Abstract

The tendency for the bureaucracy to not be neutral in the election arena is caused by the bureaucracy's political behavior patterns. Political behavior in sociological and party approaches makes these policies patterned at segmentation of religious groups, ethnicities, political parties and so on. Bureaucratic neutrality can be achieved if the political preferences of the bureaucracy (ASN, Village Head, Village Apparatus) are influenced by rational political behavior. This service aims to 1) Identify problems of vulnerability to election violations that occur around the environmental bureaucracy, 2) Build awareness of the bureaucracy to continue working to overcome types of election violations. 3) Provide enforcement of rational political behavior values ​​in supporting bureaucratic neutrality in elections. 4) As a means of political education to strengthen the preferences of the political bureaucracy so that they become intelligent voters and actively participate in supervising the 2024 simultaneous elections. Through this service, the bureaucracy can play a massive active role in carrying out participatory supervision ahead of the 2024 simultaneous elections.

Abstract

Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Kota Gorontalo bahwa sebagian dari siswa-siswi ada yang sering bermain Game online, mengalami kurangnya minat belajar di sekolah, mengabaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, datang terlambat ke sekolah dan bahkan ada yang mengalami penurunan prestasi dalam bidang akademik. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Dampak dari bermain Game online ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Deskriptif. Jumlah seluruh siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Gorontalo yang terdiri dari 3 angkatan yaitu sebanyak 1368 orang, jika dipresentasikan jumlah Laki-laki yang bermain Game online sekitar 75%, sehingga berdasarkan presentasi tersebut Solusi terbaik yang dilakukan oleh Guru terhadap siswa yang sering bermain Game Online adalah memberikan Nasehat dan motivasi kepada mereka agar tidak terus-terusan bermain Game online yang akan berdampak tidak baik terhadap kesehatan fisik dan psikis mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pelayanan publik di Kepolisian Resort Gorontalo dengan fokus pada sistem pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data utama primer berasal dari kepolisian. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari arsip laporan, jurnal, dan informasi umum lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan wawancara yang kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan temuan yang terkait dengan sistem pelayanan publik di Polres Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pelayanan publik di Polisi Resort Gorontalo masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang sistem pelayanan yang ada, serta dugaan praktik permintaan imbalan dari petugas. Meskipun sistem pelayanan publik telah dirancang sesuai dengan regulasi perundang-undangan dan prosedur yang berlaku, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara harapan dari kebijakan yang dirumuskan dan kenyataan dalam implementasinya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa upaya perbaikan dalam implementasi pelayanan publik di Polres Gorontalo harus mengambil pendekatan yang mampu melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Langkah-langkah perbaikan yang disarankan termasuk edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang sistem pelayanan publik, penegakan aturan dan etika yang ketat bagi petugas, serta peningkatan koordinasi antar instansi terkait. Dengan demikian, diharapkan masalah-masalah yang ditemukan dapat diatasi dan pelayanan publik yang diberikan dapat lebih efektif, efisien, dan memuaskan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the needs and challenges of secondary school students learning civics in school. So far, Civic learning is still considered a saturated subject area, which has an impact on students' learning motivation and learning outcomes. Through Augmented Reality-based learning media can promote students' global diversity insights, the learning atmosphere is more fun and meaningful. This research is more about the development of augmented reality media designs to promote the understanding of global diversity insights and their impact on students' learning atmosphere. The results showed that the development of AR-based PELAJAR learning media received a percentage of 92.3%, which was included in the "very feasible" category. The benefits of the Augmented Reality learning media are expected to enhance the student's understanding of global diversity and to have an impact on the learning atmosphere in terms of interest and motivation to learn, curiosity and collaboration among the students in Gorontalo. The expected outcome of the research is to provide a reference and prototype for the development of Augmented Reality-based learning media that can be applied to Civics and Social Studies subjects in Junior High School.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze procedural negligence by the election organizing groups and their resolution efforts during the 2024 General Elections. The research method used is qualitative. The study is located in Paguyaman Pantai District. Data sources include primary data obtained from election organizing groups in the research area, and secondary data from archived reports, journals, and books to support the research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings identify several instances of procedural negligence, such as errors in distributing ballots to specific polling stations, damage or loss of crucial documents like the C-Notification (containing vote count results), errors in filling out documents like the C-Results, discrepancies between the number of ballots and the Voter List (DPT), and administrative issues related to document delivery. Resolution efforts involve diverse follow-up actions across various polling stations. For example, replacing damaged or incorrectly placed ballots, reconciliation after vote counting, assistance during the counting process, discussions to address absenteeism issues, and re-elections with redistributions of ballots. In conclusion, addressing these instances of procedural negligence requires diverse strategies to ensure the integrity and success of the electoral process. These efforts are crucial to minimize negative impacts on the validity and integrity of democratic processes at each Polling Station.
