Abstract

Hingga saat ini, banyak pemikiran yang harus diubah terkait dengan fokus pada sejarah. Di sekolah, garis besar yang dianggap melelahkan oleh siswa biasanya menyertakan model asli. Kebanyakan siswa menganggap model asli melelahkan karena mereka hanya fokus pada mengingat karakter, kesempatan, dan tempat yang unik. Hal lain yang membuat penggambaran di sekolah terkesan membosankan adalah karena guru yang menampilkan jiwa atau semangat sejarah itu sendiri tidak bisa. Dalam ujian kali ini, strategi tes yang digunakan adalah pengembangan dengan menggunakan ranah dasar, yaitu pengembangan media pembelajaran Sejarah yang diperkenalkan dalam bentuk komik yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan pendidik dalam menyampaikan contoh materi dan membantu siswa dalam memahami materi. Dari hasil tes ini, 80% seluruh anggota kelas mampu mempertahankan materi yang disampaikan dengan baik sehingga tujuan akhir dapat tercapai. Melalui komik, menciptakan perjumpaan dapat mewujudkan faktor-faktor nyata siswa dalam pembelajarannya. Media pembelajaran melalui komik yang menarik dan ringan berarti siswa sering kali tertarik untuk belajar lebih banyak. atau sebaliknya, ceritanya dibedakan dengan memanfaatkan kesempatan mereka untuk membaca dengan cermat materi pemahaman sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Artsteps Virtual Museum learning media on the history learning outcomes of class XI students at Eria Medan Private High School. The method used is a quantitative descriptive study with a Quasi-Experimental design through a pretest-posttest control group design model. The study population included all class XI students at Eria Medan Private High School, with a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population of 50 students was sampled. Data were collected through multiple-choice pretest and posttest tests that had passed validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminatory power tests. Data analysis included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests using independent sample t-tests. The results showed a difference in the average posttest score, where the experimental class obtained an average of 86.88 which was higher than the control class of 68.48, with a significance value of 0.001. This proves that there is a significant influence. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Artsteps Virtual Museum media has a positive and significant effect on the history learning outcomes of class XI students at Eria Medan Private High School

