Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of management in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourist sector as a catalyst for local economic development in the Lebak District. The study` takes a qualitative methodology, with government agencies and MSME actors in Lebak District serving as research informants. The findings emphasize the importance of effective management techniques in the development and growth of MSMEs operating in tourist attraction regions. Strong government support through local rules, streamlined licensing procedures, and the availability of suitable business locations are all important elements impacting MSME development. However, problems such as limited availability to raw materials, marketing limits, and financial constraints. It is crucial to focus on improving management competencies for the MSME actor  in order to handle these difficulties and boost MSME development. This includes assisting with infrastructure development, developing human resource skills, and encouraging collaboration among government agencies, local communities, and MSME actors. Furthermore, the government should make the finance more accessible and provide business training programs to empower MSMEs in the tourism sector and drive local economic growth in the Lebak District. Effective management practices are critical for guaranteeing MSMEs' long-term viability and competitiveness in the fast-paced tourist business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price perception, service quality, and product display on television product purchasing decisions. The population of this research is Transmart consumers in the Greater Jakarta area who shop for television, with a sample of 105 respondents based on the Hair Method. The design of this research is descriptive, with a quantitative approach in associative form. Collecting data using a survey method with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. Based on the measurement and structural tests that perception of price and service quality, each has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to buy television products at Transmart, while product displays have a positive but not significant effect. Theoretically, this research is expected to be able to contribute in increasing scientific knowledge. And practically the researchers hope that the results of this study can be used as a reference in determining the company's strategic policies to improve sales performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of green self-identity and perceived consumer effectiveness on green purchase intention among Generation Z consumers in Indonesia. Using a quantitative, causal-explanatory approach, data were collected through an online survey involving 350 respondents residing in the Jabodetabek area. Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 4.0) was employed to test the hypothesized relationships. The results indicate that both green self-identity and perceived consumer effectiveness have a significant and positive effect on green purchase intention. Green self-identity emerges as the dominant predictor, suggesting that internalized environmental self-concept strongly motivates sustainable purchasing behavior. These findings align with the Theory of Planned Behavior, which emphasizes the role of self-concept and perceived control in behavioral intention. Practically, the study provides actionable insights for marketers and policymakers to strengthen sustainable branding strategies targeting young consumers. Enhancing consumers’ sense of personal responsibility and environmental identity can foster long-term pro-environmental commitment. Theoretically, the study contributes to the development of sustainability marketing by validating identity-based and efficacy-based constructs within an emerging market context.

Abstract

The transition to electric vehicles (EVs) represents a critical pathway toward sustainable transportation and carbon emission reduction globally. However, in developing countries like Indonesia, EV adoption rates remain significantly low despite increasing environmental awareness and government incentive programs. This study aims to analyze the perceptions and preferences of electric car users in Indonesia through a qualitative approach based on NVivo 14. Involving 15 informants from the Banten region, this study explored motivations, obstacles, and psychological and structural factors that influence consumers' decisions to adopt electric vehicles. The results show that although awareness of environmental benefits is relatively high, purchasing decisions are more influenced by cost efficiency and long-term savings. The findings also reveal the existence of an awareness–action gap, where awareness is not always followed by action. Two other important issues that emerged were charging anxiety due to limited charging infrastructure and low government policy trust due to uncertainty regarding government incentives. These three constructs are not covered by the five classical dimensions of the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory, so this study offers an expansion of the DOI framework to make it more contextual to Indonesia's social, economic, and policy conditions. As a result, the proposed new conceptual model not only explains the purchase intent factor more comprehensively but can also serve as a reference in the formulation of policy strategies and intervention designs that encourage the sustainable adoption of electric vehicles.

Abstract

The rapid integration of digital technologies into healthcare services has transformed hospitals into technopreneurial service organizations that actively leverage digital platforms to create value and sustain competitiveness. Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) and patient experience have emerged as critical digital signals shaping patient perceptions and behavioral outcomes. However, empirical evidence explaining the service mechanisms through which these digital factors influence patient loyalty in emerging market healthcare contexts remains limited. This study investigates the influence of e-WOM and patient experience on revisit intention through the sequential mediating roles of care quality and patient satisfaction. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 250 patients of Class B hospitals in Jakarta. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. Mediation effects were assessed through bootstrapping with 5,000 resamples. The results demonstrate that e-WOM and patient experience significantly enhance perceived care quality, which subsequently increases patient satisfaction and ultimately strengthens revisit intention. Furthermore, care quality and patient satisfaction jointly function as a sequential dual mediation mechanism. This study contributes to technopreneurship and healthcare management literature by extending traditional patient loyalty models into digitally driven healthcare ecosystems within emerging markets. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of technopreneurial capabilities in managing digital reputation, patient experience design, and service quality innovation to achieve sustainable healthcare performance. The study also supports Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by emphasizing patient-centered, digitally enabled healthcare delivery.
