Abstract

This study aims to formulate an adaptive management model for Islamic education that responds effectively to the dynamics of contemporary socio-cultural change. Using a qualitative approach grounded in a comprehensive literature review, the analysis explores the principles of Islamic educational management, organizational adaptation theory, and relevant institutional management practices. The findings present a cyclical adaptive model that emphasizes four interrelated stages: scanning the environment, aligning values, implementing changes, and conducting evaluation. The first stage involves mapping institutional conditions, community characteristics, and educational needs. The second focuses on adjusting management policies to remain consistent with Islamic principles and local contexts. The third concerns the practical and measurable implementation of adaptive strategies, while the final stage involves continuous assessment to ensure ongoing improvement. The proposed model highlights the importance of stakeholder participation, contextualized curricula, educator capacity development, and collaborative evaluation mechanisms. The study suggests that effective adaptive management in Islamic education requires the integration of flexibility with moral and spiritual values to maintain relevance in a rapidly changing society. The implication is that educational leaders must adopt responsive and sustainable management approaches to preserve the quality and integrity of learning. This research contributes a conceptual framework that can guide Islamic educational institutions in navigating transformation while upholding their ethical and spiritual foundations. Future research is encouraged to empirically examine the model’s applicability and effectiveness in diverse institutional contexts.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Peningkatan profesionalisme guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) memerlukan dukungan dalam bentuk pelatihan yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui pelatihan penulisan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebagai bentuk refleksi dan pengembangan praktik pembelajaran.Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun PTK, khususnya dalam aspek perumusan masalah, tujuan, dan rancangan tindakan kelas.Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MI Islamiyah P2A Gaji dengan melibatkan lima orang dosen sebagai narasumber. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik penyusunan rancangan PTK.Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan awal guru dalam merancang PTK serta menumbuhkan kesadaran pentingnya penelitian sebagai bagian dari pengembangan profesional. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan pada tahap pendampingan lanjutan hingga tahap penulisan laporan akhir PTK.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan referensi riset dan resource calculate ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan informasi dan alternatif dalam mencari dan menggunakan sumber sebagai referensi dalam karya ilmiah mahasiswa dan cara untuk menarik berbagai sumber dengan grade yang berbeda. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diikuti oleh mahasiswa IAINU Tuban lintas juruan dan/ semester dengan total peserta 205 terdaftar. Ada 2 tahapan dalam pelatihan riset ini, tahap 1 penyampaian materi mengenai referensi yang cocok dan layak digunakan, dilanjutkan dengan tahap 2 praktek penggunaan aplikasi dalam mencari sumber referensi yang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan observasi dan rekapitulasi daftar hadir selama kegiatan terlihat antusias mengikuti kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mahasiswa IAINU Tuban khususnya mampu memaksimalkan teknologi dalam menyelesaikan/ membuat karya ilmiah.

Abstract

The essence of religious teachings at this time in fact needs to be understood in depth not only to be understood vaguely or only in a textual sense, but rather to the true core meaning of religion. A normative-theological understanding of religion must first be accompanied by a functional understanding of the concept of religion so that the essence of religious teachings can be used to answer problems that exist in the social aspect. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of how the sociological approach is in Islamic studies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. Sources of data from documentation are in the form of books, journals or scientific papers, as well as supporting articles. The discussion method in this study uses the description-analysis method. The problem with the current sociological approach is that the major theory that is commonly used is a contemporary sociological approach developed with a focus on Western society, so that this approach is not universal and sometimes even contradicts the perceptions of non-Western local communities. Sometimes the theory of delinquency or delinquency based on the experience and research of Western society cannot explain the problem of delinquency and delinquency in non-Western areas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of a multicultural-based education curriculum on social interactions and attitudes toward tolerance. Specifically, this research will analyze the effect of implementing a multicultural curriculum at SMAN 1 Kesamben on the social interactions and tolerance attitudes of students. The research approach uses a quantitative, correlational-type approach. The sampling technique used was a probability sample technique, a simple random sampling, and 71 respondents. The research results at the 5% significance level are as follows: There is a positive influence of the multicultural curriculum on social interaction, namely 29.3%. The constant value (constant) for social interaction is 20.439, and the coefficient value for the multicultural curriculum (X) is 0.910. In the sense that if there was no multicultural curriculum (X), the consistent value of social interaction (Y1) would be 20.439, and for every 1% additional contribution level of the multicultural curriculum (X), social interaction (Y1) would increase by 0.910. From this researcher, it was also obtained that the multicultural curriculum had a positive effect on attitudes toward tolerance. The influence of the multicultural curriculum (X) on tolerance attitudes (Y2) is 33.2%. The constant value for tolerance was 19.166, and the multicultural curriculum coefficient (X) value was 0.987. In the sense that if there is no multicultural curriculum (X), the consistent value of tolerance attitude (Y2) is 19.166, and for every 1% additional contribution level of the multicultural curriculum (X), tolerance attitude (Y1) will increase by 0.987.

