Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah  untuk mengetahui apakah penempatan lingkungan, keadilan bekerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  karyawan pada PT.Taspen (Persero) Kupang. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden yang sekaligus menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menujukan bahwa penempatan lingkungan, keadilan bekerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dengan hasil regresi linear berganda dalam uji F diperoleh Fhitung secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan secara parsial melalui uji t diperoleh thitung untuk masing masing variabel yaitu Lingkungan (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengarauh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja , Keadilan Bekerja (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengarauh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) secara parsial memiliki pengarauh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja maka variabel Lingkungan, Keadilan Bekerja Dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat Kepuasan Kerja Pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Kupang. Dan hasil dari uji determinasi (R2) dalam penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa 80,4% variabel kepuasan pada PT.Taspen merupakan kontribusi dari tiga variabel yaitu variabel lingkungan, keadilan bekerja dan motivasi kerja pada PT.Taspen (Persero)  Kupang.

Abstract

This research examines how the study of the implementation of pre-and post-operative patient safety in hospitals. The research used by researchers is a Systematic Literature Review with data obtained from journals and research articles from 2013-2023. The data source platforms used in this study are Google Scholar and PubMed. In this study, it is known that patient safety is an important health problem worldwide, and patient accidents in the operating room can cause serious problems. This miscommunication situation is a potential threat to patient safety because issues can easily go unnoticed by the rest of the team. Hospitals must provide a useful framework of requirements and safety protocols to address these challenges. One standard that can be used is the surgical safety checklist designed by WHO. The use of this list, in research, can increase safety procedurally, when surgery is performed, and after the action is given. Not only that, but hospitals must also provide formal instructions through various activities such as seminars, workshops, to conferences needed to increase awareness regarding patient safety before and after surgery.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh positif Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap ekonomi Indonesia, dengan fokus pada upaya mahasiswa dalam program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) tahun 2023 di Desa Toobaun. Melalui kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Pemasaran Online, mahasiswa mendukung UMKM Kain Tenunan desa melalui media sosial. Strategi pemasaran online dianggap penting untuk memperluas pasar dan mengatasi kendala dalam memasarkan produk kain tenun, dengan upaya juga difokuskan pada pengembangan motif dan desain menarik serta mengikuti tren konsumen. Metode kegiatan melibatkan observasi, pengenalan pemasaran online, dan penyusunan materi promosi digital. Artikel menyoroti keberhasilan pendekatan terintegrasi mahasiswa dan UMKM, dengan peran penting brosur dalam memberikan informasi kepada konsumen dan mempermudah komunikasi antara pengusaha dan konsumen. Penerapan strategi ini berpotensi meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dan nasional melalui perkembangan UMKM dan pemasaran produk tradisional secara lebih luas di era digital

Abstract

Pasar modal memiliki peran yang vital dalam perputaran ekonomi suatu negara. Di Indonesia, peran ini dimainkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan data BEI, diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2023 pertumbuhan tingkat investor di Indonesia tembus mencapai 10,48 juta orang. Namun, berdasarkan jumlah tersebut, persentase investor di Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) hanya sebesar 3,36% dari keseluruhan di Indonesia. Hal ini tentu sangat memprihantinkan, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu upaya agar jumlah investor di NTT dapat meningkat. Kegiatan edukasi saham untuk mendorong semangat menjadi investor muda ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi mengenai pasar modal kepada siswa-siswi SMA Kupang Barat. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman para siswa SMAN 1 Kupang Barat mengenai pasar modal, khususnya Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Seiring dengan meningkatnya pemahaman mereka mengenai pasar modal, maka minatnya untuk menjadi investor turut pula meningkat.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehend Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture at the Office of the Chief Port and Port Authority Class III Kupang, as well as to examine the influence of variables related to Work Motivation as a mediator and employee performance as a dependent variable. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing both primary and secondary data, and employing descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture significantly influence employee work motivation; Work Motivation significantly affects employee performance; and Work Motivation mediates the influence of Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Office of the Chief Port Class III and Port Authority Kupang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Pancasila, Southwest Sumba. The research method used is quantitative research. The results of the study showed that the teacher's performance at Pancasila Vocational School Sumba Barat Daya was "very good", this indicated that the teacher's awareness of their professionalism was increasing.

Abstract

Garlic farming is the livelihood of the community in Fatuneno village, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, to meet the needs of children's life and education. The income of garlic farmers is the marketing margin obtained by garlic postharvest actors. The purpose of this study is to find out 1). How much is the marketing margin receipt of postharvest actors? 2). Is there a marketing margin distribution gap between garlic postharvest actors? This research method is a survey, and data collected randomly stratified; respondents consist of 46 farmers, eight collecting traders and three intermediary traders. Analysis tools used:1). To determine the marketing margin received by postharvest actors, the Marketing Margin equation is used. 2) For marketing margin distribution, use Gini Coefficient. There are three postharvest actors in garlic marketing distribution: producer farmers, collecting traders, and intermediary traders. In all three garlic marketing channel models, a short marketing channel benefits all three garlic postharvest actors. The distribution of marketing margins in the first and second marketing channels is at moderate evenness, and the third marketing channel is at high evenness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Ground Transportation Management Office in Region XIII of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The sampling technique employed is saturated or census sampling. The research utilizes a statistical testing tool known as Partial Least Square (PLS) based on variance structural equation modeling, implemented through the SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that leadership significantly and positively influences employee performance, whereas organizational culture lacks a significant impact. Both leadership and organizational culture affect work motivation, which, in turn, has a positive correlation with employee performance. Additionally, work motivation serves as a mediator between leadership and employee performance. However, work discipline does not significantly mediate the relationship between leadership and employee performance, nor does it mediate the connection between organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

In writing this study, researchers used quantitative methods. The data used are primary data and the population and sample are 50 informants each. Data processing uses SEM based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the descriptive analysis show that planning and budgeting, implementation and administration, reporting and accountability, coaching or supervision, and human resource competence are in the very good categories. The results of path analysis or statistical tests show that hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 4 are rejected. In contrast to hypothesis 2, hypothesis 3, and hypothesis 5 which have been tested show that there is a significant effect on the absorption of capitation funds with a p-value <0.05 (Hypothesis 2, 3, 5 is accepted). Based on the writing of this scientific work, the researchers suggest that the District Health Office. It is not yet possible to use this study to discuss the Health Service Strategic Plan, RKA, and the determination of DPA, especially in planning the proportion of capitation funds at the FKTP level. The health office and puskesmas must be able to carry out planning and budgeting that is integrated and by the nomenclature because it can support the achievement of the level of absorption of the JKN capitation budget.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai sangat diperlukan karena mencerminkan kemampuan pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas yang dibebankan. Hasil capaian indikator kinerja Bagian Umum Setda Kota Kupang belum sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Gambaran tentang lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, tambahan penghasilan pegawai, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan variable lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan tambahan penghasilan pegawai sebagai variabel independen yang mempengaruhi kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Kupang melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable mediasi. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan tambahan penghasilan sangat baik. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial, menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara tetapi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja; budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara; tambahan penghasulan pegawai tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara tetapi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja hanya mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh lingkungan kerja. tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara.
