Abstract

The research examines the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction. Also seen from the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) factor of employees. The research was conducted at the Emergency Room (IGD) of Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital. The research method used an associative method with a quantitative approach, using path analysis. The sample in this study was 85 employees. The results of the study showed that 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 41%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, through the work motivation variable, which is 37.93%. 3) There is a relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment of 0.498. 4) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on OCB, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 23.55%. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), through the work motivation variable, which is 25.67%. 6) Simultaneously, work motivation and organizational commitment influence employee OCB. 7) The magnitude of the total influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee OCB, through the job satisfaction variable, is 15.98%.

Abstract

The research is a case study of 60 employees of the Pidie Jaya DPRK Secretariat using an associative method with a quantitative approach. And the analysis answers the hypothesis using a path analysis model. The research results show that, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of job characteristics on employee performance of 27.13%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of individual characteristics on employee performance of 24.73%. 3) Simultaneously, the influence of job characteristics and individual characteristics is significant on employee performance, amounting to 40,6.%. 4) There is an influence of work motivation on employee performance of 61.7%. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of job characteristics on employee work motivation of 34.22%. 6) There is a direct and indirect influence of individual characteristics on work motivation of 29.30%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Environmental Service. This type of research uses Quantitative Research. The data analysis method uses Descriptive Analysis Test, Reliability Test, Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The sample in this study were all employees of the Environmental Service office, totaling 56 employees. the results of the study showed that leadership style, motivation and work environment influenced employee performance both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of digital marketing and information quality on purchasing decisions. The design of this study was quantitative descriptive by selecting a sample of 100 visitors to the Caf Zona Nyaman in Bireuen Regency. The results of the study prove that digital marketing and information quality partially, positively and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions at the Caf Zona Nyaman, and the highest variable that has an influence is information quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of taste, price, store atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this research was customers of GB 2 Bireuen warkop. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that taste, price, store atmosphere and service quality influence customer satisfaction at warkop GB 2 Bireuen

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the internal and external influences on strengthening teacher performance, based on the variables of motivation, training, and awards. Using a sample of 31 teachers as respondents who work at the UPTD of SMP Negeri 2 Peudada. Applying the path analysis model, the results obtained are: (1) Partially, the motivation, training, and awards factors influence the strengthening of teacher performance. (2) In the model of the relationship between factors, it is stated as Y = 0.558 + 0.585 X1 + 0.480 X2 + 0.430 X3 (X1: Motivation, X2: Training, X3: Awards, Y: Performance). And the three suspected variables significantly influence the teacher's performance. It was also found that the motivation factor has the largest contribution. (3) Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 60.7 percent.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan menjadi tiga yaitu bagaimanakah pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal pembina Yayasan terhadap peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di UNIKI Bireuen, bagaimanakah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional pembina Yayasan terhadap peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di UNIKI Bireuen dan bagaimanakah pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional pembina Yayasan terhadap peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di UNIKI Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan angket menggunakan model skala likert sebagai alat ukur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai UNIKI Bireuen sebanya, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 61 orang dengan kritera dosen dan tenaga kependidikan. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda (multi regression analysis). Sebelum pengujian hipotesis dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji lineraitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi interpersonal dan gaya kepempinan situasional pembina Yayasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di UNIKI Bireuen. Artinya, semakin tinggi komunikasi interpersonal dan gaya kepempinan situasional maka semakin tinggi mutu Pendidikan. Kemampuan variabel komunikasi interpersonal dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap peningkatan mutu Pendidikan sebesar 55,6% dan sisanya 44,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada di dalam model regresi linier.

Abstract

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Keuchik leadership on the economic empowerment of gampong communities.  This is a case study in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency in 2022. With a quantitative approach using questionnaire instruments and analysis using regression and correlation. The research results stated; (1) the success rate of keuchik leadership is not optimal at 79.81%. And the village government's efforts to empower the community's economy have only reached 75.37%, which is in line with expectations. (2) From the regression analysis, it is proven that there is a significant influence of keuchik leadership in empowering the community's economy. From the correlation analysis, it was obtained that the geuchiek leadership variable contributed 63% to the economic empowerment of the community in Peusangan sub-district, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

Community services within the scope of sub-district apparatus duties at the sub-district office are starting to be reformed. From citizenship services to empowerment. And this requires work ability, work commitment, or supportive work culture conditions. This is the subject of this research, taking a case at the Peulimbang District Head's office, Bireuen Regency. The research was carried out in an associative descriptive manner, with a sample of 96 people who came to write a letter of recommendation for making KTPs, Family Cards, etc. at the Peulimbang District Head Office, Bireuen Regency. As a result of the research, information was obtained that the public's perception of the ability aspect of Plimbang sub-district office employees was good (88%), work commitment aspects reached 73.4% and work culture 80.05%. With the path analysis model approach, it is proven that there is a direct and indirect influence on work ability, organizational commitment and work culture, respectively 56.53%, 55.15% and 51.29% on the quality of community services. Simultaneously work ability, work commitment and work culture contribute to service quality by 70.8%
