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. So partially Locus of control has a significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, self-efficacy has a significant effect on teacher performance, and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance. (3) Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of locus of control on teacher performance. Likewise, job satisfaction can mediate the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance and job satisfaction can mediate the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. (4) Locus of control, self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence jointly affect teacher job satisfaction and locus of control, self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence jointly influence teacher performance in Integrated Islamic Schools in Bireuen District.

Abstract

This research is a survey of junior high school teachers in Rayon 05, Bireuen Regency, which aims to analyze teaching performance factors related to the principal's academic supervision and teacher achievement motivation. Applying quantita-tive research methods with descriptive and associative types between variables. Statistical analysis tools are used as a solution to test hypotheses with path analysis models. The results showed: (1) there was a correlation between exogenous variables (school principal's academic supervision and teacher achievement motivation) of 0.309. 2) there is a direct and indirect effect of the principal's academic supervision on teacher teaching performance, with a change rate of 0.390 or a contribution of 16.61%. (3) there are direct and indirect effects of teacher achievement motivation on teacher teaching performance with a change rate of 0.548, so that the determination is 29.78%. (4) the principal's academic supervision variable together with the teacher's achievement motivation makes a significant contribution to teaching performance of 63.70%. While the rest is due to the role of variables that are not examined at 36.3%. These factors include school culture, teacher competence, school facilities, and others

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan green accounting dan perputaran total aset terhadap profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda. penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Accounting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. diperoleh nilai thitung yaitu 3,319 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,003. Jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel, maka thitung (3,319) > ttabel 1,683) dan taraf signifikasi 0,003 < 0,05, Perputaran total aset berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. diperoleh nilai thitung yaitu 3,716 dan taraf signifikansi 0,001. Jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel, maka thitung (3,716) > ttabel (1,683) dan taraf signifikansi 0,001< 0,05. , Green Accounting dan perputaran total Aset secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 24,083 dan nilai Sig 0,000. Sedangkan nilai Ftabel yang digunakan adalah nilai distribusi F dengan derajat kebebasan df1= (k-1) = (3-1) = (2) dan df2 = (n-k) = (30) pada α = 0,05 yaitu 2,76. Selanjutnya nilai Fhitung dibandingkan dengan nilai Ftabel, maka diperoleh Fhitung (24,083) > Ftabel (2,85) dan taraf signifikasi 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Jenis penelitian ini memakai Penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode analisis data memakai Uji Analisis Deksriptif, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Validitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan jumlah 89 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial mauoun simultannilai R Square yaitu sebesar 0,649 atau 64.9%, artinya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 64,9% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 35,1% merupakan pengaruh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Keuchik leadership on the economic empowerment of gampong communities.  This is a case study in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency in 2022. With a quantitative approach using questionnaire instruments and analysis using regression and correlation. The research results stated; (1) the success rate of keuchik leadership is not optimal at 79.81%. And the village government's efforts to empower the community's economy have only reached 75.37%, which is in line with expectations. (2) From the regression analysis, it is proven that there is a significant influence of keuchik leadership in empowering the community's economy. From the correlation analysis, it was obtained that the geuchiek leadership variable contributed 63% to the economic empowerment of the community in Peusangan sub-district, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

Community services within the scope of sub-district apparatus duties at the sub-district office are starting to be reformed. From citizenship services to empowerment. And this requires work ability, work commitment, or supportive work culture conditions. This is the subject of this research, taking a case at the Peulimbang District Head's office, Bireuen Regency. The research was carried out in an associative descriptive manner, with a sample of 96 people who came to write a letter of recommendation for making KTPs, Family Cards, etc. at the Peulimbang District Head Office, Bireuen Regency. As a result of the research, information was obtained that the public's perception of the ability aspect of Plimbang sub-district office employees was good (88%), work commitment aspects reached 73.4% and work culture 80.05%. With the path analysis model approach, it is proven that there is a direct and indirect influence on work ability, organizational commitment and work culture, respectively 56.53%, 55.15% and 51.29% on the quality of community services. Simultaneously work ability, work commitment and work culture contribute to service quality by 70.8%
