Abstract

AbstrakSurvey ini dilakukan untuk (1) mengukur Indeks Kepuasan Masyarkat Kota Surakarta secara parsial maupun total, diperoleh IKM sebagai pedoman untuk mengukur perubahan IKM pada tahun berikutnya, (2) memetakan kinerja unit pelayanan publik di Kota Surakarta merupakan cerminan kinerja pelayanan publik di Kota Surakarta menurut persepsi pengguna jasa layanan publik dan (3) mengidentifikasi Harapan Masyarakat akan pelayanan publik di Kota Surakarta. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah (1) Rata-rata indeks nilai kenyataan (IKM) pada unit pelayanan secara keseluruhan adalah score 3,11 dengan nilai 77,73. Berdasarkan pada pedoman penilaian mutu pelayanan yang ditetapkan dalam Surat Keputusan MenPAN Nomor KEP/25/M.PAN/2004, maka mutu pelayanan publik pada unit pelayanan secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori kinerja “Baik”. Pertimbangan meningkat daripada tahun yang lalu dengan score 3,06 dengan nilai 76,49 (score kenaikan 1,24). Harapan masyarakat akan pelayanan publik menurut prioritasnya yaitu: (a) perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas kenyamanan lingkungan berupa keluhan yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana fisik, keluhan yang disampaikan umumnya berkaitan dengan kekurangnyamanan ruang pelayanan dan kurangnya fasilitas penunjang lainnya dalam upaya peningkatan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di masa mendatang, (b) peningkatan dan pengembangan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia dalam pelayanan; dan (c) perbaikan prosedur dan sistem pelayanan secara bertahap. Nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat keseluruhan tertinggi pada unsur pelayanan ke-5, yaitu tanggungjawab petugas pelayanan yang mencapai 3,19, sedangkan nilai IKM terendah pada unsur pelayanan yang ke-13, yaitu kenyamanan lingkungan dengan nilai IKM adalah 3,03.  Kata Kunci: indeks kepuasan masyarakat, pelayanan administrasi, dispendukcapil AbstractThis survey was conducted for (1) a measure of index satisfaction the people of Surakarta City in partial and total, obtained IKM as guidance for measuring changes IKM  in the following year, (2) maping performance public service unit in Surakarta City a reflection of public service performance in Surakarta City in the perception of users public services and (3) to identify the hope the community for public in Surakarta City. The results are (1) the average index value the fact of IKM in the service as a whole was score 3,11 with the 77,73. Based on guidelines assessment the quality of service set in Surat Keputusan MenPAN No. KEP/ 25 /M.PAN /2004, the quality of public services in units of service overall included in a category performance was ”Good”. The consideration increased than in ago with score 3,06 with the 76,49 (score the increase in 1.24). The hope the community for public according to priority: (a) right and improving the quality comfort environment of complaints pertaining to physical infrastructure, their complaints were generally pertaining to uncomportable room service and lack of other facilities in terms of increasing index of community satisfaction in the future, (b) the increase and development the human-resource capacity in the service; and (c) right procedures and service system gradually. Abstract

The research aims to the effect of experience of shopping and perceived of price on perceived of quality and  perceived of value in the shopping center in Mall Paragon Solo, central Java, Indonesia. The collecting data was  questionnaires and observations. The sampling was used an accidental sampling of nonprobability sampling technique. The analysis of data using regression.  The results of research were (1) the experience of shopping has a negative effect and insignificant on perception of quality, (2) the perception of prices has a negative effect and insignificant on perception the quality, (3) the experience of shopping has a positive effect and significant on perception of value, and (4) the perception of prices has a positive effect and significant impact on perception of value as well as (5) the perception of quality has a negative effect and insignificant on perception of value.

Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of internal control system (SPI) on Financial Accountability of Regional Public Service Agency of Public Health Center (BLUD Puskesmas). The research took place in Karanganyar Regency of Central Java Province, Indonesia. Data of research was collected from all Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Regency during pandemic period. The institutional analysis unit consisted of 21 Puskesmas with 125 respondents. The analysis technique used was a multiple regression. Abstract

This study will focus on students understanding and interest in fintech, how to use financial technology to increase students' financial literacy at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tunas Pembangunan Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis by analyzing, describing and summarizing various conditions, and situations from data collected in direct interview results. The results of this study are that students experience increased financial literacy by using financial technology. Students are used to using financial technology applications, most of which are used for payments. Students feel the use of financial technology helps in planning finances and investing. Financial literacy that plays a role in students is limited to their financial planning. Technology becomes their support in financial planning.

