Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the profound influence of academic research on Human Resource Management (HRM) strategy, employee performance, and global organizational success. Leveraging a comprehensive dataset from reputable academic databases, the study employs bibliometric techniques to analyze patterns of publication, citation, collaboration, and keyword trends within the HRM research domain. The findings reveal a multifaceted landscape of HRM scholarship. Co-authorship network analysis identifies prolific authors and research clusters, highlighting the collaborative nature of HRM research. Citation analysis uncovers highly influential publications, showcasing the impact of seminal works on HRM theory and practice. Keyword analysis unveils emerging research themes, reflecting the field's responsiveness to evolving challenges and trends. Notably, the analysis underscores the significance of evidence-based HRM practices and the global context in which HRM operates. It recognizes the role of academic research in shaping HRM strategies that enhance employee performance and contribute to global organizational success. This study provides valuable insights for HRM practitioners, researchers, and organizational leaders by offering a comprehensive overview of the evolving HRM landscape. Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan memanfaatkan media Google Classroom sebagai sarana pembelajaran di sekolah. Pelatihan dilakukan secara online pada bulan Januari 2023 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 43 guru dari berbagai sekolah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang disertai dengan demonstrasi dan percontohan untuk menghasilkan keterampilan tertentu. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan menggunakan media Google Classroom mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana pembelajaran di sekolah. Sebanyak 87% peserta merasa puas dengan pelatihan dan memperoleh manfaat yang signifikan. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta mengenai penggunaan Google Classroom dan implementasinya dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil dari pengabdian ini juga sejalan dengan penelitian tersebut. Dalam era digital saat ini, penting bagi guru untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran agar dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan interaktif bagi siswa. Dalam kesimpulan, pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan pelatihan dan memanfaatkan media Google Classroom sebagai sarana pembelajaran di sekolah. Penggunaan media tersebut dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk terus memperluas penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah demi menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif dan menarik bagi siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of conflict and work stress on employee performance at the Roudlotul Ulum Jatirejo Islamic Education Foundation. The research method is quantitative. The object of this research is the employees of the Roudlotul Ulum Jatirejo Islamic Education Foundation, totaling 100 people. The data analysis used in the inferential statistical method in this research is partial least squares (PLS). The result of this research were conflict affecting employee performance. This means that higher the conflict, it can affect employee performance. Vice versa, lower the work conflict, but higher the employee's performance. Stress affects employee performance. This means that higher work stress can affect the decrease in employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the work stress that occurs can affect employee performance and vice versa, lower the work stress, and higher the work performance. Divergent thinking mediates conflict in employee performance. However, after this study, divergent thinking weakens the effect of work conflict on employee performance. Work conflicts that often occur are due to differences in perceptions and errors in affection, good communication between employees is needed. This is not meaningful considering that divergent thinking does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Divergent thinking mediates stress on employee performance. This means that divergent thinking skills strengthen the effect of job stress on employee performance. Employees who have good divergent thinking skills are not easy to experience work stress, because they have creative thinking, can solve problems well, act when pressed without considering the risks that will occur, and can contribute to employee performance. Abstract

This community service activity is in collaboration with the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) organization, Mandan Village, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. The problems faced in this organization are related to the management of administrative activities which are not well managed. This condition will make it difficult to administer important documents that can support the smooth running of PKK activities. This is because most of the PKK's activities are carried out without an administrative governance system. Likewise for other activities that are carried out without physical evidence but only in the form of verbal agreements without going through the stages of planning, implementation, reporting or evaluation. Based on these problems, the community service team at Slamet Riyadi University (Unisri) Surakarta provided outreach regarding the PKK administrative governance system in Mandan Village, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. The method of implementing activities is carried out by holding socialization which aims to provide a good overview of the document administration system for PKK activities. Furthermore, providing assistance regarding the administration of PKK activity documents. Based on the results of the evaluation of community service activities, the results showed that PKK members were able to make an agreement by going through the stages of planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation for PKK activities in a simple form.

