Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages government institutions to improve the quality of public services, including the free seed distribution program by the Ministry of Forestry through the Brantas Sampean Watershed Management Agency (BPDAS Brantas Sampean). However, the seed request process at BPDAS Brantas Sampean is still conducted manually and lacks centralization, making data recording and access to seed availability information difficult. This study aims to develop a web-based Seed Request Information System (Si B-Tis) to facilitate the submission and monitoring of seed requests. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with the CodeIgniter framework. Key features of the system include request submission, seed availability information, request monitoring, and report generation. Testing was carried out using the Blackbox method to ensure that all functionalities operate as expected. The test results show that the system functions properly and is suitable for supporting the digitalization of the seed request service at BPDAS Brantas Sampean.Kata kunci: Information System; Seedling request; Rapid Application Development; BPDAS Brantas Sampean AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik, termasuk dalam program pembagian bibit gratis oleh Kementerian Kehutanan melalui Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (BPDAS) Brantas Sampean. Namun, proses pengajuan permohonan bibit di BPDAS Brantas Sampean masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terpusat, sehingga menyulitkan pencatatan data serta akses informasi terkait ketersediaan bibit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Permohonan Bibit Gratis (Si B-Tis) berbasis website guna mempermudah proses pengajuan dan pemantauan permohonan bibit. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan framework CodeIgniter. Fitur utama dalam sistem meliputi pengajuan permohonan, informasi ketersediaan bibit, monitoring permohonan, serta pencetakan laporan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Blackbox untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan layak digunakan dalam mendukung digitalisasi layanan permohonan bibit di BPDAS Brantas Sampean.

Abstract

Bimbingan belajar MEC (Millennials Education Center) merupakan layanan bimbingan belajar yang membantu siswa untuk mempersiapkan diri menghadapi berbagai jenis ujian masuk, seperti perguruan tinggi, sekolah kedinasan, TNI/POLRI, dan tes CPNS. Proses administrasi manual pada bimbingan belajar MEC menimbulkan resiko kehilangan data dan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pendekatan RAD dipilih karena memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara cepat melalui kolaborasi intensif dengan pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup pengelolaan data siswa, tutor, program, jadwal, dan pembayaran. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan MEC secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Currently, the development of information technology has advanced in all sectors, one of which is the education sector which plays an important role in optimizing library functions and services in educational institutions. SMA Negeri 1 Sreseh Sampang developed a library information system to increase effectiveness and accessibility in managing libraries. System development was carried out using a RAD approach, including workshops on requirements planning, design and implementation. During implementation, the system utilizes a web platform compiled with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of this research show that the library information system of SMA Negeri 1 Sreseh Sampang can cover all library business needs and can be used by all library members and employees, so that information can be presented more quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

Skin cancer has high incidence and fatality rates, making accurate and rapid detection crucial. This study developed a web-based skin cancer detection system using YOLOv8. The model detects seven types of skin cancer using a dataset of 3500 annotated images. Methods included data collection, pre-processing, augmentation, model training, and performance evaluation using precision, recall, and mean Average Precision (mAP). Results show that the YOLOv8 model achieved a precision of 0.975 and a recall of 0.969. Evaluation with a confusion matrix demonstrated strong detection capabilities. A web interface was developed to allow users to upload images and view detection results in real-time. The YOLOv8-based skin cancer detection system provides accurate results and can be used as a tool for early diagnosis.

Abstract

The final thesis assignment plays a crucial role in enabling students to meet the graduation requirements from college. However, the process of scheduling guidance for the final assignment between students and lecturers still relies on several common applications such as WhatsApp or email, which are not specifically designed for this purpose. The accumulation of incoming messages and various types of message information poses a challenge in the guidance process, leading to missed messages between students and lecturers and a lack of recorded information regarding the history of the process and guidance materials. These are some of the current issues. This paper aims to evaluate the functionality, quality, and reliability of the system by conducting black box testing on the application developed for the student final project guidance information system. This application uses the Iconix process-based SDLC (system development life cycle) model, covering student and lecturer profile information, guidance information, proposal submission, progress of the final thesis assignment, meeting schedule, guidance material, discussion forum, survey evaluation, and contact information. The SDLC model is employed in this research because it can effectively and efficiently achieve project targets, enhance software quality standards, and assist in better risk management and adaptation to change. The model comprises planning, needs analysis, design using the Iconix process, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. The Iconix process is utilized for system design modeling and analysis. Black box testing is performed on the system to verify that the system’s functional requirements are operating correctly. The findings of this research can serve as a control for management in the service and administration of final assignment guidance in higher education.