Abstract

If we reflect on the nature of management, we will find confusion of direction in utilising resources. However, people are the crucial resources that management has in achieving goals effectively and efficiently. This research aims to explain the nature of management resources in a straightforward and understandable language. This research includes library research because this research is conducted to search, analyse, interpret and generalise from the facts of the results of thoughts and ideas written by resource management experts. This research is descriptive qualitative with a secondary data analysis approach. This study arrives at the conclusion that to reflect on resource management, a type of work is always carried out which is driven by humans as members of management. This research can be used as a reference for anyone with an interest in discussing HR and management topics. In addition, it can be a material for formal discussion in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of financial capability, networking, and intellectual capital on the business performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Sukabumi City. The research adopts a quantitative approach and is analyzed using SEM-SmartPLS version 4. The sample consists of 140 UMKM in Sukabumi City selected through quota sampling. The research findings demonstrate that financial capability and networking have a significant positive impact on UMKM business performance, and intellectual capital partially mediates this relationship. This study has several implications for policymakers, UMKM owners/managers, financial institutions, and business associations in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mengkaji pengembangan keterampilan kerja dan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat marjinal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat tersebut dan mengusulkan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengembangan keterampilan kerja dan menciptakan peluang kerja yang berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, termasuk survei kuantitatif dan wawancara kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari anggota masyarakat yang terpinggirkan. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya program pengembangan keterampilan yang ditargetkan, mengatasi hambatan seperti terbatasnya akses ke pusat pelatihan dan diskriminasi sosial. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara para pemangku kepentingan dan promosi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif untuk meningkatkan mata pencaharian masyarakat yang terpinggirkan di Nyalindung.

Abstract

Target dari Program IbK  ini adalah: (1) mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha di mahasiswa melalui (a) memberikan bekal pengetahuan konseptual dan kemampuan manajerial tentang wirausaha, (b) melatih mahasiswa tentang peluang usaha dan memilihnya sesuai dengan kemampuan SDM, dana, dan proyek pengembangan usahanya sesuai tuntutan pasar, (c) melatih keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyusun Business Plan, (d) melakukan analisis SWOT untuk mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki Business Plan berdasarkan hasil survey kelayakan usaha dan informasi aktual yang relevan untuk mendukung perkembangan usaha, dan (e) Menciptakan wirausaha baru yang mandiri. (2) Meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen usaha bagi masyarakat industri, dan (3) Menciptakan metode pelatihan kewirausahaan yang cocok bagi mahasiswa.  Proses seleksi calon peserta program kewirausahaan (recruitment tenant) dilakukan: (1) melakukan sosialisasi kepada mahasiswa tentang program kewirausahaan, (2) penawaran program kewirausahaan kepada mahasiswa, (3) membuka pendaftaran bagi mahasiswa untuk memprogram kewirausahaan (entrepreneur). Mahasiswa dapat  mengikuti program entrepreneurship capacity building, yaitu (1) diklat kewirausahaan, (2) wirausaha, dan (3) inkubator kewirausahaan. Metode pendekatan IbK menggunakan metode PALS (Participatory Action Learning System).  Metode PALS menitikberatkan pada transformasi kegiatan yang telah  ada untuk diusahakan dibawa pada perubahan-perubahan ke arah perbaikan kondisi entrepreneurship melalui: fase penyadaran kewirausahaan (awareness), fase pengkapasitasan (capaciting) dan pendampingan (scaffolding) kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship capacity building), dan fase pelembagaan (institutionalization) usaha baru sebagai wirausana baru.Keywords: tenant,  PALS, wirausaha.

Abstract

Being an entrepreneur is an attempt of activating Indonesian economic wheel. In the attempt of empowering creativity and innovation, the entrepreneurs are expected to grow into employers who can open job opportunities in various business sectors. This community service activity is entitled a digital-based entrepreneurship training to realize millennial generation with young entrepreneur spirit. This title was chosen based on the factual condition of people today characterized with the increased unemployment rate disproportional to the job opportunity availability. The problems encountered by participants are limited information and experience supporting the digital-based entrepreneurial activities, and limited knowledge on the detail of digital-based entrepreneurship, leading to the limited number of alumni and graduates choosing to be entrepreneurs. This activity aims to improve skill and to create digital-based young entrepreneurs to the participants in the partner location. The basic output with target to be achieved is the created independent business community having digital-based entrepreneurial skill. This community service was implemented in the form of entrepreneurship training and facilitation. The partner in this activity includes the students of Faculty of Business  Economy of Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) Surakarta. Twenty (20) participants participated in this activity. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaire distributed to the participants aiming to find out the students’ understanding on the implementation of training and interview. The result achieved in the end of community service activity is the improved understanding and skill of participants concerning digital-based entrepreneurship that can be indicated with the number of startups established by the participants.
