Abstract

This review aims to be able to determine the hypothesis that results between variables, and so that it can provide benefits for writing subsequent scientific papers. The results of this scientific work emphasize that: 1) Employee workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 2) Work motivation has a positive or significant impact on employee performance; 3) Work motivation has a positive and important influence on employee performance; 4) Employee workload, work motivation, and employee competence simultaneously have a positive and meaningful impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The research entitled The Influence of Competitor Orientation, Consumer Orientation and Government Role on MSME Marketing Performance in Oepoi Kupang Culinary Tourism with Competitive Advantage as Intervening Variables is intended to determine the direct and indirect effects of competitor orientation, consumer orientation, the role of government and competitive advantage on marketing performance UMKM Culinary Tourism in Oepoi Kupang. The type of research used is quantitative with partial least squares (PLS) analysis and uses the Smarts PLS 3.0 software. From the results of the analysis and discussion, competitor orientation has a significant impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Oepoi, Kupang City. Competitor orientation is not important enough for the competitive advantage of UMKM in Kupang City, consumer orientation is not important enough for the marketing performance of UMKM. Consumer orientation is quite important for the competitive advantage of Kupang City SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) respondents' perceptions of social media, celebrity endorser, brand image, repurchase intention, and brand trust, (2) the significance of social media on repurchase intention, (3) the significance of celebrity endorser on repurchase intention, (4) the significance of brand image to repurchase intention, (5) the significance of social media to brand trust, (6) the significance of celebrity endorser to brand trust, (7) the significance of brand image to brand trust, (8) the significance of brand trust to interest repurchase, (9) the significance of brand trust in mediating social media, celebrity endorsers, and brand image in influencing repurchase intention. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis make it clear that the achievement of the social media variable indicators is 69%, the achievement of the indicator variable celebrity endorser is 70%, the achievement of the indicator variable brand image is 70%, the achievement of the variable indicator of repurchase intention is 68%, and the achievement of the indicator variable brand trust is 68%. These five variables are categorized as good. The results of inferential statistics show that social media has a positive effect, but is not important enough for repurchasing interest, with a significance of 0.293 > 0.05. Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, with a significance of 0.010 <0.05. Brand image has a positive and important influence on repurchase intention, its significance is 0.034 <0.05.

Abstract

Desa Waijarang, Kecamatan Nubatukan, Kabupaten Lembata, memiliki lahan tidur di kawasan pesisir yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sehingga belum memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengoptimalkan lahan tidur melalui pengembangan demplot agrosalt, yaitu sistem pemanfaatan lahan yang mengintegrasikan budidaya tanaman palawija pada musim hujan dan produksi garam berbasis geomembran pada musim kemarau. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendidikan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi konsep agrosalt serta praktik partisipatif berupa kerja bakti pembersihan, penataan, dan persiapan lahan demplot. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terbentuknya demplot agrosalt awal seluas 1.920 m² yang ditanami jagung pulut, kacang tanah, dan kacang hijau. Selain menghasilkan demplot percontohan, kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman, penerimaan, dan komitmen masyarakat serta pemerintah desa terhadap penerapan model agrosalt sebagai alternatif pemanfaatan lahan pesisir. Pendekatan partisipatif terbukti mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dan menumbuhkan semangat gotong royong dalam mengelola lahan tidur. Dengan demikian, demplot agrosalt berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan lahan pesisir yang adaptif terhadap musim, berbasis potensi lokal, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehend Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture at the Office of the Chief Port and Port Authority Class III Kupang, as well as to examine the influence of variables related to Work Motivation as a mediator and employee performance as a dependent variable. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing both primary and secondary data, and employing descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture significantly influence employee work motivation; Work Motivation significantly affects employee performance; and Work Motivation mediates the influence of Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Office of the Chief Port Class III and Port Authority Kupang