Abstract

The problem that is the background to this research is that there are students who still have difficulties learning mathematics. Apart from the high level of difficulty in learning mathematics, the teacher's method of delivery, which is considered monotonous, also makes students lazy about learning mathematics and results in most of them having low grades in this subject. This research is to see the validity of developing holistic counting box learning media to improve students' cognitive abilities. (2) To produce practical development of holistic counting box learning media to improve students' cognitive abilities. (3) To produce effective development of holistic counting box learning media to improve students' cognitive abilities. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method, which uses the 4-D development model. The 4-D development model includes 4 stages, namely definition, planning or design, development, and dissemination. Based on the validity test, the media meets the very valid category. Validation of the appropriateness of media expert data received a score of 96%. Validation of material expert eligibility with a score percentage of 97.5%. The level of practicality of the media obtained results with a percentage of 91%, the teacher's response to the media developed by the researcher with a percentage result of 95.5%, and the response of students to the media developed by the researcher with a percentage result of 97%, with each questionnaire result in very high criteria. Good. Student learning outcomes increased after being calculated using the gain normality test, with an average pretest score of 62.5 while the average posttest score was 89 and the average gain normality test calculation was 0.75 in the high category. The results of this research and development can be concluded that the holistic mathematics counting box learning medium is included in the valid, practical, and effective category for use in mathematics learning to improve students' cognitive abilities.

Abstract

Kesulitan yang dialami guru kelas 2 MI Miftahul Huda Tunah dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran shalat fardhu adalah ketika mengajarkan siswa untuk menghafalkan bacaan shalat, karena banyak siswa yang baru belajar jilid 2 atau 3. Selain itu, menurut siswa kelas 2 MI Miftahul Huda Tunah panjangnya bacaan shalat dan setiap gerakan memiliki bacaan yang berbeda, membuat mereka bingung dan kesulitan untuk membedakan bacaan di setiap gerakannya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk mengungkap apa saja upaya guru dalam menanggulangi krisis kesulitan tersebut. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa menghafalkan bacaan shalat pada mata pelajaran fiqih materi shalat fardhu di kelas 2 MI Miftahul Huda Tunah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Dalam mengumpulkan dan memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa menghafalkan bacaan shalat pada mata pelajaran fiqih materi shalat fardhu di kelas 2 MI Miftahul Huda Tunah adalah dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan drill, menggunakan media gambar dan video, melakukan penilaian praktik, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru pendamping dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa melalui muroja’ah Al-Qur’an juz 30 di SDIT Al-Hikmah Kerek. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sehingga menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengalaman subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendampingan seorang guru tentunya akan lebih efektif dalam pelaksanaanya karena siswa akan lebih fokus dan diam karena merasa diperhatikan dan takut dihukum jika tidak ikut muraja’ah, sehingga siswa akan diam di tempat dan mengikuti kegiatan muraja’ah juz tiga puluh dengan tertib dan disiplin. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi pentingnya dukungan orang tua dalam proses belajar anak, serta kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua sebagai faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan pendidikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan strategi meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa agar saat pembelajaran siswa bisa lebih fokus dan terbiasa disiplin.

Abstract

This study addresses the growing need for Islamic education grounded in local values, as globalization and the homogenization of religious thought continue to advance. Focusing on IAINU Tuban, the research examines how Islamic Nusantara values, such as harmony, tolerance, and local wisdom, have been integrated into the curriculum from 2014 to 2024 to support a moderate and contextually relevant approach to Islamic education in Indonesia. The study aims to map the historical trajectory of this integration, analyze operational challenges, and evaluate its impact on educational practices. Employing a qualitative approach with historical methods, data were collected from curriculum documents, institutional archives, stakeholder interviews, and classroom observations. The results identify three phases of integration: (1) informal adoption by lecturers (2014–2017), (2) institutionalization through special courses (2017–2020), and (3) digital-based curriculum reform (2020–2024). Although challenges such as limited teaching resources and teacher capacity remain, this integration model has contributed to strengthening a contextual Islamic identity. Future research should assess the effectiveness of digital learning and its long-term influence on student character development.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the formation of character and manners in students through morning assembly activities and their effectiveness in realizing good character and manners in students at MA Tarbiyatul Banin Banat Jetak. The type of research used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this research was obtained through observation activities. The subjects in this research were students and teachers at MA Tarbiyatul Banin Banat Jetak. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that the morning assembly activity at MA Tarbiyatul Banin Banat Jetak can be used as an effective means and way to shape and instill character and manners in children such as discipline, responsibility, politeness, and mutual respect for fellow students. and respect teachers.