Abstract

Implementation of ICT in various services in tertiary institutions needs to be accompanied by good quality. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate to ensure the success of the service. The study aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality to user satisfaction and then the relationship between user satisfaction to net benefit. In addition, three different system, namely academic information system, student portal and credit point system were evaluated to obtain broader understanding on those relationship. Survey data were collected from 451 students using those systems. SEM-PLS was applied to the obtained data. According to the empirical results, factors affected user satisfaction on academic information system was different than student portal and credit point system. However, it was found that user satisfaction affected net benefit. As a result, the successful factors on academic information system, student portal and credit point system were different. Thus, it was necessary to put a careful attention on the improvement aspect on each of those system. This paper aims to analyze factors affecting online services success to increase user satisfaction.

Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, education must adopt technology to improve the quality of learning, especially by educators. Technology brings significant changes, with people becoming more aware of the importance of technology skills. Every curriculum requires assessment to evaluate the success of learning, provide an overview of student achievement, and identify areas for improvement. The use of AI tools in student assessment improves the efficiency and quality of learning, allowing for faster and more specific feedback. AI also helps students identify their weaknesses more quickly and work on improving them. The AI training was attended by 18 teachers, starting with registration and followed by AI introduction materials and evaluation training during the learning process. The participants were also accompanied directly to observe their knowledge and skills. The training ended with a posttest to measure participants' understanding. As a result, all participants completed the task, showing a good understanding of the material. The achievement of the objectives demonstrates the success of this training and the utilization of information technology, particularly ChatGPT AI tools, in the learning assessment process. The optimal use of AI requires continuous training for teachers.

Abstract

Catering adalah suatu usaha di bidang jasa dalam hal menyediakan atau melayani permintaan makanan. Saat ini usaha catering di Lamongan sedang mengalami perkembangan dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah usaha catering dari tahun ke tahun. Namun, proses pemesanan catering saat ini masih belum optimal karena masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang UI/UX Aplikasi LA Catering menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dan metode evaluasi System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk memudahkan proses pemesanan catering melalui aplikasi mobile. Penerapan metode User Centered Design (UCD) pada perancangan desain aplikasi ini dikarenakan metode ini berfokus pada pengguna dengan mengutamakan kebutuhan pengguna sehingga hasil desain dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa prototype desain aplikasi LA Catering dengan nilai SUS sebesar 80, yang termasuk dalam kategori B dan berarti Excellent sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa desain yang dihasilkan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Gedung pertemuan adalah suatu bangunan yang dibangun khusus yang digunakan untuk menjadi tempat diselanggarakannya berbagai jenis acara yang memungkinkan melibatkan orang banyak.  Aktivitas penyewaan gedung pertemuan banyak memberikan manfaat kepada penyewa karena selain menyediakan tempat yang memadai, biasanya didukung dengan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh pengelola gedung. Namun sayangnya proses penyewaan masih tergolong rumit karena terdapat beberapa kendala dan belum efisien. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan desain antarmuka aplikasi penyewaan gedung pertemuan yang memiliki nilai kegunaan yang baik. Penelitian ini membahas desain antarmuka aplikasi penyewaan gedung pertemuan berbasis mobile menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yang berfokus pada pemahaman pengguna dan redefinisi masalah untuk menemukan strategi dan solusi inovatif. Desain diuji dengan dua jenis pengujian yaitu usability testing melalui platform Maze.co yang mendapatkan nilai kegunaan 84 untuk penyewa dan 86 untuk pengelola, serta system usability scale (SUS) yang mendapatkan nilai 85 (good dan acceptable).

Abstract

Konflik antara Palestina dan Israel telah terjadi selama beberapa dekade. Baru-baru ini konflik kembali memanas dan menimbulkan banyak korban warga sipil. Adanya konflik ini menimbulkan sebuah aksi yaitu aksi boikot produk Israel dengan harapan bisa menekan perekonomian Israel. Aksi boikot di Indonesia menjadi sorotan masyarakat dan menimbulkan tanggapan positif maupun negatif yang diungkapkan melalui Twitter. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen terhadap aksi boikot produk Israel pada Twitter  untuk memperoleh pandangan yang mendalam mengenai aksi boikot produk Israel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pelabelan otomatis dengan Vader Lexicon dan melakukan penyeimbangan kelas sebelum klasifikasi menggunakan Random Oversampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model BERT dalam bahasa Indonesia untuk melakukan klasifikasi dan pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix. Nilai akurasi model yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 85%, presisi 85%, recall 85%, dan f1-score 85%. Visualisasi ditampilkan dalam website menggunakan streamlit. Sentimen yang banyak diungkapkan masyarakat yaitu sentimen positif yang mengarah pada dukungan untuk melakukan aksi boikot produk Israel. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman respon publik terhadap aksi boikot produk Israel di Indonesia.