Abstract

Smart cities represent a modern urbanization concept that leverages information and communication technology to enhance efficiency and quality of urban life. The transformation towards smart cities involves the integration of advanced technology, big data, and analytics to modernize urban infrastructure, such as transportation systems, energy, and public services. The primary goal of this research is to analyze how effective leadership can influence innovation and business performance in the infrastructure sector within the context of smart cities, as well as to provide insights into strategies and best practices that can be applied to achieve optimal outcomes. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data was gathered from Google Scholar for the period 2016 to 2024, aiming to collect and evaluate the latest articles relevant to the research topic. The study’s findings indicate that effective leadership plays a key role in guiding and implementing smart city technologies, which, in turn, enhance innovation and performance in the infrastructure sector. The implementation of smart city technologies, such as smart traffic management systems and energy solutions, has proven to increase operational efficiency, sustainability, and the quality of life for citizens. Collaboration between government, the private sector, and the community is also found to be crucial in achieving optimal results from smart city transformations.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental pillar in the development and progress of a country, playing a crucial role in improving the quality of human resources and promoting sustainable economic growth. However, in many remote areas, access to and the quality of education often face significant challenges. This study aims to explore and analyze various educational management strategies that can be implemented to enhance access and quality of education in these areas. The research employs a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The primary data sources for this study were obtained from Google Scholar, focusing on articles published between 2008 and 2024. The findings reveal that improving access to and the quality of education in remote areas requires a comprehensive and integrated educational management approach. Limitations in infrastructure, lack of access to technology, and inadequate teacher skills are the main challenges that need to be addressed. The case studies discussed indicate that the use of technology, investment in infrastructure, teacher training, and collaboration among government, educational institutions, and local communities can provide effective solutions. Supportive policies and community-based development models have also proven to contribute to the improvement of educational quality. Therefore, effective educational management strategies must encompass these various aspects to achieve optimal outcomes.

Abstract

Saat ini persaingan antar coffee shop semakin pesat sehingga membutuhkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk menciptakan keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup penikmat kopi, kualitas pelayanan, dan nilai yang dirasakan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Coffee Janji Jiwa Soloraya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Coffee Janji Jiwa seluruh Soloraya (Karanganyar, Klaten, Surakarta, Sragen, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Boyolali, dengan jumlah sampel valid yang diperoleh sebanyak 96 responden. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh bahwa gaya hidup penikmat kopi, kualitas pelayanan, dan nilai yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, Coffe Janji Jiwa perlu meningakatkan gaya hidup penikmat kopi dengan memperbaiki kemasan agar tampak elegan dan menar ik serta memberikan promo atau diskon. Pada kualitas pelayanan Coffee Janji Jiwa perlu menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, meningkatkan kepekaan terhadap karyawan, meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan serta meningkatkan kesigapan karyawan dalam membantu konsumen mendapatkan apa yang dibutuhkan. Dalam nilai yang dirasakan Coffee Janji Jiwa perlu dalam meningkatkan dalam informasi produk dan jasa, manfaat produk, karena konsumen akan memberikan penilaian konsumen secara keseluruhan sebagai bahan evaluasi.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) Test and measure the influence of service quality and business location on consumer satisfaction. (2) Testing and measuring the influence of service quality and business location on consumer Word of Mouth (3) Testing and measuring the influence of service quality and business location through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on Wedangan "Ginastel" consumers on Jalan Sulawesi, Mulyoharjo sub-district, Pemalang sub-district, Pemalang City, who actively shop at least 30 consumers every day. Or the monthly average based on 24 working days is 720 consumers. 72 consumers were taken as samples. The research results found that there is an influence of service quality and business location on consumer satisfaction. Service quality and business location influence word of mouth. There is an indirect influence on the relationship between service quality and business location on word of mouth through mediation, namely consumer satisfaction as a mediator.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of the crypto asset market presents significant challenges related to market transparency, regulation, and risk management. This study investigates the relationships between market transparency, investor protection regulations, and risk management in shaping investor confidence in West Java. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 195 active crypto investors through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that market transparency and regulation significantly influence investor protection and risk management, with regulation demonstrating the strongest impact. The findings highlight the synergistic role of transparency and regulation in fostering a stable and secure crypto market. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, regulators, and market participants to enhance market integrity and investor confidence. Recommendations include strengthening transparency practices, harmonizing regulations with global standards, and integrating advanced risk management tools to mitigate uncertainties.
