Abstract

In the provision of flight navigation services in accordance with applicable standards to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of flight within the national and international scope of Perum LPPNPI. However, during the 2 years of the COVID-19 pandemic, AirNav was greatly affected by the decrease in the number of flight traffic. It can be seen from the growth of Indonesia's economy which crawled up in general at the end of 2021, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) stated that all SOEs recorded healthier financial performance growth. This study aims to find out the level of financial health of LPPNPI AirNav Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021-2023 based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002, and the strategy to improve financial health carried out. This research is descriptive quantitative, using secondary data from LPPNPI AirNav Indonesia's financial report for the 2019-2021 period. The results of the study explain that the level of financial health of Perum LPPNPI AirNav Indonesia has a poor level of financial health, and companies must utilize in-depth financial data analysis to determine priorities, digital transformation of business processes, including air navigation systems and internal management, is also an important element in supporting financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management and cash turnover on profitability at Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. This study is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the entire financial statements of PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk in the year (2017–2023). The sample in this report is the income statement of the year (2017-2023). The data collection technique used is the library research method, namely research used by the author through book literature to support relevant theoretical foundations in compiling a thesis, and the internet research method (Online Research), namely, using the internet media as a search for information in the form of theories, as well as supporting data for the research to be carried out. The results of this study indicate that working capital has a significant positive effect on profitability and cash turnover doesn't have a significant effect on profitability at PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk

Abstract

This study examines the relationships between Emotional Intelligence (EI), Innovative Work Behavior (IWB), and Employee Performance (EP) among government employees in Indonesia using a quantitative approach. Data were collected from 100 respondents through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that EI significantly influences both IWB and EP, while IWB also has a direct positive effect on EP. Furthermore, IWB mediates the relationship between EI and EP, underscoring its critical role in translating emotional capabilities into improved performance outcomes. The results highlight the importance of fostering EI and IWB to enhance employee performance in government institutions. This study provides theoretical insights and practical recommendations for public sector managers aiming to improve innovation and productivity in the workplace.

Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth how universities can revitalise their role in encouraging social transformation through community service based on sustainable innovation. Using a qualitative approach in the form of literature review and descriptive analysis, this research analyses 19 selected articles from Google Scholar and other credible online sources published between 1996-2025. The findings show that sustainable innovation in community service programmes has great potential in empowering communities, increasing local capacity, and creating systemic social impact when developed through collaboration between actors, participatory approaches, and the use of science and technology. This study is based on the Triple Helix, Diffusion of Innovations, and engaged scholarship theories that emphasise the importance of synergy between academia, community, industry, and government. Case studies in various parts of Indonesia show the success of innovation-based service models in improving community welfare in a sustainable manner. Therefore, revitalising the role of universities through innovative service not only supports the national development agenda, but also reaffirms the social function of universities as agents of change.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of conflict and work stress on employee performance at the Roudlotul Ulum Jatirejo Islamic Education Foundation. The research method is quantitative. The object of this research is the employees of the Roudlotul Ulum Jatirejo Islamic Education Foundation, totaling 100 people. The data analysis used in the inferential statistical method in this research is partial least squares (PLS). The result of this research were conflict affecting employee performance. This means that higher the conflict, it can affect employee performance. Vice versa, lower the work conflict, but higher the employee's performance. Stress affects employee performance. This means that higher work stress can affect the decrease in employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the work stress that occurs can affect employee performance and vice versa, lower the work stress, and higher the work performance. Divergent thinking mediates conflict in employee performance. However, after this study, divergent thinking weakens the effect of work conflict on employee performance. Work conflicts that often occur are due to differences in perceptions and errors in affection, good communication between employees is needed. This is not meaningful considering that divergent thinking does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Divergent thinking mediates stress on employee performance. This means that divergent thinking skills strengthen the effect of job stress on employee performance. Employees who have good divergent thinking skills are not easy to experience work stress, because they have creative thinking, can solve problems well, act when pressed without considering the risks that will occur, and can contribute to employee performance. Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen institutional capacity and enhance the competitiveness of wood-based Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Surakarta through a digitalization approach and multi-stakeholder synergy. The program involved industry associations, local government, academics, and local wood entrepreneurs. The methods applied included digital marketing workshops, cooperative institutional assistance, and focus group discussions. The results indicate an increase in participants’ digital literacy, the emergence of multi-stakeholder collaboration commitments, and the formulation of digitalization strategies for wood product marketing and innovation. This article emphasizes the importance of integrating digital technology with cooperative institutions to build the competitiveness of local SMIs in the global market.

Abstract

Youth is part of a group of people who cannot be separated from all social problems. The youth of Nglurah Village, Tawangmangu District, have a very important and much-needed role in developing human resources in the community. So that the participation of the youth becomes a valuable resource for the progress of the village.The focus of this research is 1) What is the role of youth in improving the community's economy?, 2) How is the impact obtained by youth?, 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for youth in developing Pleseran Camping Grounds?. 1) The aim of this research is to know the role of young youth in improving the community's economy. 2) Knowing the impact that the youth has with the existence of a tourist village. 3) Knowing what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for youth in developing the Ngelurah Tawangmangu Camping Ground Tourism Village The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. Source of data using primary data and secondary data. From the results of the study, it can be seen that village youth have increased the economy of BUPER tourist destinations by managing their participation, which has been carried out since the inception of the tourism village, in this case it can make youth a source of income. The impact obtained was very helpful and able to change economic conditions which were getting better. Supporting and inhibiting factors These supporting factors include: 1) Enthusiasm, 2) Unemployment Factor, 3) Community Factor, 4) Attraction of Nglurah Tawangmangu Tourism Village. And the inhibiting factors are: 1) The role of youth has not been fully utilized and 2) the lack of support from various parties

Abstract

The rapid expansion of the crypto asset market presents significant challenges related to market transparency, regulation, and risk management. This study investigates the relationships between market transparency, investor protection regulations, and risk management in shaping investor confidence in West Java. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 195 active crypto investors through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that market transparency and regulation significantly influence investor protection and risk management, with regulation demonstrating the strongest impact. The findings highlight the synergistic role of transparency and regulation in fostering a stable and secure crypto market. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, regulators, and market participants to enhance market integrity and investor confidence. Recommendations include strengthening transparency practices, harmonizing regulations with global standards, and integrating advanced risk management tools to mitigate uncertainties.

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovation in management through the development of knowledge-based sports human resources in the sports and recreation center of Karanganyar Regency. The main focus of this study is on the development of knowledge-based sports human resources (knowledge-based workers). In the corporate context, the development of sports human resources should involve several important aspects, including participation in training, mandatory learning, training to improve skills relevant to various modern positions, as well as providing a broad career path and competency development. In addition, performance and competency assessment as well as effective communication in providing feedback are also an integral part of this process. Knowledge-based development is considered a fundamental requirement for achieving sustainable competitive advantage. This underlines the important role of professional intellect in creating value and profits for sports and recreation centers to face business competition. The concept of professional intellect is implemented at four levels, namely cognitive knowledge (professional intellect), skill improvement (advanced skills), system understanding (system understanding), and self-motivated creativity (self-motivated creativity)
