Abstract

This study aims to determine the model of Indonesia's economic growth in 2013-2022 with dynamic panel data through the SYS-GMM and FD-GMM approaches, so that the variables that influence short-term and long-term economic growth can be identified. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used comes from the Central Statistics Agency of 34 provinces in Indonesia 2013-2022. This study found that economic growth was significantly positively influenced by the variables of inflation, foreign investment, and household consumption. Economic growth is significantly negatively affected by domestic investment variables, regional minimum wages, and open unemployment rates. Inflation, foreign investment, and household consumption have short-term impacts on economic growth, while domestic investment, regional minimum wages, and the open unemployment rate have long-term impacts on economic growth. Research finds economic growth is influenced by the previous year. The policy implication is that the government focuses on factors that increase economic growth

Abstract

Service is the main task of state apparatus. The scope of public interest services and services covers a broad field of public life. This mandate is contained in the 4th paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, but in practice, Indonesian public services have not run well. Provisions of public service to public civil servants are actually the result of the functioning of state institutions as civil servants. Therefore, the position of government agencies in staffing is very strategic because it determines the extent to which the government can best serve the community. .According to the purpose of the establishment. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government in improving the economy of rural communities can be seen from the indicators of this study: governance, development implementation, community empowerment, and village community empowerment. The research method used to compile this article is a library survey. That is, reviewing the journal references we find and adapting them to the topic of this article. Based on the literature and reviews conducted in these journals, we found an impact between the welfare of teaching staff and improving the quality of education.

Abstract

East Java played a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, contributing 14.6% to the national GDP with economic growth returning to 5.34% in 2022. Whilst demonstrating sound economic performance, there were significant variations in human development levels across East Java's regions. The relationship between HDI components (health, education and per capita expenditure indices) and economic growth at the regional level required further examination. Previous studies showed complex relationships between human development and economic growth; however, research analysing the specific influence of each HDI component on economic growth at the provincial level remained limited. This study analysed the impact of Human Development Index (HDI) components on economic growth in East Java, Indonesia. Using panel data from 38 districts/cities during 2018-2022, this study employed a panel data regression model with a fixed effect approach. The variables examined included the GRDP growth rate as the dependent variable, and the health index (life expectancy), education index (expected years of schooling and mean years of schooling), and per capita expenditure index as independent variables. The results showed that the health index and per capita expenditure index had positive and significant effects on economic growth, whilst the education index had a negative effect. The analysis also revealed spatial variations in the influence of HDI components on economic growth across different regions. These findings emphasised the importance of balanced investment in health, education, and living standards to promote sustainable economic growth. The research provided policy implications for the government in designing comprehensive development strategies to improve human resource quality and economic performance in East Java.

Abstract

AbstrackThis research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Pangkep. The variables in this research are entrepreneurship education as the independent variable (X1), entrepreneurial motivation as the independent variable (X2) and interest in entrepreneurship as the dependent variable (Y). The population of this study was all class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Pangkep. The sampling technique uses the Total Sampling technique, samples from the population are obtained from the entire population with a sample of 72 students. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that: (1) based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, entrepreneurship education of 73.93 percent is in the high category, entrepreneurship motivation of 73.65 percent is in the high category, and entrepreneurship interest is 76.70 percent in the high category. tall. (2) Based on the multiple linear regression analysis carried out, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.108 + 0.760X1 + 0.586X2 is obtained, which means that for each additional value of entrepreneurship education there will be an increase of 0.760 and entrepreneurial motivation will increase by 0.586. (3) Based on the results of the f-test, the value of the entrepreneurship education variable is 546.119 > 0.235 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (4) Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) for entrepreneurship education, the value obtained is (R2) = 0.281 or 28 percent. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) for entrepreneurial motivation obtained a value of (R2) = 0.47 or 47 percent. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R2), this means that the influence of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship is 28 percent, while the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on interest in entrepreneurship is 47 percent. The remaining 25 percent is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. (5) Based on the t-test on the entrepreneurship education variable, a t value of 7,207 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and entrepreneurial motivation was a t value of 5,460 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Because both variables have a significant value that is smaller than alpha, namely 0.05, the hypothesis has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurial Interest