Abstract

Vocational education in Indonesia faces challenges in providing interactive learning that aligns with the demands of Industry 4.0. In addition, students’ low engagement in understanding technical concepts remains a major obstacle to achieving meaningful learning outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based learning system using the PACTA model in improving student learning outcomes. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design across two groups: one group used the PACTA system integrated with Augmented Reality (AR) and an AI-based chatbot, while the other group used a conventional web-based learning platform. Results showed that the PACTA group experienced an increase in average score from 45.22 to 63.91 (t = 3.508; p = 0.002) with an effect size of 18.69%, while the conventional group improved from 38.04 to 44.79 (t = 2.273; p = 0.031) with an effect size of 6.75%. Student perception data showed high satisfaction, with effectiveness at 90.67%, ease of use at 88.2%, and accessibility at 85.0%. The findings conclude that the PACTA-based learning system effectively enhances student engagement and understanding and is recommended for broader application in vocational education.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop English multimedia learning based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model using the Linktree platform for instructional text material at SMP Swasta Santo Thomas 1 Medan. The study followed the ADDIE development model without testing effectiveness, focusing solely on producing a feasible and relevant learning product. The analysis phase revealed that students encountered significant difficulties in understanding the structure and language features of instructional texts, and that the learning process lacked interactive digital media. In response, a multimedia product was developed by integrating PBL principles to foster student collaboration and critical thinking. The Linktree platform was selected to structure all learning materials, assignments, and activities into a single accessible interface. The developed media was validated by subject matter experts, instructional design experts, and media experts, all of whom rated it as 'very feasible.' Subsequent individual, small group, and large group trials involving students also showed high levels of acceptance and usability. These findings indicate that the developed media is practical and appropriate for supporting 21st-century English learning at the secondary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan E-Modul Tematik menggunakan Canva untuk meningkatkan kemampuan di Sekolah Dasar yang layak, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Uji validasi ahli materi dalam kategori sangat layak dengan skor rata-rata 90%. (2) Uji validasi ahli desain instruksional dalam kriteria sangat layak dengan skor rata-rata 94%. (3) Uji validasi ahli media dalam kategori sangat layak dengan skor rata-rata 91%. (4) Uji coba perorangan kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 91%. (5) Uji coba kelompok kecil dalam kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 89%, dan (6) Uji coba lapangan masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 92%. Uji kepraktisan oleh guru hasil sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 91%, sedangkan hasil uji kepraktisan pada siswa skor rata-rata 91% yang masuk pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar pada percobaan penggunaan E-Modul Tematik Kelas VI SD menggunakan Canva pada kelas eksperimen rata-rata nilai 91, sedangkan siswa yang diajarkan tanpa menggunakan E-modul Tematik menggunakan Canva mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 75. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Independent t-test sebesar 2,65 dengan signifikansi 0,012. Ketika taraf signifikansi ditetapkan pada alpha 5%. Keywords: E-modul, tematik, Canva, sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the rampant behavior of juvenile delinquency to the detriment of others, especially in the neighborhood of Jl. T. Imam Bonjol, Binjai City. This is thought to be the impact of the covid-19 pandemic which makes students stay at home all day and feel bored, leading to behavior outside the values and norms of society. So that raises questions about parenting. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in which data collection is carried out by means of direct observation and interviews with adolescents and parents in the observation environment. From this study, it produces a conclusion that explains that the level of juvenile delinquency at this time is caused by parenting patterns of parents who are indifferent to the behavior shown by their children.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the Pahamify application learning videos as a learning medium on the learning outcomes of class XI Science students in History lessons at SMA Negeri 5 Medan. The method used is quantitative analysis with case control using the t test. The samples in these two research groups each amounted to 36 people. From this research, it is known that there was an increase in learning outcome scores in the group taught using the Ruangguru application (control) and in the group taught using the Pahamify application (experiment). The mean post-test score in the control group was 75.22 and in the experimental group was 84.78. The difference between the pre-test and post-test mean scores in the experimental group (29.56) was higher than the control (19.44). Based on the results of the different test (t test), it is proven that the use of the Pahamify application is more influential than the Ruangguru application in improving learning outcomes with a Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.00 is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk; (1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran ICARE berbasis rotation blended untuk meningkatkan literasi sejarah pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Sejarah Indonesia; (2) mengetahui tingkat kelayakan model pembelajaran ICARE berbasis rotation blended digunakan pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Sejarah Indonesia; (3) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model pembelajaran ICARE berbasis rotation blended dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mata kuliah Pendidikan Sejarah Indonesia; (5) mengetahui Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dan kompetensi mata kuliah Pendidikan Sejarah Indonesia. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Penelitian ini dilakukan Jurusan Pendidikan Sejarah, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Unimed Tahun Akademik 2023/2024, matakuliah Pendidikan Sejarah Indonesia Masa Kemerdekaan sampai Revormasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: model pembelajaran ICARE berbasis rotation blended sangat layak; model pembelajaran ICARE berbasis rotation blended meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata kuliah pendidikan sejarah indonesia sangat tinggi. 0,63 dengan kategori œsedang (0,7 > (N-gain) ≥ 0,3), sehingga sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa; dan Kemampuan literasi sejarah terdapat peningkatan pada saat posttest.  Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran; ICARE; blended; literasi; pendidikan sejarah indonesia Abstract: The objective of this research is to; (1) develop a rotation-based blended ICARE learning model to improve historical literacy in Indonesian History Education courses; (2) find out the validity of the rotation blended learning model of ICARE used in the history education courses of Indonesia; (3) know the effectiveness of the Rotation Blended ICare learning model that can improve the competence of the History Education of Indonesia course; (5) know the Creative Thinking Skills and the competences of the history of education of Indonesia courses. Research and development methods (R & D). This research was carried out by the Department of History Education, Faculty of Social Sciences Unimed Academic Year 2023/2024, matakuliah Education History of Indonesia Period of Independence until the Revolution. The results of the research showed, that: the ICARE rotation blended learning model is excellent; the rotationblended ICARE learning model improves the learning outcomes of Indonesian history education courses very high. 0.63 with the category œsedang (0.7 > (N-gain) ≥ 0.3), which is very effective in improving student learning outcomes; and Historical literacy is improved at the time of posttest.  Keywords: learning model; ICARE; blended; literacy; Indonesian history education

Abstract

Keberagaman di Indonesia sudah tampak sejak dulu. Adanya dominasi etnis tertentu di sebuah daerah menunjukkan Indonesia sangat beragam. Komunikasi dan interaksi yang terjadi antara beberapa bangsa yang beragam akan tercipta komunikasi lintas budaya yang menghasilkan keberagaman budaya Di Kampung Lubuk Pakam, terdapat salah satu etnis, yaitu India. Kehadiran suku India Tamil di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang ini telah memperkenalkan kebudayaan tradisi Pangguni Uttiram yang merupakan perayaan religi Hindu Tamil yang berasal dari India Selatan dan Tradisi ini sudah berlangsung sejak tahun 1880 Masehi bersamaan dibangunnya kuil Shri Thendayudabani di Lubuk Pakam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yakni melalui wawancara, observasi, kepustakaan (library research) beberapa artikel dan jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini adalah : Pemahaman tentang Tradisi Pangguni Uttiram yang dibawa oleh masyarakat Suku Tamil di Lubuk Pakam, selain itu penelitian ini juga memberikan pemahaman tentang keberagaman budaya dengan adanya dominasi etnis tertentu di sebuah daerah.
